My husband Allan and I spent 15 nights at Coco Palm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort itself might not have a 5 star rating, but the people working here should. When we first arrived, we were greeted by Vincent (Duty Manager) who was quick to make us feel welcome. Check in was effortless, with no surprises. The front desk employees were sweet, greeting us every morning and throughout the day. Special mention to Carleen, who was always so busy, but took time out to help you with whatever you needed. The hotel, grounds, pool and rooms were spotless thanks to the caretakers. Our chamber maid Yasmin was very accommodating and efficient. The buffet breakfast surprised us with its quality and diversity. We had several meals in the open air dining, which we very much enjoyed. The dining room and bar staff were spot on! We will definitely return for future stays in St Lucia and especially at Coco Palm. Thanks, Allan & Michelle, room 310

This hotel is paradise on earth. I cannot overstate what a wonderful experience we had during a 10 day stay at Coco Palm Resort. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. Reception staff are welcoming , friendly and courteous. Serving staff are wonderful. Bar staff are great and cleaning staff are efficient and responsive. The food served in the restaurant is exceptional. Tasty, wholesome and plentiful. The pool area is fabulous. Great area to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The gym is air conditioned and kitted out with a range of fitness equipment. The rooms on offer include swim ups, garden rooms , garden view rooms and pool view rooms. The location of the hotel is superb for access to the local beaches and also the local town. They are literally a short walk away. I cannot recommend this resort more highly. Superb, relaxing and welcoming.

Fantastic hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially our room cleaner Claudine. The pool was decent and full of palm trees, you get beach and pool towels. A minutes walk to the beach and main restaurant stretch. The rooms were spotless, we had a view over the pool. There is a nice gym to use. The rooms could do with somewhere to hang wet swim wear or towels, and maybe a table and chairs by the window. There can be noisy music on certain evenings, especially Saturday. The only aspect that could improve would be varying the breakfast menu, for 7 days we had the same food everyday which got a tad boring.

Lovely hotel not far from the beach. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Helpful receptionists. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was limited and not very tasty. The staff at the restaurant always looked moody and made us feel unwelcome.

Spent two nights as a couple on vacation. Good location at Rodney Bay in walking distance of restaurants and Reduit Beach. Room was clean with plenty of space. Nice pool area. Friendly bar service and good drinks. Food at breakfast buffet was good, with a nice selection. Only downside was disorganized service at the front desk and at breakfast. Not a deal-breaker -- overall this place is still a good value.

I celebrated my wedding anniversary at Windjammer Landing Resort in St. Lucia, and it was nothing short of magical. This romantic getaway offered a vibrant and colorful atmosphere that truly enhanced our special occasion. From the moment we arrived, the service was extremely excellent. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel like cherished guests throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, creating an unforgettable experience. The resort's picturesque views of the Caribbean Sea were breathtaking, and the beautifully designed accommodations added a touch of luxury to our celebration. We enjoyed lazy afternoons by the pool, romantic dinners on the beach, and vibrant sunset strolls, making our anniversary truly special. I cannot recommend Windjammer Landing Resort highly enough for anyone seeking a stunning, romantic retreat. The combination of excellent service, colorful ambiance, and beautiful surroundings made our anniversary a memorable one. We can't wait to return!

I could not have asked for a better stay for a tropical getaway on the beautiful island of Saint Lucia. This fantastic resort provides beautiful views, beautiful beaches, and plenty of activities for all groups and ages. Whether you're a new or long-time couple, to a small family with young children, to a group 14 strapping young lads on a bachelor trip, Windjammer landing is sure to be a good time. The staff here is absolutely incredible! They are so helpful, accommodating, attentive, and patient! They all made us feel so welcomed. The several restaurants and bars on the resort are worth trying, but I think Papa Don's takes the cake with the great live music and the incredible flavors. I had the sea bass dish, give it a try. Huge shout out to Bridget and the talented crew of drivers, as well the rest of the staff for giving us the best experience, we would absolutely love to come back asap. Take me back to the Pitons!

We stayed at the Windjammer a year ago for our 50th Anniversary. It is a beautiful resort, well maintained and the staff were all amazing! Our butler Nage took the best care of our every need. John, the lobby host always welcomed us with a smile and called us by name. We rented 3, 3 bedroom villas so our whole family could celebrate with us. My husband and I were upgraded to a 5 bedroom villa up the hill, so we would have room to all be together at times. It had a large pool and nice hot tub for everyone to enjoy! One night, we had a private sunset dinner on the beach for all 19 of us. The food and service were excellent! We will definitely return in the future.

I just wanted to come on here and give a special shoutout to Shervon (breakfast server – I hope I remembered his name correctly). I was struggling with food options due to food sensitivities/preferences and he really went out of his way to ensure that there were not only things I *could* eat, but that I would *enjoy* and feel good eating. It completely turned around the trajectory of our trip and I'm very grateful! PROS: The views and architecture are stunning, the room was spacious, the rooftop patios are absolutely incredible, the beachfront is calm and beautiful (perfect for swimming/lounging), the staff is very welcoming and helpful, plenty of watersport options, and the activities/facilities are family friendly. CONS: The property is quite steep so if you like to go on "long walks on the beach" or simply a casual stroll, just know your walks will be more like a steep hike! Also, as other reviews mention the food is pricey and quality is hit and miss. I don't fault the chefs for this as I think one of the main issues is that the vast majority of the produce being used for guest food is imported so it's going to be lacking in flavor after that long journey. It's hard for a chef to work from that! Would have loved there to be more local fruits at breakfast. Jammers was our least favorite restaurant (an example of one of several stories: when we ordered the chicken roti that was supposed to come with "papaya slaw, tomato chutney, plantain chips"...it literally came with NONE of those things - just a roti...and when we asked about it, they brought a teeny tiny bowl of slaw + chutney and said the plantain chips was just a single chip for decoration).

Windjammer Resort is one to remember. I am late to review, as we visited in September of 2023, but better late than never. From the moment we met John, the man who helped us with our luggage and vehicle, to the front desk staff, to the cleaners, everyone was amazing. Everyone was extremely patient and kind with our 1 year old and he quickly became a fan favorite. They have excellent restaurants, as well as a fantastic spa. They offer many excursions for people looking to be more active as well. This is truly an amazing place and we will be back.

This is a unique 4 star hotel that won't disappoint if you remember a few key things: -this is not a five star resort, therefore not everything is going to be perfect. But they come pretty close and the price point is an excellent value. You're not going to get Michelin star meals but the food is very good. It's also table service and made to order which means you may have to wait for your food but never overly long. -this is an island nation where everything is expensive and difficult to import. I have read complaints about the loungers being dirty but they were pressure washed every night, they are just a bit stained from lots of use....hence four star, not five star. The beach chairs and umbrellas have definitely seen better days but who cares? They work and the beach is amazing. Swapping out a chair or lounger is not as easy or as cheap as it is on the mainland. While we were there, we witnessed near-constant sweeping and glass cleaning in the lobby, railings being repainted, pressure washing of the pool deck and countless other signs of excellent upkeep. Our shower could have used a bit of love but it was clean and so was everything else. We met so many lovely people during our stay and the quiet, relaxed vibe was perfect for our holiday. We truly relaxed.

Overall good hotel. Nice little pool, good bar, fantastic service from everyone who works there. 3 minute walk from an amazing beach and within 10 minute walk of a lot of good restaurants. The meals we had were all decent. Nothing fantastic, but solid. A lot of reviewers complained about wait times, we never had an issue with this: we always got our food within 30 minutes of sitting down. Our air conditioner leaked pretty bad the first night and left a huge puddle on the floor, it took a bit the next day to get someone to take a look and fix it, like until early afternoon, but that was probably the biggest issue we had. Other than that we enjoyed our time here and thought it was good value for the money.

Opposing Opinions Matter

The hotel is nothing special but there is far worse out there. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to ensure you will enjoy your holiday. Eloise in the restaurant is extremely welcoming and puts the customers first and foremost. Chester on the pool bar was also amazing, even going out of his way to purchase me some Guinness as the hotel does not stock it. The pool is small but that makes for a more intimate environment to make some life long friends. The minimum wage in Saint Lucia is only around $7 ec. Please tip well as it means more to them than you can know. The island is great and all the people on the island are welcoming. I would advice the catamaran trip and the rain forest tour. Both are great and the guides are very knowledgeable

We loved every moment. They did their very best too take care of us and all of our needs. It was our home away from home. The food was extremely good. It could rival any five star resort. If you are looking for something quiet, it’s absolutely perfect. Location is actually perfect as well. You can walk to so many places, but you are not bothered by the noise of over activity.

Generally this place is good and the sub 3 star reviews feel unfair. Good points. +Great quality food +Clean rooms +Great customer service. +Good Location Areas for improvement - limited evening entertainment. - people with fish allergies and vegans would find the menu limited. -food service was slow on 1 lunch out of 6. Would recommend for a couples holiday on a moderate budget.

I booked the penthouse suite. Which cost about $4,000 dollars. The plunge pool was dirty when we arrived and when we got it, it appeared the water hadn't been changed. We also arrived at 4pm and was told all restraunts require a reservation, but kickers..... the booking time ends at 2pm and we had to eat at the buffet. We decided to order room service, the first two items we requested(Jalapeno poppers and chicken tenders) they were currently out of. Our room came with a mini bar which we were told would be restocked daily. By day 3 it had not been restocked we requested for it to be restocked and was told they were out of a few items(M&Ms and Chips) which was basically the whole mini bar. Our butler was great and was able to locate some for us. We requested the couples massage at the spa and was told the jets in the tub didn't work and that the steam room was out of order. I have more I can say but i'll leave it there. This is not a 4.5 star hotel, it appears that it once was but the upkeep was not maintained. The people are nice and the views are amazing but as someone whos stayed at many of all inclusive resort this one misses the mark when it comes to value.

Before I arrived I was concerned in regards to the low ratings. Despite the previous reviews, I had an amazing time at the Royalton. The service was excellent. The vibe team who was in charge of the hotels activities did an excellent job. I loved St.Lucia night , it was very informative and entertaining. I booked two activities with the resort , horseback riding as well as the boat ride. They offer complimentary kayaking as well as paddle boarding. We do recommend booking these activities, while in St. Lucia. My room was excellent, I had an Ocean View Suite. The food in the Main Cafe was pretty good. My only frustration lies in the ability to book a reservation at the a la carte restaurants. I wasn’t able to get a reservation despite waking up at 7 am to book , only to be met with no availability. Outside of this, I feel the colleagues at the Royalton provided an excellent experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We booked diamond club and were on the second floor of building 7. Good view of the grounds and the ocean. The people are what make the experience. There are small things that need to be updated or fixed in the rooms, but it did not detract from our experience. The app is not that great and not always updated with the latest info, so make sure you check the activity board up front. We have pictures, taken for us, that made the trip even more special. I do recommend the private dinner on beach for a romantic time with your partner.

The presidential suite was spacious but not presidential. The beach was clean and nice. THE FOOD WAS AWFUL. I actually felt like I had been robbed by the resort. An all inclusive resort should serve edible food, this was not, the specialty restaurants we very difficult to get reservations in even though they were not crowded. For example a featured crab cake was 99% stuffing and 1 % tuna juice. We couldn't eat it, and I was hungry. NO CRAB at all. The pancakes tasted like the batter was stretched with sawdust. NOT EDIBLE, AND SUPER CHEAP. I DIDN'T KNOW YOU COULD MAKE STUFF THIS CHEAP AND LEGALLY SERVE IT. We had to go to 3 off premises restaurants to get a meal that was edible. Chefs don't run the kitchen cheap accountants do. On check out I asked the front desk for a $1000 credit for the lack of food, everyone in the line of 10 COUPLES AGREED WITH ME, THE FOOD SUCKED. Of course my request was referred to a manager who never got back to me. Just DON'T GO HERE. Go ANYWHERE ELSE FIRST.

Amazing views. For the price you pay, the service and quality just isn’t there. The steakhouse is incredible, restaurants are decent, buffet needs some training and help. The bars, ice cream place, etc all close before their advertised time and are clearly focused on saving every dollar they can instead of delivering that “amazing” experience they advertise.

TLDR: upgraded rooms and service (“Diamond Club”) at this property is a complete scam. No expedited check in, no real separation between children and adults sides, no premium alcohol, barely edible food, and no upgraded food/snacks for room. This property is significantly cheaper than others in the area for a reason. Low standards for service. Low quality of food and beverage(3rd photo is the diamond club bar that’s included in the “upgrade”). Do not waste a single dollar on paying for upgrades. I booked a 5 night stay at this resort (the first night was in a non-upgraded room, reviewing the website and all of the room types, I decided to go with an upgraded diamond clubroom at almost 2x the price of the standard room. According to the website, this room type promises a laundry list of upgrades and amenities. These benefits listed include top tier alcohol, priority dinner reservations, exclusive bar/pool area, one hour hydrotherapy at spa and many more. To my disappointment and surprise, few if any of these benefits were actually available on site. To start, my room was on the more expensive,“adults only” side of the resort however there is no division between sides of the resort, no enforcement of the no children policy, and what few “diamond” amenities they offer are on the family friendly side of the resort. Check in/check out was an absolute nightmare as well. Lots of confusion and a super disorganized process. Hydrotherapy at spa was broken. I did not see my butler more than one time throughout the stay, and the one time I asked for help with dinner reservations, they weren’t able to accommodate. Charging extra for “exclusive” features that are only available on the family friendly reside of the resort is deceptive. Management and staff is rude and unhelpful, and impatient when it comes to addressing issues. The stay was overall unpleasant. So unpleasant that by the third night, I was on the airline app looking to move my flight up and go home early. For the entire duration of our stay, we were chasing down “premium” benefits, and usually met with just “no” as an answer. Food was low quality and often warmed over, and no premium alcohol was available at all, even in the diamond club designated bar and beach areas. One day, a staff member even told us the resort had been going through management changes, and in an effort to cut costs they make premium food and alcohol difficult to obtain in hopes that they can save. Of course, this is just the opinion of the employee, but the reason we’d asked for the information was because had been through several days of looking for the promised diamond club benefits. I wouldn’t return to this resort even if the stay was completely free.

Management and front desk staff were not helpful. During my stay, I had a major issue with security as a hotel staff member entered my room with the DND on the door, OPENED the SAFE and took the batteries out of the safe. My wallet with extra credit cards and ID were inside. I reported the incident in person to the front desk staff and directly to the manager Marvin, however I did not hear back from anyone. Upon check-out I stopped by front desk again and spoke to front desk staff and this time I got her supervisor, who told me that Marvin tried to call my room all day Saturday. I would expect for Marvin to have tried to call or text the number I provided at check-in. In the end, Marvin hadn't done any investigation and the supervisor gave me a "Schedule A Statement form" to fill out and return to them via email. The supervisor said I needed to return the form in order for them to investigate. I emailed the address they provided as well as the customer support email address I found online and surprisingly I have not heard anything from anyone at this hotel... Since my credit and ID was compromised with the security breach into the safe by hotel staff, I had to cancel the cards as soon as I left St. Lucia. This was the major issue but the list if poor service during my stay was long. A number of people in my group as well as guests I encountered by the pool, etc. told their war stories of not having the bare minimums like soap, wash towels, drying towels, etc. And encountering rude staff when having to make multiple requests. Some guests had other issues and were told that the staff would "put in a ticket" only to never hear back from anyone. The entertainment staff, Sam and the crew and pool bartenders were FABULOUS!! The other hotel staff could def learn something from them about being hospitable to guests. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

This was the worst Anniversary trip ever. When we arrived at the Resort the check in process was slow and it was like pulling teeth to get questions answered. We were told that we could make any reservations for dinner it was past the cut off time and tgere was only three resturants we were able to eat at. The room smelled like mold and mildew the ac wasnt working properly we had to sleep with the balcony door open and the room had ants. The sheets were damp from the moisture in the room, we called down to the front desk we were told the could switch our room out the next day @1030 am we didnt get another room until 4pm and that room also smelled like mold and mildew. We then headed to Dorado there were three other couples that entered the Resturant before us that had on shorts, flip flops, and t shits when it was our time to enter we were pulled to the side and was told we were not in dress code for the resturant. My husband responded if we cant come in then you need to tell the other couples to come back out since we were dresed the same, if nothing was said them then dont say anything to us. The Resort needs to upgraded and cleaned properly, housekeeping only cleaned the room properly one night the shower and tub wasnt cleaned. We also stopped otger guests in different buildings they also stated there rooms smelled as well it was another couple whos room was also moved four times due to no ac, mildew smell, faucets not working. Some of the food in the resturants was old and luke warm it takes forever to even get a refill on drinks. This was the worst experience ever DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT

Very well thought out hotel. Didn't see any single aspect of the design or implementation that I would criticise. Staff really on the ball. Range of facilities which are not only substantial but different from one another. Food of good quality and range. Towel reservation of sun loungers could do with some discipline ( as in 'we remove unused ones after 15 minutes' ) but I understand this is an endemic problem with this sort of holiday, and there are so many pool areas that the problem can be solved by picking a different pool.

The hotel staff was really friendly (about 90%). Others did not seem to like their jobs and did not have good energy. I would not classify this hotel as a luxury resort in my opinion. The hotel is dated, the staff can do a better job keeping the pool, beach area, and bar glasses clean regularly. The food quality at the specialty restaurants were poor. The highlight of the trip was renting the cabana for day. The cabana concierge service was amazing.

We recently returned from a one week stay here. We were very impressed by the quality of personalized service given from housekeeping to food serving to transportation to surf beach. It was a wonderful week with beautiful views, great food, excellent service, and fun activities and entertainment. We met many nice people from all over as well. The Surf shack was our main draw as my husband loves to kite surf. That was so convenient and a great experience all week. We travelled to Soufriere by rental car and although it was an adjustment to driving on the other side I’d the road we were glad we did because we like to go see other things on the island independently. When we arrived at their trails or parks the locals were very kind and we appreciated their guides.

Our stay at Coconut Bay Resort was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional customer service from the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel truly special throughout our honeymoon. The food was hands down the best we’ve ever had at any resort—every meal was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The entertainment team did a phenomenal job keeping the energy high, providing fantastic performances, and encouraging guests to join in on the fun. Our room was always spotless, the drinks were delicious, and every detail of our stay was simply perfect. We are already counting down the days until we can return! My family enjoyed our stay at Coconut Bay over the holidays. I was amazed at how easy it was to find pool chairs every day and very little people were in the pool. The food at the resort was good however making dinner reservations for a large group the first few nights was impossible. A few nights there was late night music that played till 10:30 pm on the Splash side, making it difficult to fall asleep. But overall, it was a great trip!

We travelled over our March Break 2025 (March 9-16) with two adults, two seniors (70+) and a 16 year old. From the moment we arrived at the airport resort shuttle to our departure, we were treated like valued guests at the resort. All staff were friendly and often asked and seemed genuinely interested about whether we were enjoying our stay. The staff aim to please and we never felt like a bother or inconvenience to anyone if we had questions or requests. I would say that the quality of the staff at this resort and their dedication to their guests and the property made this an amazing resort to visit! You can’t beat the proximity to the airport either, literally 5 minutes. Our Room: Splash Concierge Oceanview Junior Suite (2 double beds and a pull out sofa). Although the rooms, bathroom mainly, was small and slightly dated, they were clean, cool and well equipped with the necessities. The shower was small but it worked well, I feel if they moved the glass to the outer edge of the half wall, it would feel much bigger inside the shower and you could place things your brought on said ledge. The pull out bed needs more support/padding in the middle. We placed the couch cushions and pillows under the pull out mattress and found it much more comfortable. Other people were provided with an additional mattress to put on top of the existing mattress. We had water dripping from the overhead bathroom light on the first day which was dealt with very promptly, reportedly a blocked A/C drain. The staff seam quick to respond to all issues we encountered or heard about. The coffee maker and ice maker in our room was very convenient. We had a great view of the ocean and resort from our room. Restaurants, Flip Flop snack bar had the usual burgers and pizza but to our surprise, they were North American quality with excellent toppings and finish-it-all awesomeness. Lamb shawarma was tender and juicy like a post bar meal! It was great to be able to stay in your swim suit, order your food, and receive a buzzer that notified you when your grub was done! Jerk Tree house was a cool pool side option as well that served incredibly seasoned jerk chicken, pork and sausage as well as rice and beans, fried plantains and other local dishes sure to impress. Not too hot, but tons of spicey sauces available for those that don't care if they can feel their face! Buffet - There were plenty of dining options, with great food! I would eat at any of these a la carte restaurants again! Especially loved Calabash and Silk. Although it’s hard to beat the same-day fresh catch of mahi-mahi grilled up at Trattoria!! We met the dude who did the deep sea fishing and caught the Mahi and shook his hand as we all benefited, thanks We did not have any complaints about any of the meals we ate, every bite was great, which is unusual at a buffet but it was true! We did not get a chance to try out Verandah, as we had a teen with us. Bars - no shortage of drink options, both alcoholic and mocktails!! Each bar seemed to have different drink menus, which was a unique feature! The peach ginger-tini at the lobby bar was my favourite! Stinky Winky and Coco were the mocktails of choice for our teen and grandma! But be sure to see that they only served premium liquor choices and none of those off brand watered down bottles you often see. The Bounty brand rum was the only one I didn't recognize, and it is St. Lucia's own and it was great! Google made me cut a bunch of this out. Check out trip advisor for a more detailed look. Enjoy!

It was our second time and the first place we ever went back twice. My kids love the resort and have been asking to come back here. Our first time here was amazing and the second time was just the same. The staff, the amenities (water slides, lazy river, beach, pools, kids program), the entertainment were all great! The resort is big but everything is so close/walkable and feels not crowded at all even though we visited during Christmas this time.

We just returned from an incredible week at Cap Maison, and I can honestly say it was the best 5-star experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like we were the only ones there—so welcoming, so attentive, and so personable. They remembered our names and even small details about our stay, which really made it feel personal. The rooms were spotless, and it was clear they pay attention to the little things. The views from the restaurant were amazing, and the food was simply outstanding—some of the best I’ve had at any hotel. We went with the all-inclusive package, which gave us a lot of variety, and the wines were top-notch too. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. They’re the ones that make this place feel so special. Taddy, in particular, was a standout. She made us feel right at home, was genuinely fun to talk to, and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. She’s an absolute superstar and such an incredible asset to the hotel who we want to really say thank you to. Harvey’s wine tasting was another highlight—he’s not only knowledgeable but also made the whole experience fun. He’s such an interesting guy and the tasting experience is a must. Cheers Harvey! Cap Maison’s charm is in its small size—only 50 rooms, so the service is completely personal, but it never feels overbearing. The staff here clearly love what they do, and it shows in every part of your stay. We’ll definitely be back, which is something I don’t say lightly. Cap Maison made such an impression, and we can’t wait to return.

Excellence- that's the only way to describe the experience at Cap Maison. We, two couples in their 60's, spent 4 nights here at an Ocean Front Villa with a room top plunge pool. From the first email to the concierge to check out, everything was seamless and always done with a smile. The room and space was breathtaking over looking the ocean and the cliffs. We had plenty of space in both of our ensuite bedrooms, kitchen, living space- both in and outdoors. Coffee in the morning on the covered porch to the cocktails on the roof sitting in our private pool. We had them arrange for a pick up at the airport and for a boat ride to our next resort. The meals and drinks at their onsite restaurants was top shelf. We opted for the all inclusive which provided us with 3 three course meals every day. The 10% tax and 10% service fee was included in our prepaid package. There was something on the menu for everyone, from fresh fish to gluten free options. The only regret is having to leave. So glad that we made the choice to come here and will certainly return

I have not been a guest at Cap Maison. Several weeks ago, on a late Saturday afternoon, two of us came to Smugglers Cove. We brought a large duffel bag full of high quality snorkel equipment, and left it on a rock just above the water when we decided to only swim and not snorkel. Somehow, when we got out of the water just before dark, we COMPLETELY forgot about the bag of snorkel gear. Shockingly, we didn't remember it until Wednesday evening, a full four days later, when we went to the car to look for it and slowly realized what had happened. Extremely frustrated and embarrassed with this loss, I decided to return to the beach the next morning, just in case it had somehow been found by an honest person. On the beach that Thursday morning I explained the situation to staff member Dunstan. He told me to go to the top of the stairs and wait for him. I thought he was just going to check at the hotel office in case someone had found it, but when he emerged with the full bag, complete with all of its contents, I was ecstatic and tremendously appreciative. Dunstan explained that he was a diver as well, and he understood the importance of good gear. He then had to rush back to the beach to continue getting things set up for the day. I want to recognize that he - and anyone else involved - is an extremely good person. It would have been so easy for someone to take this bag from the beach, or for staff to assume that no one was coming for this bag of gear after the first couple days and to stop holding on to it. You are lucky to have such amazing staff! I hope that Dunstan is recognized for his professionalism and extremely high level of service! Thank you!

From start to finish our getaway to Cap Maison was top notch. The service and people were extraordinary which made the trip that much better. We had an issue with our first room and the team promptly responded and moved us to a beautiful villa in the Spanish courtyard. The bedroom is incredibly comfortable and cool with a bed that made me forget where I was at times. The living room and kitchen does not have A/C, but it didn’t bother us as we spent most of our time on the grounds or out of our room. Both restaurants were superb and we had a romantic dinner out on the rock. Valine took care of us that night and several mornings. She is a bright spot in the day and we want to come back just to see her again! At TNF, we had a couple of other amazing servers. Keegan took care of us at night and was awesome. During the day while we were at the beach, Bob would bring us cocktails and make sure we had everything we needed. The beach is small, yet beautiful, with ample shade and these lovely floats anchored out to lounge on. The water is clear and warm in December. The front desk staff was attentive and accommodating. The rooms were well maintained, stylish, comfortable and clean. We hope to return and bring our kids next time so we can share the experience with them. As a discerning traveler, I highly recommend Cap Maison for quiet retreat and understated luxury.

Cap Maison: A Luxurious Retreat with a Few Reservations Cap Estate, St. Lucia – Cap Maison offers a luxurious escape to St. Lucia, with spacious, well-appointed rooms and stunning ocean views. While the accommodations are impressive, the air-conditioning is notably/disappointingly absent from the living areas, which may be a drawback for some guests, especially during the warmer months. The resort's culinary offerings are a highlight, with delicious dishes served at both its restaurants. However, some guests may find the all-inclusive package less cost-effective than dining à la carte, particularly for those who prefer lighter drinking. The beachfront at Cap Maison is a picturesque paradise, perfect for families with young children due to its ample shade. Unfortunately, we were disappointed, as the only available Hobie Cat was out of commission for repairs. The resort's lush, well-maintained gardens and friendly, attentive staff contribute to its overall charm. However, a significant downside during our November stay was the prevalence of mosquitoes. The hotel did replace the window screens when we asked, and spray insecticide. But I was surprised we had to ask and that they hadn't checked. The number of bites reduced after the work done by the hotel, but this did take some of the fun out of the first couple of days. Overall, Cap Maison offers a luxurious and relaxing experience. While the mosquito issue may be a seasonal concern, potential guests should be aware of this potential drawback, especially during peak mosquito seasons.

Beautiful resort, amazing employees and picture perfect location. Honestly everything about this trip was a 10/10. Beach was gorgeous, water was pristine and the result was well kept and clean. We loved the restaurants, Gordon's, Barefoot by the Sea and Toscanini's in particular. The pool bar, manned by Peter and Francis was top notch, and you've got to try all 3 of Peter's special drinks. He's been there 20+ years and for good reason. He offered outstanding customer service and consistently excellent drinks. Fav was our server when we ordered pool side service and she was excellent as was the food. The conch fritters and jerk chicken lollipops were worth coming back for. Housekeeping and overall hospitality were 5 star offerings and were constant reminders that you get what you pay for. Can't recommend this resort highly enough. It was our second trip and well definitely be making a 3rd.

This resort is amazing! We talked to several couples who had been there multiple times, and I can see why! The staff is incredible and super friendly. If you love beautiful calm water at the beach, this is right up your alley. Food was good and lots of entertainment.

Loved the beach and the main pool was very nice. Our room overlooked the back pool which looked dirty and apparently either sadly in need of repainting or worse, full of algae (brownish green splotches all over the pool). The room was very nice and there were no issues there. Food was more miss than hit. dinners were largely meh and uninspiring except for Kimonos and Barefoot by the Sea which were better. Lunches and breakfasts were better than dinners. Service was also very uneven. Certain staff members were warm and friendly, a larger percentage were unfriendly and maybe even apathetic to us and our friends who we traveled with. The evening entertainment was good, but unlike prior Sandals, management really never promoted what was coming up. For example, they had a white night on Friday which was sparsely attended and with very few people in white. Resort 9 points Breakfast and lunches 8 Dinners 6 Entertainment 7.5 Service. 6.5 Room. 8.5 Housekeeping 7 Total 7.5 out of 10 or 3.75 out of 5 All in all, I just don't feel that the value for your vacation dollars spent was great enough to justify going back.

The scenery is beautiful. Food was pretty good. Activities was okay but at night not the greatest. Dont bother scheduling the snorkeling trip, snorkeling here is horrible you will see next to nothing. Rooms are not luxury not at all. Bar tenders treat you like they don't see you unless you are holding money in your hand. The resort is located 2 hrs from the airport and it's not the easiest ride. Wasn't worth the money we spent. There are lots of cats that are not taken care of no food put out for them and they drink pool water. They look sick from it. Jamaica took good care of their resort animals putting out cat homes food and water for them. It was so sad to watch here.

Just back from 10days at east winds resort It was the best holiday resort I have stayed at The staff were all so helpful and attentive Jermaine your omelettes were the best I have ever tasted and perfectly prepared. Michal the Wild Sex Cocktails (the recipe I gave you) were the very best and delivered to us at the pool and beach always delivered with a smile. All in all the place is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday good food fine wine and excellent service by wonderful caring people.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at East Winds. The resort is gorgeous, rooms are lovely, food/drinks were great, and staff goes beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have everything you need (and more). This is so much better than a 'big resort' experience that can feel crowded and less personal. Shoutout to Devon who took us out on a hobie cat for an awesome sail when we were a bit nervous about the winds. Other guests staying here were really lovely as well - we got the peace, quiet, and R&R we were seeking in beautiful St. Lucia! We will be back to East Winds!

We stayed at four resorts on St Lucia and The Landings had the best service by far. Facilities and sporting equipment (sailboats) were in top condition. Good location right on the beach with a very nice marina and also easy to access to town of Rodney Bay. Great for couples or families.

Just came back from an amazing stay at The Landings! We stayed in a beachfront walk out room with a plunge pool and butler. The rooms and patio were incredibly spacious and very well maintained. You are just steps away from the beach which was not very crowded and always had plenty of chairs available. We opted for the all inclusive package which worked well for our family of 5. Ate at all restaurants on property and had plenty of options for adults and kids. My kids especially loved dining on our patio everyday at lunch! Highly recommend staying here!!

Great location with stunning views, but the service was disappointing. Staff seemed uninformed, and security at the beach had poor communication. I ordered a drink at the bar and was told I couldn’t have it at the beach lounge, so I went to the pool. Before sitting down, I specifically asked if I could have my drink there, and they said yes. Yet within five minutes, security asked me to move. Then, I was suddenly told I needed to pay £175 for an all-inclusive pass—essentially meaning I couldn’t enjoy my drink unless I stood. Staff were rude, more focused on chasing tips, and seemed on a power trip. I travel frequently, and this was the first time I’ve encountered such an issue. Would not recommend. The atmosphere is also dead.

My family and I just returned from a very relaxing vacation at the Landings Resort and absolutely loved it. We stayed in a 3 bedroom Oceanview Villa with Plunge Pool and Butler for 1 week in January. The villa was huge, immaculate and absolutely gorgeous. The resort was beautiful, the staff very friendly and our butlers (Tony & Jeanelle) went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We loved all 3 restaurants and thought the food was AMAZING! Suru was our favorite. We enjoyed being greeted by Ginger the cat every morning at breakfast. We did the explorer excursion and heard other people staying at different resorts complaing about the rocky beaches. The beach at the Landings was a nice soft, sugar sand beach. I highly recommend the Landings Resort and absolutely plan to return.

From the very first moment we arrived, McGregor made sure everything was perfect. McGregor was always there when we needed him, but never intrusive – just the perfect balance of being helpful and respectful of our privacy.
