Rooms: spacious and clean with a mini fridge and comfortable bed. Hotel: clean a bit in need of an upgrade but lovely grounds and pool area. Situated close to restaurants and shopping Service: all wait staff was delightful and friendly. The taller bartender was rude and made horrible drinks. He was more interested in socializing with his buddies than making a good drink. Gave it two tries, then just went into town. Overall, I would give it a 3:star rating and accentuate the friendly staff with warm St Lucian smile. Pool area was clean and cozy. They work hard to keep it clean.

I stayed at Coco Palm, St. Lucia last November to celebrate my birthday. My stay there was more than I expected. I booked a standard room which was surprisingly quite large with comfortable amenities. The staff was very attentive from my arrival to departure. On the day of my birthday, they made me feel so special, surprising me with song, cheese cake and a special drink. I went out in the morning and upon my return I was amazed to find flower petals on my bed. There was also a swan which was made from about 4 or 5 towels. And the surprises didn't stop there. I heard a knock on my door and when I opened it, I was greeted by the reservation clerk who had come to the room to gift me with a bottle of chardonnay and a birthday card. I wish to make mention also of Daria, Dion, and Gannet. Hats off to the Trini chef. The chef's favorite lamb dish was so delicious. All in all I had an unforgettable fabulous birthday weekend.

We returned to Coco Palm after 5 years on another cricket package. We were really looking forward to our return and in the main it lived up to our previous experience. The pool is large and a great feature and the rooms are spacious. The negatives have to be breakfast. There are insufficient staff to deal with the volume of customers so you are continually waiting for tea and coffee, food to be replenished, cutlery and plates/bowls to be washed and reused, which means they are really hot. The egg chef was very friendly but just disappeared for 5 minutes at a time so queues just built. It seems that by 9:15 you should just accept what's left. Nobody seems to be in overall charge, you get led to a table without mugs or cutlery and then have to pester whoever you can find to get them. It would put me off wanting to return a third time which is a shame. On a plus it's proximity to bars and restaurants is great and it's 15 minutes to Daren Sammy Cricket Stadium

Amazing Stay at Bel Jou Hotel. My Partner and I, had a great time staying at this hotel. The place is very nice and quiet. We took this time away to relax and we definitely did. Its so calm that you can hear the bird sing and literally fall asleep on the bed near the pool. A Special appreciation for MADRINA !!! She makes us feel home. Always looking out for us and our need during our stay. The staff is nice, polite and fun, they are all making sure you have the greatest time. I could say a lot of more good things about this hotel, but it's better to discover it by yourself. I recommend and I will come back

Absolutely loved the hotel. The Lounge a place to relax for those quiet moments outside of your room. The coffee shop to pick up good quality coffee and a book or just to chill out. 2 pools never seemed over crowded... Loved the Aqua Aerobics good fun. Variety of food and drinks, great All Inclusive Package. To be greeted every day by whichever member of staff you met from the Managers to everyone that works at the hotel made my trip Superb.

A very memorable Stay at Bel Jou. My recent stay at the Bel Jou Hotel was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Shoutout to Mickey and Quincy specifically. They are both great! The food was delicious, with a variety of options to suit everyone. I was particularly impressed by the food since its a smaller resort and from my past experiences food at all inclusive can be a hit or miss but they did a great job. I absolutely loved it there was always a local dish option because I like to eat local foods wherever I go. One of the highlights of my trip was celebrating my birthday during the hotel's Creole Festival BBQ. The festivities were amazing, with many talented musicians and dancers. The food was amazing and friendly locals. It was a truly authentic cultural experience. The hotel's free shuttle service to the beautiful beach was a convenient and great way to spend the day. The pristine waters and stunning scenery were simply breathtaking. Definitely one of my top favorite beaches. I highly recommend the Bel Jou Hotel to anyone seeking an affordable relaxing, laid-back vacation in St. Lucia.

Close to the airport. Very handy for day use after getting off our cruise. We relaxed on the beach and got our last day of tropical sun. Clean rooms and overall nice facilities. Clean bathrooms by the ocean. Excellent place to hang out until or afternoon flight. Highly recommend!!!

The rooms at the hotel could be a bit better and we had a few days where we didn't have hot water for showering. However. The staff is amazing. They treat you so well and go above and beyond. Notably, Harmony and Ms. Helena are gems and treat guest so well. We will definitely be back to visit.

This resort is in the north side of the island, which is pretty far from all the activities, besides the Friday night street party however the walk towards the beach was amazing. The lack of communication between staff and guest needs much work. Apparently, there’s an orientation that happens that I didn’t find out until the second night of stay that they do to tell you the amenities of the hotel .

We enjoyed our week at Rodney Bay Beach Resort and Spa in early December so very much, we can't wait to return! Aside from the most fabulous location right on the beach, the resort felt wonderfully calm and relaxing and the staff were just so friendly and accommodating. It's not a big corporate chain and it feels so welcoming to all: couples, groups of friends, families and solo travellers. Special mentions for Crystal and Gail on front desk who were exceptionally kind and Ronald, the absolute star of the beach, always on the top of his game. The place never felt too noisy, crowded or uniform (no rows of sun loungers, but freedom to choose) and the watersports offerings were a great bonus. We look forward to enjoying more delicious cocktails and trying the spa on our next visit!

Windjammer Resort is one to remember. I am late to review, as we visited in September of 2023, but better late than never. From the moment we met John, the man who helped us with our luggage and vehicle, to the front desk staff, to the cleaners, everyone was amazing. Everyone was extremely patient and kind with our 1 year old and he quickly became a fan favorite. They have excellent restaurants, as well as a fantastic spa. They offer many excursions for people looking to be more active as well. This is truly an amazing place and we will be back.

The service at Windjammer was incredible! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the professionalism of all staff members at Windjammer. The resort itself is beautiful. The white buildings and terracotta tiles look amazing against the vibrant green hills. The beach area is well maintained and very cute. If you are not planning on leaving the resort much, it is a very quiet and comfortable area. We had plans to leave the resort and found it daunting to do so at night because it was so secluded. We were adjusting to the driving which didn't help our willingness to leave the resort but we felt very tucked away from the nearby area. Most of our meals were at the resort. The food was nothing special but we had no complaints about it. Overall we had an amazing time and would recommend Windjammer to anyone going to St. Lucia!

This is a wonderful resort but a few items to keep in mind. Unless you are in new section, it is VERY steep and hilly climb to your Villa. Older section on the hillsides are villas that are dated. New huildings close to beach are beautiful. Restaurants and bars are very good, but liquors available at the bar does not match premium resorts. Beach is very nice, but it is a cove with no waves and kinda rocky. If you want a Rodney Bay style beach, this is not same. Great for kids however. Excellent service and wonderful staff

I docked 1 star only because the food is pretty meh. We didn't get the all inclusive package and prices are pretty high - $18 for a cocktail. The villa is lovely and the grounds are really beautiful. The beach is perfect for relaxing and swimming and there's lots of activities available. If you want to go to St Lucia and explore the island this has been a great spot for us.

Honestly very disappointing experience here. Just got home from a trip with a group of 12 family members. We picked this resort because it was supposed to be the best family resort. We all got the all-inclusive package. When we arrived we were informed that 2 of the 3 rooms we had reserved were not ready. 2 families had to bunk together, the third family had to go into a 1 bedroom, then move to a 2 bedroom later (we had reserved 2 two-bedrooms and 1 three-bedroom). When we got into the first temporary room it hadn't been cleaned yet, so we had to leave again. Service on the beach was very difficult to get, had to go ask servers to come around. It was extremely annoying having to sign everything we got something, even though we were all inclusive, it meant that the kids could never go and just get a drink or an ice cream. Eating lunch takes 2 hours. I've seen better breakfast buffets at a riu. Getting shuttles to or from your villa was difficult at times. The beach was murky, and was full of seaweed just 15 or so feet out. Also there are spikey urchins in there so watch out. The sand is not great, lots of rocks. Overall for the price of this place you are much better off going to a beaches, just not good value here.

Overall had a great time. Was a little disappointed with how average everything was compared to the prices you pay. Location is beautiful and staff are very friendly. Bed was comfortable. A balcony would've been nice and more access to water; we had to call every night for more to be sent up. There was a weird sound every night like smashing dishes that kept us up for almost an hr. We told front desk and manager(?) was told they'd look into it but never heard anything or was offered any kind of recompense. Food is really good with most restaurants having great ocean views. Main issue was from the availability. Entertainment was really lacking and we got kind of bored after dinner. No room service which was ridiculous for this kind of resort and late night snacks were hard to find. Pool bar didn't open till 11 and the bartenders seemed to kind of come and go as they pleased. Nice resort but I don't think I'd go back just because of the quality vs the price

Overall fantastic experience. Nicole and I came here for our honeymoon from 1/16/25 - 1/25/25. They are extremely accommodating for someone with a gluten allergy. Laban, Davy, Glenn and Charles are fantastic, they always greet and serve you with a smile and good vibes. These guys truly work hard to provide a fantastic experience. Everyone at the resort is so pleasant. Highly recommend. Cannot wait to come back to Sandals.

Wonderful trip to Sandals La Toc St Lucia! We stayed in the Butler honeymoon suite with private pool. We had a beautiful view -see pics below taken from our patio! My only complaint is that the pool was very chilly with no ability to heat. Other than that, it was fantastic. Butler service (Roger, Sydney, Garvey) was exceptional and really made for a wonderful experience! Food was good, especially Armando's and La Toc. You can just enjoy the resort or you can choose from a wide variety of land and sea tours and activities. Again, just a wonderful experience!

My fiancé and I had a fantastic stay at Sandals Le Toc. The rooms were clean and stocked with a complimentary bar. The food was prepared to a very high standard and the service was spot on. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating, especially Charles. He would go out of his way to do whatever he could to make our stay amazing. We didn’t have the butler service in our package but whenever Charles was around, it felt like we had our own butler! It was our first Sandals experience and it certainly won’t be the last.

We stayed at La Toc and had butlers Shanna, Faith and Don who made everything absolutely magical. We came with a party of 12 and they were able to help us coordinate dinners, excursions and cabanas at Grande. Each of them were so kind, helpful and accommodating. The entire trip over-all was absolutely magical, the food was awesome, staff were so nice. As a side note-they have lots of vegan options and they are delicious. Only critique would be that i wish they had vegan desserts! Overall 10/10.

Loved our stay at Halcyon. We came for our honey moon and had so much fun. This resort is smaller and more intimate than the others on the island. Highly recommend butler service if you can get it! No children, adults only! We did a marriage ceremony that was awesome and very romantic! Can highly recommend. The sushi restaurant was our favorite!

We had an amazing time at Sandals Halcyon! The staff were incredibly friendly! We would recommend butler service as they help with dinner reservations, getting a nice spot on the beach, & anything else you need. Krysta, Vienna & Krystal were very accommodating to any need. Our room was also cleaned everyday (sometimes twice a day). The resort is very small- so the staff and other guests end up knowing each other & it was a very pleasant experience. There are also a lot of stray cats, which were super sweet and loved some chicken from the buffet 😂 We received couples massages which were very nice & relaxing. Vanessa did mine & it was great! Kareem & the staff at the Irie were some of the nicest people & made the best drinks. The only two cons of the trip were if you stay in a room by the main pool, it does get very loud. Entertainment goes until about midnight-1am. The second is the drive to the resort from the airport, which is about 1 hour and 15 mins. If you get car sick, make sure you take something beforehand to help. The roads are extremely windy and if you are sitting in the back of the van you may be uncomfortable. Overall a great experience & would recommend this report to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing trip!

Enjoyed a wonderful honeymoon experience here! We had 3 amazing butlers, Silvie, Shaun, and Learie. They made sure every want/need/reservation was taken care of and took all of the stress of planning off our shoulders! We also loved Vince at the main bar. Our second night there he took care of us and was so friendly. We were also there for the NYE party and he and the rest of the bar team did a great job holding it down despite how busy they were, and made sure everyone was enjoying their night! We also enjoyed a wonderful couples massage and the gals at red lane spa(unfortunately can’t remember their names but they were amazing) made sure we were so relaxed.

I recently spent a day pass at Sandals Grande to celebrate my cousin's birthday, and the staff truly made the experience extraordinary! First, a huge thank you to Daisy, whose kindness and attention to detail set the tone for a wonderful day. She was so helpful and ensured we felt welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. At the beach bar, Randy stood out with his vibrant personality and incredible drink-making skills. He kept the energy lively and made sure our glasses were always full with delicious cocktails. Over at Toscanini and the Jerk Shack, Alana provided outstanding service. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure every bite we had was unforgettable. Jenna at The Mariner was equally impressive. Her friendly demeanor and excellent service made our meal all the more enjoyable. Finally, I can’t forget Nicholas from the photography team. His talent and creativity shone through as he captured beautiful moments of our celebration. He ensured we had memories to cherish long after our visit. The service from these individuals was absolutely phenomenal and made my cousin’s birthday celebration so special. Sandals Grande is lucky to have such dedicated and exceptional staff. Great location! We will be getting married here and came for a test drive of the wedding. The resort was great and the employees were all very nice and accommodating. We had booked a swim up lagoon which came with room service. We took the 1 hr 40 min shuttle from the airport but it was not too bad. Very winding, but beautiful route along the island. The resort was relaxing and beautiful. We are excited to come back

We stayed here for our honeymoon. A worker broke into our room and stole initially $20 which we thought maybe we just used to tip for drinks or something so we didn’t say anything. The next day, they stole just under $1000 cash (our remaining cash in the room) that we planned to use for excursions, souvenirs for family, and any other out of pocket expenses. We immediately informed management and they did call the police, but the hotel seemed like they couldn’t be bothered and that they weren’t responsible. The police told us they would keep us updated on the case (they obviously didn’t and the management acted like it was somehow our fault). I’m sure this is a very small situation in the grand scheme of things, but still, the manager was extremely rude and argumentative and literally did nothing to help us feel more safe or give anything to help improve the experience. No apologies or reassurances. I wasn’t really expected much, but a change of room or an upgrade maybe? Instead, they covered the car service to head back to the airport…a $75 cost. It was hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a manager and on our honeymoon no less. Being in the wedding industry myself and hearing all the great things about St. Lucia, I was honestly surprised by the lack of customer service or transparency. It honestly seemed like this was an extremely common occurrence and they were just protecting their own. I didn’t even want to get the worker in trouble because I’m sure there’s a high chance that they were in desperate need of the money, but for management to do nothing to salvage the situation? It was a big disappointment. Will never go back to this resort or its affiliates.

first i want to say how beautiful the resort and location were! the staff and everyone were so accommodating. the resort is very clean, my room was constantly cleaned. me and my husband got married here and it was the best place and resort to do it! it’s was just us two! the wedding team was absolutely phenomenal! my day was so wonderful! thank you for making my day so perfect and special! another great thing i loved was they are very accommodating if you have any food allergies! they made me a gluten free pizza it was so delicious! overall the food and service were 10/10 the only thing i have to say is the rooms need to be a little more modernized but otherwise 10/10 overall! and will definitely come back!! thank you again!!

6 Stars if I Could – Beyond Perfect! WOW! Where do I even begin? The Landings Resort and Spa in St. Lucia completely blew us away! From the moment we set foot on the property, we were treated like royalty. Every single person on the team radiated warmth, kindness, and genuine care. Their service is unmatched—flawless, attentive, and so thoughtful that we felt pampered every second of our stay. The atmosphere was a dream come to life. The beach was absolute perfection—quiet, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. We never had to worry about finding a great spot to lay out and enjoy the sun because there was always plenty of room, and everything was perfectly set up for ultimate comfort. It felt like our own private slice of paradise! Every corner of the resort is stunning, from the serene beach to the luxurious accommodations. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the attention to detail was evident everywhere. You can feel how much pride they take in creating the ultimate guest experience. We never once had to wait or ask for anything because the staff seemed to anticipate our needs before we even realized them ourselves. This wasn’t just a vacation—it was an unforgettable experience that far exceeded our expectations. Whether it’s for relaxation, romance, or adventure, The Landings is THE place to be. If you are wondering whether to stay in Landings or other places such as Sandals, I would personally not recommend here despite a stunning location. As some reviews have said the main negatives reasons are: Service - Inconsistency - had to wait 30 minutes for main course and 45 minutes for just chips the next day. Late check out - Usually hotels allow late check out for guests as goodwill , given we had paid all inclusive and rooms were available we still had to pay €175 extra. This is a clever trick by the resort since they know flight departures are in evening. Check in at 4PM and Check out at 11AM is quite a joke. Initially they told us they would give us a courtesy room for free however this is not a free extension but a room given to you for few minutes just to shower and change. We found this out when going to reception to change room and had to pay if we wanted to extend till our taxi arrived. All inclusive is not all inclusive - Be aware a lot of the drinks are not included, a lot of food is not included, and room service is $10 charge too when it should be free in AI. However given the prices it’s probably still cheaper to get all inclusive. Rooms - Are outdated and need renovation. Well the whole resort needs renovation really. Room service - Took 1 hour to get just a pizza The positives: Location - Is stunning, safe with a nice beach. Room - Huge rooms however outdated. Staff - super friendly and helpful.

We had a ground floor 2 bed garden view flat with a Jacuzzi. The space was incredible with a kitchen, sitting room also had washing machine and dryer- all great when you are travelling for 2 weeks as you can travel light. We were 2 adults and 2 children aged 10&12. One of the restaurants was closed for refurbishment which we were not aware of until we arrived. We had bed and breakfast and were glad we had not taken the all inclusive option as food although was good there were limited options. The service was variable and generally was quite poor as we felt there was lack of management presence which made staff attitude variable- some were great and some could not be bothered. There seemed to be a lack of hospitality training for a resort of this calibre. It is a 2 hour drive with traffic from the airport as it is on the opposite end of the island so after a long plane journey it is tough to sit in a car for that long. The resort has great facilities, water sports, swimming pools and an amazing beach. Everything in St Lucia is quite expensive so be prepared for that. Great place, amazing sea, wonderful accommodation, shame about the hospitality.

We loved our honeymoon at Serenity. From the moment you step out of the car we were greeted by Ethan our Butler who made sure we were well taken care of. He schedule our week out to perfection where there was plenty of time to relax but also had a fun adventure around the island to experience the beauty on St. Lucia. All the bar tenders including Ray, Kevin, and Charles made the best drinks and had great service. The food was amazing and the service was excellent at the Greathouse. Natoya and the serving staff provided exceptional service with warm smiles, making every dining experience special. Daniel, our butler, was phenomenal. He anticipated our every need, arranged everything seamlessly, and always greeted us with genuine kindness. His level of professionalism and care elevated our experience to new heights. The property itself is breathtaking, with beautiful landscaping, private pools, and an intimate ambiance that made it feel like our own personal oasis. My husband and I came here to celebrate our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our butler Ali who gave us fresh coconut water with rum. She then gave us a brief tour of the resort so we could know where everything was located throughout our stay. After that she showed us to our room and helped us set up massage appointments (booked through Serenity’s honeymoon registry.) The following day we had a different butler because Ali was off and he helped us set up a couples Private Tour. We got to see some breath-taking views of St. Lucia and visited some of their most popular sites such as the volcano & sulphur springs, diamond waterfalls and the botanical garden. It was a fun day on the island and the transportation service Serenity uses has the most friendly & knowledgeable staff! The next day Ali helped us set up an excursion to do chocolate making at Hotel Chocolat and we had so much fun! Thank you again Ali for taking such good care of us during our stay! I would also like to shout out a few staff members that made our stay at Serenity one for the books. Thank you to Kevin who always made sure we had a drink in hand and brought the vibes! Thank you to Tyler for being the absolute sweetest and going above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were taken care of. Thanks to Jonathan (Coconut guy) for making us some delicious drinks in our coconuts on our last day. And of course a huge thank you to Tracy & Trisha who always kept our room clean and left us adorable notes. With their impeccable staff, amazing food & drinks and the love you feel at this resort, I hope to return soon!

I just got back from a week at Serenity and it is by far the best resort I have ever stayed at! I cannot recommend this place enough! For starters, The resort is less than a 5 minute drive from the airport which was amazing and the property is beautiful. The Service was incredible from every single staff member, Kert was our butler and he was wonderful. He was so helpful and planned the perfect list of events for us to do for the week, we wouldn’t have changed a thing! Kevin the resort host and Bartender was awesome, he has such a great energy and makes some great drinks! He also curated and gave us the best wine and cheese tasting we have ever had! The man knows his stuff! Our Servers Gabby and Tyler were so sweet and wonderful every night. We absolutely loved them. Johnathan the Coconut man was the best! The man must climb 50+ trees a day grabbing coconuts for fresh drinks for everybody upon request. He knows where every coconut on the property is! Lol, such an awesome guy! Also I believe it was the bartender Ray who offered to clean my sunglasses while I was relaxing by the pool multiple times throughout the week. That was just absolute next level of service that I have never gotten anywhere else. Our night time Relief Butlers Daniel and Narissa were both amazing and so helpful for my unique requests and always made me their top priority the second I called them! Both Such wonderful people! Also our housekeepers, Trish and Garvey were amazing and so sweet. They left us the best little notes in our room everyday and I know our room was messy everyday because we used the room service alot lol! The Food at Serenity was absolutely worthy of receiving Michelin stars. The entire menu was unbelievably delicious, the chefs at Serenity have seriously outdone themselves. It was the best food I have ever had on any vacation anywhere, ever. My hat goes off to all the chefs who were cooking for us from the week of November 14-21. They even made my wife chocolate chip cookies multiple times when she requested past 10:00 pm during the week. Truly top notch service from the entire staff. Everyone who works at serenity blew us away with their kindness, positive energy, and attitude. Also our Island tour guide “Famous Amos” was great and we really enjoyed our day spent with him showing us around the island, taking us to the volcanic mud baths, waterfalls, botanical gardens, and various scenic viewpoints around the island. The Live music that was played for us during dinner every night was incredible, some of the best musicians I have ever heard. I was told Serenity gets the best musicians in all of Saint Lucia and I believe it 100%, they were all incredibly talented. I wasn’t sure if the resort would live up to all these amazing reviews I saw but it absolutely did and even blew them away. 5 stars is not enough to accurately review this resort. Serenity at coconut bay is a true 100 out of 100 stars. It was the most relaxing trip I have ever been on, everything was taken care of for us, we were able to completely turn off our brains and relax and have the greatest week ever. Saint Lucia is such a beautiful country and the people are amazing who have a deep love for their Island and they would love to share its beauty with you. We Will be back Serenity! We Love you all!
