For the second year in a row, The Misfits Rugby Team had the pleasure of staying at Coco Palm, and once again, it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The pool was always clean and inviting, and even though there were small renovations happening, they never interfered with our stay. The bar kept the drinks flowing, and the atmosphere was always lively.
One of the highlights for us has always been the breakfast menu , fresh fruits and hearty meals that kept our team energized for tournament play. Coco Palm truly took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed.
We also had the chance to go on the Carnival Sunset Cruise, which was absolutely unforgettable. The staff onboard were incredibly accommodating, the views were stunning, and the dancing was nonstop fun. Our tip: do the sunset cruise before dinner — it’s the perfect way to spend an evening.
Thanks to the warmth and care from the Coco Palm staff, we were able to focus on our games and bring home the title once again — now 4x champions! We’re grateful for the hospitality and look forward to our next visit.

I had a wonderful experience at this resort. Absolutely beautiful and charming. It was right in the middle of local shops, restaurants and a shopping center. I was able to branch out of the resort, I felt super safe. The beach is also like a 5 minute walk, there are locals that sell fruits and drinks on the beach which is super convenient. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a swim up room which I loved. They cleaned the pool everyday which was nice. Overall I loved my stay here.

When we arrived, we were greeted kindly.
The rooms are comfortable, although a bit lacking in renovation.
The breakfast is okay, but unremarkable and unchanging. The service isn't the best. Customer service for foreigners needs to be improved. I had to be begging the servers to serve me some coffee. When they finally did, I had finished my breakfast.

Hello. First time to Coco Palm, and the Island. We came for our Aunts 80th Birthday! From the moment we got there, the service was "over the top"...The entire week, ALL STAFF went out of their way to make my Aunt feel extremely special. Room was decorated upon arrival, everything looked beautiful, and immaculate! Housekeeping was Amazing! Our Suite was beautiful. Claudine, Carlene, Michael, and All the others were absolutely wonderful with anything, and everything! They All make you feel as if they've known you for years. Super kind, and friendly. Restaurant was delicious. Needless to say, our experience was pretty fabulous! Even the Taxi services they use was so accommodating. Only 1 complaint. We loved using the beautiful pool, however the long stairs in the pool really need a railing. It was quite difficult getting in, and out of the pool with nothing to grab onto. We actually fell a few times. We understand that said railing may be an eye sore, however it would absolutely help guests feel safe, and less embarrassed about entering, and exiting the pool! Thank you for a lovely, and successful stay at Coco Palm!

We’ve just done 5 nights through BA holidays at Coco Palm - we had a superb time.
In the heart of Rodney Bay with the beach a 5 minute walk away and the Marina 25 minutes walk, the mall / shops literally a stones throw.
We had a swim up room which was huge, really comfortable, well maintained and clean.
What really stood out here was the friendliness of the staff and the food. We were all inclusive and said from the start that we’d go out maybe 2/3 of the evenings. There was no point as the food was so good, varied menu and decent service. Decent breakfast too.
The pool area is a decent size - we had no issues finding beds both in the sun / shade.
All in all a very positive stay and we will return again.

A delayed flight voucher brought us to this accommodation. American Airlines sent about 50 passengers on buses to this accommodation with vouchers, all at once.
Service: the staff was fantastic, even with 50 people shuttling in all at once. The process was streamlined by Soco. The bartender at the pool was a fun time. The staff in the restaurant were kind and accommodating for an unplanned vegan customer. They made sure to make a separate plate for each meal and were very aware of vegan diets. The food was delicious for the non-vegan customer as well. Service is what redeems this accommodation.
Rooms: we were given a ground floor room by the pool. The location of the room was great. The room itself was awful. One of the pillows on the bed were visibly moldy and smelled. The paintings and ceilings in the room were also moldy. The towels were stained or not clean. This was the type of hotel where you wear shower shoes.
Location/atmosphere: the location of the hotel was near a lot of restaurants and night life. Music played all through the night. We were able to sleep through the music but if you’re looking for night life this might be your place. The hotel itself is quiet and the people that stay bring a relaxing atmosphere. It is all inclusive but many people seemed to walk off resort for dinner. The food nearby seems to be diverse and someone would be able to eat a different place each day.
If we would have had to stay another night on airline vouchers we would have spent our own money to find a nicer accommodation but for one night it was a safe place to stay.

Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into the twilight zone. From the moment we arrived, the staff was noticeably unwelcoming. The front desk attendant didn’t greet us—he simply asked for my name to assign a room and hand over the key cards, with no warmth or hospitality.
The dining experience was equally disappointing. The food quality was poor, portions were small—especially the meat—and much of it appeared to be nearing expiration. Shockingly, despite being on a tropical island, there was no fresh fruit available. Many of the items listed on the menu were consistently unavailable each night.
The beach amenities, which are advertised as complimentary, were frustratingly disorganized. Instead of a designated hotel area, we were approached by a local who pointed us to random chairs and then expected a tip. What should have been a relaxing beach day became stressful and chaotic. There was no clear signage or designated section for hotel guests, which led to confusion and discomfort.
To make matters worse, there were locals occupying what appeared to be hotel-owned chairs. When they were asked to move so guests could use them, a heated argument broke out, with the locals insisting the beach was public and they had every right to sit there.
Overall, this was a highly disappointing and stressful experience that fell far below expectations for a relaxing vacation.

My wife and I went on a trip to St. Lucia in January 2025. We stayed at Soco house and truly enjoyed our stay. The all-inclusive package was great with really good food. Chef Cameron did a fantastic job with every meal menu selection and execution. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and overlooked the pool. The bartenders did a fantastic job with cocktails and cooler preps to take to Reduit Beach, which is a 3 minute walk from the resort.
On the beach, it was a totally perfect experience. THE ONE and Miss Valerie took care of us every day with setting up lounge seats and umbrellas. THE ONE also set us up with true St. Lucia excursions and Friday Night street party taxi trips.
The ONE turned out to be a one stop shop to all needs of what you would need on a trip or on the beach. This includes consultation on where to go, what to do, where to eat and also, what to listen to if you have your speakers and spotify! At the end of the trip we got to learn the he is a local artist who makes his own music too! He truly made a memorable impact to our trip and made us wanna come back. Our next trip to this gorgeous island is certainly going to be at Soco House and Reduit Beach.

Service in the restaurant was extreamly slow. The restaurant menu has no Caribbean flavor. Little to no choices for vegetables. There was a very young bartender that need customers service training at the pool bar.
Guest service were excellent, dinner room staff were warm and friendly. Housekeeping staff very professional.

This is a unique 4 star hotel that won't disappoint if you remember a few key things:
-this is not a five star resort, therefore not everything is going to be perfect. But they come pretty close and the price point is an excellent value. You're not going to get Michelin star meals but the food is very good. It's also table service and made to order which means you may have to wait for your food but never overly long.
-this is an island nation where everything is expensive and difficult to import. I have read complaints about the loungers being dirty but they were pressure washed every night, they are just a bit stained from lots of use....hence four star, not five star. The beach chairs and umbrellas have definitely seen better days but who cares? They work and the beach is amazing. Swapping out a chair or lounger is not as easy or as cheap as it is on the mainland.
While we were there, we witnessed near-constant sweeping and glass cleaning in the lobby, railings being repainted, pressure washing of the pool deck and countless other signs of excellent upkeep. Our shower could have used a bit of love but it was clean and so was everything else.
We met so many lovely people during our stay and the quiet, relaxed vibe was perfect for our holiday. We truly relaxed.

We stayed in a three-bedroom, three-bath cabana at Windjammer, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The cabana was very spacious, with each bedroom on a different floor, giving everyone their own sense of privacy. Having our own private pool overlooking the stunning views made the stay feel extra special.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. One memorable touch was finding a slice of chocolate cake in the fridge to celebrate my daughter’s birthday—it was such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot. The location of the resort was also excellent. It’s close to town, which made getting around very convenient, and it was easy to head out for excursions. The beach on property was beautiful, and I really enjoyed the variety and quality of the restaurants.
That said, the cabana itself could use some upkeep. The rooms were clean, but the exterior walls definitely showed wear with flaking paint and areas needing repair. Also, while most of the restaurants offered great service, one bar/restaurant in particular seemed understaffed and it was difficult to get help there compared to the rest of the resort.
Despite those minor drawbacks, the positives far outweighed them. Between the spacious cabana, the breathtaking views, the friendly staff, and the perfect location, I would definitely recommend Windjammer Resort and look forward to staying there again.

I stayed in the Oasis Ocean View room at Windjammer Landing. The views were beautiful, but the room felt outdated, the balcony was unclean, and roaming cats around the restaurants created an issue for me as someone with allergies.
While I appreciated the thoughtful celebration decor/gift in my room and the kindness of the shuttle drivers, front desk and breakfast staff, I also experienced uncomfortable interactions with 2 staff members promoting timeshares/villas in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional.
To the resort’s credit, management responded to my concerns promptly and with professionalism, which I respect. That said, improvements are still needed in the condition of the rooms and in ensuring that all guests receive the same level of respect and hospitality, regardless of status.

Our honeymoon couldnt have been more perfect. We have never received this sort of treatment before. Everyone was beyond friendly and accommodating. So polite and helpful and made us feel so special. The food was amazing. Every single member of the staff was so efficient and kind. Room service was done every time we left the villa so we always had fresh towels and a clean place to come back to. The views, beach, and pool were amazing. Would go back tomorrow in a heartbeat! We plan on making this place a yearly trip if we can! Thank you so much Windjammer!❤️❤️❤️❤️

The kids enjoyed the amenities, but the customer service was not the 4star level we have experienced at various other all inclusive resorts. The drinks served during meals at the Grand Marche was slow, some meals we never got the drinks we ordered. At check-in, we waited for an hour and a half to get our room, in a 6 floor building with a broken elevator! It is not peak season, but the elevator service is priority with big luggage. The mini bar was not refilled prior to our arrival either. One night, the main bar was out of glasses and could not serve drinks.
The beach was great! The reef made the water calm so the kids could swim. The kids camp Aunties were very friendly and had fun activities that our 4 & 6yo loved! The towels for the beach/pool area were not available at 10am, we had to wait hours for clean towels. The night entertainment was good. The stage is outdoors so it was nice most nights, but when it rained there was no covered chairs to watch the show. Overall we enjoyed ourselves, but there is definitely room for improvement.

I had an exceptional stay at Royalton St.Lucia and the Diamond Club upgrade truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable—personalized, attentive, and always delivered with a warm smile from the Diamond club team at the Diamond club reception.
The Diamond Club perks were well worth it. The private check-in/check-out made everything seamless and stress-free. The exclusive lounge access was a highlight—offering premium drinks, gourmet snacks, and a peaceful, upscale atmosphere to unwind. Our butlers were amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure our requests were met.
My room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and spotless, with a stunning view and luxurious touches that made it feel extra special. Housekeeping kept everything in top shape, and turn-down service was a nice touch.
The food and beverage options across the property were excellent, and being part of the Diamond Club gave me access to upgraded menus and priority reservations, which added real value.
Overall, the Diamond Club took an already fantastic hotel experience to the next level. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more exclusive and elevated stay. I’ll definitely be returning.

I recently stayed at Royalton Saint Lucia from July 29 to August 5, 2025, expecting the high standards associated with the Marriott brand. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations.
The resort itself has potential with beautiful grounds and a great location, but that’s where the positives end. My family and I were assigned Room 6205, which was in poor condition—dirty sheets, a broken AC, an unclean fridge, and visible grime under appliances. It took over two hours for front desk staff to respond to requests, which was frustrating.
Food quality was consistently disappointing. The buffet often served burnt or bland dishes, and hygiene was a concern, with insects near the salad bar. Service was slow and inattentive, with some staff even displaying unprofessional behavior.
Maintenance issues were frequent: unreliable air conditioning, malfunctioning elevators, and unsanitary common areas. I witnessed vomit left unattended in the bar area and mold growing above our dining area, which is a serious health concern.
Customer service was poor overall. I was told my Marriott Gold Elite membership number could not be added to my reservation, and a manager laughed off my complaints. After being offered 70,000 Bonvoy points as goodwill, the representative went on vacation with no follow-up.
I was also chased by a stray dog on the property, and the staff mocked rather than addressed the incident. All these issues caused a great deal of stress during what was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation combined with business commitments.
I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the quality of their service and facilities.

Extremely Disappointing Costco Travel Experience – Saint Lucia
We booked this trip through Costco Travel expecting a seamless, all-inclusive vacation. Instead, what we received was one problem after another that turned five days in Saint Lucia into a nightmare.
• Unprofessional staff and safety concerns: On day one, the front desk clerk made inappropriate comments about my stepdaughter’s engagement ring while placing her wristband. Not long after, the bellhop who had just delivered our bags (and been tipped) walked into our room uninvited, claiming he “had the wrong room.” On multiple other occasions, people tried our door with excuses like “checking my key” or even saying my husband wasn’t “the right person.” This left us feeling unsafe and constantly on edge.
• Poor service and bad attitudes: At the pool, a group of staff members were loudly arguing among themselves, refusing to serve guests, and even claiming they “didn’t have liquor” at an all-inclusive resort. Their behavior was unprofessional and hostile.
• Dining frustrations: Restaurants repeatedly lacked basic items like napkins. Towels were never available at the pool or beach. Dinner reservations were impossible to secure, yet the dining rooms sat nearly empty. On the occasions when we did manage to book, we were told our reservations “could not be found” and were turned away. At one point, even the ice cream counter told us the ice cream was “too hard to scoop” and refused to serve it.
• Facility and cleanliness issues: The hallways and our room reeked of sewage, and we woke up with bites that appeared to be from bed bugs. These conditions were completely unacceptable at any property, let alone one marketed as a luxury all-inclusive.
Overall, this trip was the exact opposite of what was promised. The resort failed to provide even the most basic expectations of service, safety, and cleanliness. What should have been a relaxing, enjoyable vacation became a frustrating, stressful, and expensive mistake.
Costco needs to reconsider offering this property to its members. It does not meet the quality, safety, or service standards that Costco customers expect. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.

We had a family suite, the room was good size, AC was an awesome treat, but when we arrived (1.5hr wait for room) the mini fridge was NOT stocked and NO wash rags.
Food was always fresh and great flavor. On a busy night with 2 weddings, the martini bar near the entertainment was out of glasses/cups, so could not serve...
Pools were nice, but closed too early (6pm) it's not even dark yet, these kids need to swim & play! And one morning, 10:30am there were no beach towels available.

Its not Hideaway by Royalton its a stay-away!
This hotel is no where near a five star or even a 4 star! It says Adults Only! No, you share everything with the Royalton family resort! The only thing you get is, a small pool section for Hideaway guest, and a corner beach section near the beach stones…
The service is horrible!!! You self serve on the beach and pool area. Out of the 6 nights I was there, the servers probably approached me twice and asked if I needed anything.
Hotel cleanness is poor. Our feet turned black walking barefoot…. The room temperature of the room was too hot and they never made any adjustments.
In addition, upon arrival we didn’t get a warm welcome. As we arrived, they sat us in front of a desk, and ask for your passports and than said you have to pay taxes! Not how was your flight, would you like something to drink… all they thought about was $$$.
Room service is the worse… don’t bother! First of all it’s not all inclusive because they limit the amount of food you can order per person.
All activities end at 10 PM…
Saint Lucia is a beautiful place to visit, but this hotel ruined it for me every time I was enjoying myself someone knew how to disappoint me.
If there is anything you are going to take from this review… STAY AWAY! Don’t waste your money and time… This will ruin your vacation. During my stay 2 sets of couples did early check out.

NOT A HONEYMOON HOTEL
I caution it as an enjoyable hotel at all…
My husband has been loyal to Marriott his entire career and the brand has been loyal to him. This hotel or its team however do not represent the brand we are familiar with in any way other than logo.
Our son and his new bride were gifted a week stay for his honeymoon. The disappointments were exhausting.
Recent hotel reviews by previous guest were experienced daily without fail. Staff was overall disgruntled in every department and held only empathy and no accountability except for one incredible guest service agent in the main building, not hideaway.
May we suggest you take advice from guests our son met on his excursions from Sandals and Jade and choose their properties for an acceptable experience.

We had to switch rooms two times before we got a room with air conditioning and an elevator that was working. The staff at the Hideaway unfortunately are not that friendly or welcoming. The staff at the main Royalton was more friendly. The Hunter steakhouse and Hibachi were excellent. The pools were nice.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
From the first moment service was horrendous. We arrived to the Hideaway lobby, a separate makeshift building separate from the rest of the hotel. The staff had to pull out a folding table to check in our party and was completely ill equipped to handle more than a single party during check in. The woman who managed the buffet in the lobby was rude and angry that I even ask for a coffee from the machine, after a 2 hour ride from the airport.
The rooms were generally OK but were very damp and smelled strongly of mildew the entire trip.
The beach and the grounds were pretty and well
kept (other than the lounge chairs and towels which were falling apart and dirty).
The food and service were the worst part. Almost every meal was completely inedible. If you like drinking, this is fine as most of the hotel guests only could care to sit at the bar all day and night long.
Some of the staff was friendly - some were incredibly rude and off putting, but overall everyone acted as though they were being inconvenienced by any simple request.
I am angry that I paid the amount of money I did to stay here.

The stay was bad from start to finish! For starters, I received the wrong accommodations. I booked a room for two people, two queen beds; the room received had one bed. When asked to change the room by the Hideaway front desk, they stated very rudely when booking it’s a “suggestion” not true accommodation and to try again the next day. On the next day, the excuse was we came down too late to change the room; even though we were off resort for an excursion booked through the resort. The day after, they took our phone numbers and stated we would receive a phone call when our room was ready; never received a call nor was the room changed.
The food at almost every restaurant was inedible. The meat was never cooked to the correct temperature; everything is WELL DONE! Every single restaurant and bar ran out of basic ingredients or claimed they had to go to another area to retrieve the item and never returned.
Majority of the staff were rude and disengaged( especially the women) The entertainment ends very early for an all inclusive resort(around 12 at most) leaving guest with nothing else to do. They also advised as an adult only resort; untrue children are everywhere!
For the amount of money paid for this resort, I was highly disappointed. Would not recommend 2/10

First off we had no coffee in the room all week, day before we left the put some instant coffee in there. $5 US for a coffee at the restaurant. That’s crazy. Petty theft was an issue for us. We had luggage stolen off the luggage cart as the guy was bringing the stuff up to our room. I told staff, security, management. Never saw it again. They have cameras and wouldn’t bother to look. That was a huge disappointment. The food at breakfast was great, everything else not so much. Especially for kids, they have so many kids there you would think they could have a kids menu with pizza, chicken fingers, hotdogs. Spinnakers for $10 US you could buy a decent kids meal. Sometimes the booth between the hotel and spinnakers had hot dogs.

I feel that reviews are subject to the type of person. I prefer to stay at a Ritz Carlton or the Viceroy property.
The people at the front desk are very nice. The beach is nice and clean. The water park was fun. The cost of the water park was included in the hotel fees.
The actual property is bad. Out dated. Needs major repair. Bathroom toilet seat was broken. I was hoping the cleaning lady would notice the issue. Did not. Had to step up into a shower. Not comfortable. The restaurants breakfast buffet was gross. Missing food.
Lacked people. There was no service at the beach. No one coming around which you typically see at a resort. The gym was outdated.
Some people who did stay at the property were older.

The hotel was nice but the roaches in our room and bathroom made the trip super unpleasant. They offered us 1 free dinner to make it better but it didn’t. Would have been a really great trip if i was actually able to sleep at night and not worried about roaches.

The rooms are substandard. The AC in the living dining area did not work properly even after they came to "repair" it. There was condensation in the bathroom ceiling, the lights were rusted around it to show it was not recent. The beach was very nice and so was the water. I am not coming back to this facility.

Me and my significant other stayed at Coconut Bay Harmony for 5 nights and 6 days. We enjoyed every single minute of the hospitality and entertainment that the staff provided. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. The food in any location serving food was fresh and delicious. We tried to visit all parts of the property, even the petting zoo. This resort grounds is massive and impossible to not fit everyone's expectations. We also did the land and sea tour and it was AMAZING. Having a chance to soak up sun in the Caribbean sea and culture in Soufriere. Great experience overall. Thank you to all the staff especially the bartenders Dee and Dillon (you guys showed us a good time).

Room is adequate and nice. Clean when you come in but have hound someone to get service. The service itself is sub par. I heard they were closing the resort in September and all the employees seemed to have checked out already. It’s unappealing when others are being “squeezed in and accommodated for” yet you feel secondary. The island is gorgeous and the hotel is 5 mins from the airport. My money is better spent elsewhere for the service where others appreciate it more.

We could not recommend this resort any more! This was our second stay here, and we had an even better time this turn around. The rooms have been recently renovated and are very chic and modern adding to the experience. The food and service was outstanding!
Shoutout to Tyron at the Paradise Beach Bar who made our trip so memorable with his great service and sense of humor to match! What we enjoyed most was the foam party on Friday and the full moon beach party. Always a great time at Coconut Bay!

The people working the resort are great. We were here over Christmas and the fact that they were so nice and working on their holiday speaks volumes. So many cool stories to hear from them all. Take the time to ask.
Rooms are not bad. Humid as hell but how can you fix that in a place like st Lucia.
The negative? The food. It was pretty meh in the buffet and felt like it was a horrible experience trying to book a restaurant.
Stay here for the great location. Only other downer is the taxi time to places but with good drivers and people that was nothing to worry about

We recently went stayed at Coconut Bay for a week. The property was well maintained. The food was very good - Calabash was our favorite reservation night, but we enjoyed all our meals including the buffets and the themed dinners. While on site we used the pools, water park and spa. The pool and water park areas were great. The space was small enough that I felt comfortable letting my 10 year old go off to the slides while I stayed at a near by pool. The spa was excellent, I had a wonderful massage in a beach hut! We also used the resorts activities coordinator for excursions, we enjoyed the snorkeling trip, loved the zip lines in the rainforest and enjoyed the jeep safari tour. The resort offered a number of activities each day to keep busy, but plenty of space to relax if you want a more relaxing trip. The room was good, felt clean, we had an issue with our fridge leaking, but maintenance and house keeping took care of it. The only bummer of the trip was that the beach is pretty washed out in the main area of the hotel and what isn't washed out is covered in piles of seaweed. The resort does have a section of beach they maintain every day and they do shuttle guests to that area, but it is kind of a bummer to not be able to walk the whole beach. Also, if sitting close to the beach you either are smelling gasoline fumes from the tractors trying to keep up with the seaweed piles or you're smelling seaweed. We ended up just sitting on the other side of the pool and keeping off the beach. The snorkeling trip takes you to the Caribbean side of the island that doesn't have much of a seaweed issue which got our beach fix in.

Just back from a wonderful holiday at Anse Chastanet resort and we can't wait to go back! The first thing to know is that it is built on a hillside and very steep so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, although they do offer shuttles around the resort from room to beach etc. The staff are amazing, using and remembering your names, which was impressive. The food is like fine dining every day. Delicious!! The place is absolutely beautiful with a lovely beach. Nice little touches made us feel important to the resort. Highly recommended.

This resort is all about being eco-friendly, and you’ll get stunning views of the famous Petit and Gros Piton mountains. They’ve designed many of the rooms to blend right into the environment, which is pretty cool. Just a heads up, most rooms don’t have air conditioning. The rooms are on a hill, so you’ll need to be ready to climb some stairs. But don’t worry, the food was absolutely delicious and didn’t disappoint! They use a lot of local ingredients, like the cacao for their chocolate desserts. The staff is super friendly and always attentive to your needs. They’re really good at taking care of the little details. And if you’re into snorkeling or scuba diving, this is the perfect place to go. You’ll find a soft, sandy beach with plenty of aquatic activities to keep you entertained.

My fiance and I had the most wonderful stay here. The location was fantastic with two beaches with more than ample space. The Hotel had a brilliant vibe with out feeling overcrowded at any stage.
Our room was spectacular with the most special views of both the sunset and the pitons. Sharmaley ensured our stay was extra special in every way she was so welcoming and attentive through out our stay. Peter the GM was also very charming and exudes enthusiasm which was contagious.

We stayed at Anse Chastanet for 10 days for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience! The resort is beautiful, tranquil, and never felt overly touristy, which made it the perfect place to truly relax. The beach was clean, the food was absolutely incredible (every meal made fresh and full of flavor), and there were plenty of excursions to choose from. We went snorkeling, jungle biking, and even hiked Gros Piton!
The absolute highlight was the service. When my shoes broke the day before our hike, an employee from the gift shop actually took the bus into town to buy me a new pair since the resort didn’t sell them—such a thoughtful and above-and-beyond gesture that we’ll never forget.
Our room was beautiful with an amazing view, and we loved the open-air feel of being right in the jungle. The only things to keep in mind are that the rooms don’t have AC, so it can get quite warm, and you do have to get used to the presence of insects since you’re surrounded by nature.
Overall, Anse Chastanet was the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and incredible service—we couldn’t have picked a better spot for our honeymoon!

My partner and I have recently returned from a week's stay at East Winds - we initially chose to stay here because of the excellent reviews it has already received, which we can only echo having experienced it ourselves.
East Winds is a special place, because of how beautiful and serene it is, and how thoughtful, welcoming and friendly every member of staff is. It's set in a tropical garden, with amazing plants, trees and wildlife everywhere - there was a mango tree outside our cottage, and we saw hummingbirds flying around our terrace every day. The rooms are lovely - beautifully decorated with plenty of space, a big comfy bed and a fully-stocked fridge with soft drinks, beers and wines. The resort overall is gorgeous, with great pool and beach spaces - both of them have plenty of sunloungers so you never need to worry about finding a good spot at any time of day.
A real highlight was the food and drinks - breakfast and lunch are buffets which were always really varied and delicious (I think I had a chocolate mousse almost every lunchtime, they were so good!). Dinners are a bit more formal, with a 4-course menu every night - the dishes were always really high quality, and we left every meal full and very happy! Drinks were great as well, cocktails were always really tasty and a great range of wines for dinner - the rum tasting session was really fun as well.
The best thing by far about the resort was the people - we've never felt so welcomed to a hotel before! Every single member of staff was so lovely, really welcoming and friendly, and our experience would not have been as amazing as it was without them.
While it was our first time at East Winds, we met plenty of other guests who had returned multiple times - we look forward to hopefully being among their number and coming back soon.

We have never felt so welcomed to a hotel and frankly this has been the best hotel by far that my wife, 2 x children and I have stayed at. The setting is a lush tropical garden in which the accommodations are nestled, before seamlessly merging into a tropical beach with beautiful turquoise and emerald waters. The property is relaxing, easy to navigate and all on one level! Having seen Jade Mountain and Sugar Beach resorts, other than a butler service which you simply do not need at east winds because of the ease of the layout, this tops them both. My only concern before going was if it was going to be too exclusive to adults for my 2 children to enjoy. This completely evaporated from the moment we arrived, the staff, the interesting setting and the excursions were very child friendly and you could tell they genuinely loved having our children and a few others stay. The food was delicious and the restaurant was gorgeous. The decor of the place is interesting and individual and reflects the vibrancy and peacefulness of the setting. At the heart of it all were the incredible staff - from the restaurant and bar, the spa, the beach water sports, the ‘good vibes’ excursion organiser, reception, security and the managing director! We were very impressed with the excursions and the organisation of everything - the hotel is clearly well connected with the island! Wow East Winds is beyond lovely! Every detail is so well thought out: rooms, gardens, food, drinks, beach, pool - everything.
It's quiet and relaxing, music at lunch and dinner is never over-loud. The decor throughout is beautiful, airy and bright with lovely fabrics & colours.
We stayed in Superior Cottage number 5, in the lush gardens and near the pool, bar, restaurant and beach. It was elegantly furnished, spacious and well-equipped - with gorgeous robes, insect repellent (we never needed), a superb hairdryer (priceless!), tea & coffee, full fridge etc. Each cottage also has a bird feeder, so we had frequent hummingbird visits to enjoy. A lovely touch.
Food and drink were excellent - everything high quality. Breakfasts are important and here they were stellar every day, crispiest bacon, perfect eggs, melting pancakes or porridge to order, fresh pastries, fruit, yoghurt, delicious juice and smoothies. Lunches were varied, but always with tasty fresh & light hot & cold options. Dinner menus change daily and everything we ate was delicious from amuse bouche to dessert.
Drinks whenever, wherever - including fruit punch, a good choice of wines and limitless rum & cocktail options. The rum tasting session was much enjoyed.
Plenty of cushioned loungers on both sides of the beach and by the pool, all under structures or resilient parasols. A relaxing atmosphere everywhere.
The gardens are full of variety, colour and birds and are very well maintainted. We enjoyed an informative 2.5 hr(!) tour of the garden one morning.
All this is provided by simply superb staff - reception, housekeeping, management, bar, garden, restaurant - everyone was brilliant and always so friendly. This was our first visit, and we felt as welcome as all the many repeat guests.
Our whole stay was faultless, and so kind that they are flexible with departure time - with a night flight, we continued to enjoy everything until 5 p.m., it's a hard place to leave!

The resort is gorgeous, rooms are lovely, food/drinks were great, and staff goes beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have everything you need (and more). This is so much better than a 'big resort' experience that can feel crowded and less personal. Shoutout to Devon who took us out on a hobie cat for an awesome sail when we were a bit nervous about the winds. Other guests staying here were really lovely as well - we got the peace, quiet, and R&R we were seeking in beautiful St. Lucia! We will be back to East Winds!

We spent our honeymoon at Cap Maison and absolutely loved it. The Junior Suite was perfect—panoramic views, peaceful atmosphere, and a massive porch where we spent hours soaking it all in. The resort is gorgeous with Mediterranean architecture, lush gardens, and a quiet, relaxing pool area. The private beach and The Naked Fisherman bar were highlights, as was the small but excellent spa (my wife went three times!).
Service was mostly great, though a few staff interactions felt off. A bigger issue: housekeeping left our door unlocked more than once, which was concerning. Also had a strange experience being asked to stop smoking in a cigar-approved area, which felt inconsistent.
Bring strong bug spray—the bugs were intense by week’s end. But the food and wine? Incredible. Every meal impressed, and the staff behind the restaurants were warm, passionate, and top-tier.
Despite a few hiccups, Cap Maison made for an unforgettable honeymoon, and we’d happily return.

Just finished a 4 night stay here. Let me start off by saying the rooms, grounds, and amenities were incredible. The landscape design and chirping tree frogs at night were magical. The food at the restaurants was some of the best I’ve had anywhere in the world.
The only complaint I had is the staff. We stayed in the rooftop villa suite #50. Every morning and night we walked past the front desk staff and they wouldn’t even look up from their computers. If we said hi we’d get a hello out of them. Otherwise we were ignored. For a 5 star resort with these prices it was disappointing.

I spent a Fabulous 5 nights there. The suite of rooms was spacious and clean with room service every day. The beach was small but really well kept. The staff were friendly and very professional. American style breakfast was included and there was always a good selection but the Caribbean style food was separate and I thought this was bizarre and would have liked to have had a wider selection. After all we were in the Caribbean.

Our trip was scheduled for The Royalton in St Lucia and we quickly left and went to The Landings. Everyone there was so polite, friendly, and helpful. We have a son with a ton of food allergies and they were so accommodating and even made him a meal to pick up the morning we left so he would have something to eat on our trip back to the US. The beach is beautiful, the wind sailing was one of our favorite (free for guests) activities. The rooms were so clean and if you needed anything they got it for you. The food was good too and not hard to make a reservation at their hotel restaurants at all. Would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a laid back, clean, beautiful, relaxing, family vacation!

Had a great week long stay here. Had a beachfront 2 bedroom suite w/plunge pool (hot tub). Beautiful room and view of the bay. Bay is gorgeous, with hills on the left and right. Pigeon island park is within walking distance (15 min), and is a beautiful place to walk and hike. Resort has 3 restaurants, 2 beachfront bar and grills and 1 Asian restaurant which you have to make reservations for. They are all outside seating except for the Asian place which has both indoor and outdoor. A couple of times it got a bit hot, but generally it was ok. If there was one negative I can find it is with the high prices for food - $26 hamburgers and $70 buffets, but since you are already splurging for your dream vacation its just part of the package, I guess :-). Water at the beach is bathtub still, and they have a swimming area roped off. They have several excursions - we took one by Nick's boat charters, great day trip to the Pitons and snorkeling. They also have a pickleball court that we had no trouble making reservations for, played a couple of days at 7pm after the sun went down (6:30pm, since it pretty far south). Gorgeous sunsets visible with a short walk down the beach. They had a butler assigned to us, with a dedicated cell phone, that we could ask with questions or to make reservations, which was helpful.

Our family just returned from the best vacation we've ever taken. We stayed in a 3BR villa on the beach with a plunge pool. The room was amazing with more than enough space for a family of five. The view was beautiful. The plunge pool was a great adder and gave us a place to relax at the end of each day.
We also had the best butler service! Kalan, Ophelia, and Gregg were like part of our family on this trip. They were always quick to respond and offered more help than we would ever expect. Part of this trip was celebrating my wife beating breast cancer. Our butlers went above and beyond to make this a special trip for her.
I'm already looking forward to my next St. Lucia trip and have no question about where I'll be staying.

Stayed here for our honeymoon and the view and experience was unbeatable. The pool in the room was super clutch, the staff goes above and beyond to help you and feels like they read your mind with your needs before you even ask. Food at the restaurant was great as well. You will not like the open air rooms if you're picky when it comes to bugs. Netting around the bed, fans, mosquito coil, bug spray all helps make things just fine, well worth it to wake up to that view every morning.

The location is great as the hotel assists with providing transportation to any excursions. The view is amazing and very hard to beat it! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Hot tub and pool is clean and in-room pool is a plus! Dasheene restaurant food is good too. Nice hiking trail and game room. We loved the hammocks. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for couples.

Dasheene restaurant review. We went here for my birthday dinner and this was the best decision we could've made. The property was beautiful as we walked in, the views were absolutely stunning, the view that would take your breath away. The staff customer service was exceptional, top notch. The food was pretty good, I really enjoyed the grill shrimp risotto appetizer more than my main course meal also the the coconut cheesecake dessert. I cut the cake before I took the picture so don't mind it.

A Truly Memorable Stay at Ladera Resort
We had an amazing experience at Ladera Resort! The customer service was exceptional — everyone we encountered was so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that make you feel like you’re in a dream.
The open-air room concept is really unique and added so much to the experience — waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. While the open setting means you might have to deal with a few mosquitoes, they do provide mosquito nets, which was very thoughtful and effective.
We also dined at the on-site restaurant, Dasheene. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I do wish there were more vegetarian options, but what they did have was still very good.
Overall, Ladera is a perfect escape for anyone looking for great service, incredible views, and a unique stay. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing honeymoon at Serenity!!! The staff is absolutely amazing and so attentive (Shout out to our butler McGregor) the food was SO good, our room was gorgeous, and we were able to relax and wind down but also had fun activities to go to, like rum tasting, punch + paint, and a sushi making class!! Daniel the butler was very helpful and took care of everything. It was great to have the choice of the resort pool with the bar and to spend time in your private villa pool. We just completed a week long stay at Serenity. It was truly amazing. The room was 10/10, the plunge pool was fun, clean, and refreshing. The room was comfortable and lovely design and layout.
The food was SO good! We enjoyed the morning smoothies. The dinners were just, WOW! Like eating at delicious and fancy restaurant every night.
The pool and the pool side seats and umbrellas were perfection.
Our excursions and drivers were great. They took us all over the island and shared a lot about life on the island.
Finally, the service was out of this world! They didn’t let us lift a finger. Lee made us the most delicious drinks. Sabby and Nella waited on us for so many meals and they were a pure joy. I wish we could be real life friends! We also adored Ali, what a sweetheart!
