Universal’s Endless Summer Resort - Surfside Inn and Suites

Every year it’s tradition to go to Universal Studios and Halloween horror nights in October. We have been doing this for about 12 years. We have stayed at Surfside and the summer over the years. I love the three beds in a suite. Lots of room spacious for the family.Everyone at the hotel is an accommodating. Everyone at the hotel is accommodating, friendly and courteous. It’s a great value. The buses to the parks is perfect for our stay.

Hotels location to universal and international drive is perfect for me and family . Check in was perfect . Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Room - 2 bed suite is a good size for family . Good kitchen area to make snacks and coffee.. Had to do some clothes washing , facilities are decent but use note machine as I had issue with contactless. Waiting 5 mins max from hotel and city walk for bus so fast service plus only 5- 10 max drive . Gym facilities were good ,had everything you needed for an all over body workout. Starbucks was good for a nice coffee plus my uk app worked here so got my points.. If your coming for Halloween fright night wow was amazing , the street entertainment was better than the house .. Wall-green across the road for some cheaper supplies of water . Never use pool so can’t review but looked decent I would recommend this hotel to all

We had such a great stay! The service is amazing! All employees were super kind and helpful. They truly made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the pool is very nice, and they even had speakers under the water which was a first for me! Shuttles come around pretty often, so you don’t have to wait too long to get to the parks. I would stay here if I ever visit Universal again!

This place was amazing! We stayed 9/30-10/1 and nothing but the best. First night 9/30 got in around 7:30pm got our room and loved it view of the pool and took the shuttle to city walk to buy our HHN stuff. Love the shuttle takes the peace of mind of parking and leaving HHN the next night. When we got back to the hotel ordered a pizza and had it delivered to our room. I was expecting low par but was pleasantly surprised. Went to bed and the then morning woke up hung around for a bit, music started blasting next door call the desk and they sent someone to handle it. Went downstairs and enjoyed breakfast and coffee. Had an egg sandwich was ok nothing to write home about. Then messed around the pool for a bit and then got ready for HHN. Got on the shuttle, and went on our way. Came back around 2:30am and again so happy to have the shuttle. Came back showered and went to bed. The next morning crippled myself downstairs for coffee and hang out by the pool before check out. This place was just beyond fantastic. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved this resort. Everyone was so nice and friendly, and the rooms were big and clean. Although we did not use the pool this trip, we did go see it and it was a really good size. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Universal Studios!
