We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff were. The food was excellent, and the pool bar team made sure we had everything we needed. The all-day dining staff were also great, always ready to assist with a smile. A special shout-out to John, the bellboy, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. He was not only incredibly helpful but also made us feel welcomed and valued. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and warm atmosphere!

Stayed for 10 days in June. Upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was nice, but they are advertised as in the new wing which implies it has recently been built. It is better described as the newest wing as it was built after the rest of the hotel but is by no means new. The ground floor room is the same size as many other rooms but is extemely tall to no advantage.
On the positive the valet and door team are excellent and looked after our wheelechair needs brilliantly. The pool is nice but there are issues with pool rules. No rings for the kids but it is OK to throw hard balls from one end of the pool to the other.
My wife was embarrased at 8am one morning when we were the only people at the pool because she had a T shirt on. She was asked to remove it to her great distress. At other times guests were fully clothed, for religeous regions, and kids had all sorts of apparel on with no problem.
My family came to breakfast with us but our two grandchildren were asked to pay 120 dirham each for a quick swim. This was resolved with the hotel manager, Mr Farouk. Not before we were followed arounf the pool with a card payment machine. This need to try and charge for everything extends throughout the hotel, which for a 5 star lacks a generosity of spirit.
However, by far the worst aspect of this hotel is the buffet. For breakfast there were no bananas, soft fruits, smoked salmon, cream cheese or luxurious touches of any sort. The evening buffet was even worse. Each night a grill selection of tiny fish portions, lamb or beef kebab, two rice and meat dishes, the lack of variety was poor. One night of the week there is a roast evening that consisted of the breakfast potatoes reheated to provide the evening roast potatoes. So wrinkled and dried it was laughable. Sprouts and beetroot as the veg were undercooked and obviously reused in the morning salads. The Arabian evening
was the same as every other night. The set puddings were so full of geleatine to be inedible. However, the breads were good. I could go on but compared to other AD hotels this is very very poor.
I can only assume it is because it was June and a slow month where they were trying to save money. However, we will not return.

The best part about this place has to be the service. Emma was the one who met us at the front desk and she was amazing, made sure we were comfortable, gave us a free upgrade and was very nice. The rooms are very spacious but there only problem is the lack of electricity ports beside the beds, not too big of an issue but it would’ve been better if there were more ports. The rooms were decorated with roses and the luggage staff were very friendly. The view from the room is breath taking and the balcony is very big. Overall amazing hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Al Raha Beach Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's service stood out, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure my needs were met throughout my stay.
The pool area was my favorite part, with its stunning view of the Coin Building and heated pool that was perfect for relaxing on cooler days. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, offering a wide variety of dishes and international cuisine that catered to all tastes.
The hotel's location is unbeatable, attached to Al Raha Mall, which offers endless shopping and entertainment options. The beach itself is beautiful, with picturesque views and sunbathing areas that make it perfect for a relaxing getaway.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. Overall, we enjoyed our stay—reception, rooms, valet parking, and breakfast were all very good.
On our third day, however, we had an unfortunate experience during breakfast. We sat outside, as we did the day before, to enjoy the view. A couple at the next table began smoking, and my children were inhaling the smoke. For their comfort, I decided to move inside.
I saw a table that had just been cleaned and asked a waiter if we could sit there—he kindly said yes. As I was settling my child, the supervisor approached and told us, in a loud voice, that the table was already reserved and that we had a table outside. My husband explained that we were moving because of the smoke, but the conversation still felt tense and drew the attention of other guests.
I believe this could have been handled with more understanding and discretion, especially as we had children with us. A simple offer to help us find another table would have made all the difference. While this incident was disappointing, I still appreciate the other aspects of our stay.

The pool party was definitely the highlight. The great vibe, music, and a perfect way to relax and enjoy the Saturday evening.
The breakfast buffet was equally impressive with a wide variety of delicious options. A special mention goes to Vishal, who truly elevated our experience at the restaurant. He personally came to our table, asked about our preferences, and prepared tea exactly the way we liked it. It was thoughtful and a professional touch! His attentive service made us feel genuinely welcomed.

Our stay was truly unforgettable. The pool and beach access were excellent, the room was spacious, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve chosen for a staycation. The food also stood out—it was the best we’ve experienced among all the Rotana hotels we’ve visited.
A special mention to Vanessa from F&B, who was very accommodating. She was the only staff member who informed us about the kids’ dining area for my toddler, who wasn’t comfortable in the main buffet. This made a huge difference for us, as it allowed him to enjoy his meal while we could walk around the buffet comfortably. Unfortunately, although many staff saw me carrying my child while managing my own plates, no one else mentioned this option.

The staff all around the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and even playing with the kids, which made the atmosphere so warm and welcoming(thank u amino , Rona ,and anotther curly woman {sorry forgot your name , maybe Marta }).
The kids’ club was nice and enjoyable, and the food was decent, though it could use a little improvement.
In the afternoon, the pool area becomes shaded, which makes it very pleasant and relaxing. Overall, great value for the price – we will definitely come back again! :)

We booked this stay a day before to celebrate our anniversary. I've mentioned the event we're celebrating. We we're surprised by the complementary cake and romantic bed arrangement they set up and upgraded our room. My wife was so happy. The hotel room was nice and has big space, beach is only nearby, pools are big and clean and all staff from reception to housekeeping for our requests all were accommodating. We'd like to thank Ms Rona of Horizon Restaurant for assisting us from dinner to breakfast. All food is good with many options. It was a truly great stay. My wife is looking forward for our next Rotana hotel stay.

This is a nice place for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are friendly. The service and hospitality are impressive, especially when you realize that it’s not intrusive and not done just for tips, like, for example, in Egypt. The location is convenient — you can go for walks, and it’s also very quick and inexpensive to get to the city center or the mall by taxi.
I lowered my rating mainly because of the food. First, the fruits at dinner were not very fresh — it felt like the leftover watermelon from breakfast was simply cut up for dinner. As for desserts, there were no familiar sweets, mostly sponge cakes. It would also be nice if the products were changed at least twice a day, because having the same food all the time gets boring. Another suggestion would be to place speakers by the pools so there would at least be some music.
Overall, I had a good impression. I will recommend it, but I probably wouldn’t come back myself, as there was nothing particularly surprising or breathtaking. Thank you.

We came for buffet dinner on Italian night and absolutely loved it!! We were very surprised and impressed at the selection and quality of food on display considering the very reasonable price - only 155aed per person! On top, all selections of drinks were available, including tea and coffee - all within this same price!!
We were warmly welcomed from the beginning of our experience, from the courteous valet to the bubbly manager Ms Regine, who made our night! To Iqbal our kind and friendly server and Ms Martha at check out - thank you thank you!! We loved the evening and definitely will be back again!

We had our wedding dinner, photo session and stayed there for few nights after the wedding. The room is amazing, very spacious, clean with an amazing sea view. We had a bride and groom complementary cake waiting for us after the wedding.
The staff is really nice and very helpful. Specially Chaldea the marketing manager, very supportive and helpful, showed us around the best spots to take pictures and was always in touch checking if we need something, she had her team around us for help all the time, making our experience even more relaxing.

I come back again and again because the club lounge team is fantastic! Maybe more modern rooms in other hotels in AD but the entire team in the club lounge makes the stay special with great service and wonderful, welcoming attitude. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a lovely experience.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, always helpful and welcoming. I’d like to especially highlight the valet service — the person handling the parking was extremely professional, kind, and efficient. It really made our experience smoother and more pleasant.
The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right.
The only point that I believe could be improved is the hotel’s policy regarding the sauna, jacuzzi, and cold jacuzzi. Teenagers under 16 are not allowed to use these facilities, even though, according to hotel policy, anyone 14 and older is charged as an adult. It doesn’t quite make sense that they’re considered adults for pricing but not for access to amenities. It would be great if the hotel could review this rule in the future.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely return.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. Food was great, fresh and many choices for breakfast, lunch and evening dinner. Pool was clean, beach was clean. Dining at The Fish Restaurant was a nice experience. Overall we had a great time staying at the hotel. Added bonus is they have Dollar Car Rental at the hotel, so made hiring the car we had very easy with friendly helpful staff. Car park had plenty of spaces. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only improvements I would say are the bathrooms could do with a refresh, our shower didn’t work properly, you couldn’t fully switch between the fix ceiling shower head and the hand shower head, but for us, it was nothing to complain about at the time, but I can see other people may have an issue with this. Also check the bed side cabinet light wiring, could be potentially hazard for electrocution. But overall, great hotel to stay in, excellent location.

Hotel itself is impressive though bit old.
Location of course and is great if you want to stay in that area.
Room was very disappointing for the price and what you get elsewhere for this price.
Poor amenities and bed sheets/pillows.
I wrote them we only stop for few hours and it’s my girlfriend first visit yet we got balcony with poor sea view.
Also not much of a sea but more a canal with buildings from other side.
Breakfast seems OK but didn’t try.
Service is good as in most other hotels here.
Guess that next time for this area I will return to Le Meridian hotel which is bit better.
Disregarding my early request and not even trying to offer upgrade for few hours stay is very disappointing

From the moment we arrived, the welcome was amazing and even the valet parking team made us feel looked after. At check-in, Naoufal at reception was kind and professional, which set the tone for the whole stay. The room was spotless and comfortable, the breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and the facilities were top-notch. What I loved most is how family-friendly everything felt, which made our stay easy and relaxing. Definitely a place I’d return to.

Excellent service and a beautifully designed hotel. The pool is massive and even has a bar, so you can sip a drink while you’re still in the water — big plus. The private beach is clean, peaceful, and well maintained. Rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and come with balconies, which is a nice touch. Would’ve been great to have a bathtub, though.
Shoutout to the receptionist/guest service manager who upgraded me to a top-floor room with a lovely view — much appreciated. In-room dining was quick, the food was great, and overall service was on point.
Overall: 9/10. Would definitely stay again.

i decided to celebrate my birthday in this hotel. two days before, i called about the booking and it was confirmed to me over the phone. the next day i called again to remind them to prepare a birthday setup, but i was told that the booking was not even made. i was shocked. eventually, i managed to secure the booking, but honestly, i had no mood left to go to this hotel. there was no proper setup either, they just brought me a cake in the middle of the day before my actual birthday, as if to make up for it. i work in hospitality myself, and with this kind of service i would have been fired at my job. they upgraded my room category as an apology, thanks to the lady from reservations (unfortunately i don’t remember her name). but originally, during my very first call, i was already promised a room with a sea view.

The restroom was always clean, well-stocked, and smelled fresh. Special thanks to Michelle, the cleaner assigned to that area. She did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness all day. You could really see the effort and attention she put into her work — always making sure everything was in order, and greeting guests politely.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We arrived in the morning, and the receptionist kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which we truly appreciated after traveling. From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay.
The room was absolutely perfect- comfortable, spotless, and beautifully prepared. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choice and top-quality service.
At check-out, Marry assisted us and was as warm and professional as everyone else we met.

From the moment we arrived, the beauty of the hotel was breathtaking. The attention to detail in the interior design is exceptional. The chandeliers, soaring ceilings, and elegant furnishings in the lobby created a truly awe-inspiring welcome.
The rooms were equally impressive. Thoughtfully curated artwork and a supremely comfortable layout (even the couch!) made it feel luxurious and homey all at once. Our room was quiet and serene, thanks to excellent soundproofing (even with jet skis buzzing nearby, we couldn’t hear a thing.)
The view was stunning, and the food? Absolutely delicious.
But what truly set this stay apart was the service. The staff were outstanding; genuinely kind, incredibly attentive, and almost too helpful (if that’s even possible!). Hands down, the best hotel service I’ve experienced to date.

Our first family trip from Azerbaijan to Abu Dhabi has left us with unforgettable memories, all thanks to the outstanding hospitality and world-class service at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless and we were treated like royalty throughout our stay.
Cleanliness was evident in every corner of the hotel — from the sparkling rooms to the meticulously maintained public areas. The attention to hygiene and detail was second to none, making us feel safe, comfortable, and right at home.
The swimming pool and private beach were absolutely stunning. The pool was spacious and clean and with perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The beach was serene and pristine, with soft sands and calm waters — ideal for both adults and children.
Every amenity was thoughtfully designed and exceeded our expectations. From the fitness center to the kids’ club, spa, and beautiful garden areas, we had access to everything we needed for a luxurious and relaxing holiday.
But what truly made our stay exceptional was the food. Every meal was a masterpiece! The quality, presentation, and taste of the cuisine were simply impeccable. We dined at several of the hotel’s restaurants, and each one offered a unique and flavorful experience, especially The Forge steakhouse, Giornotte and the Lebanese Mijana. However, Mijana truly stood out. The food there was nothing short of extraordinary and we had the special honor of meeting Chef Mr. Saleh, who personally came out to greet us and ask about our experience — a gesture we will never forget. His warmth and talent were evident in every bite. The waiters at Mijana and throughout the hotel restaurants were incredibly professional, courteous and attentive, making every meal feel like a celebration.
The staff at The Ritz-Carlton deserve special recognition. Every single team member greeted us with a smile, creating an atmosphere of genuine warmth and hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Anjali at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. Also, a special mention to Osman in the lobby, who treated us and our children to coffee and sweets upon arrival — such a lovely and welcoming treat that instantly made us feel at home.
This trip was more than just a vacation — it was an experience we will always treasure. Thanks to the incredible team at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, our first family journey abroad was absolutely amazing. We will certainly be returning and recommending this hotel to all our friends and family.

Rooms were nice but attention to detail could be enhanced. Had cleaning, drain, lighting and phone connection issues between two different rooms I stayed in. Best for the team to do a double check before handing over the rooms. Otherwise, issues with rooms were quickly resolved by staff.

This is a trustworthy hotel. They were incredibly attentive during check-in on our first day. They listened carefully to our needs and helped us resolve any issues. Although there were a few minor issues after entering the room, such as the incomplete and incomplete cleaning, once we raised our concerns, we felt the hotel's sincere and proactive attitude and determination to resolve the issues. They also worked diligently every day, gradually helping us to overcome the negative impression and achieve a perfect ending. I'm very grateful to all the staff for their hard work and commitment. They are so responsible and accountable. Hope these issues won't happen again. Wish the hotel continued success.

We had a 6 night stay here. The hotel is only a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport. The staff are very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are quite large and very comfortable. Soft pillows, mattress just the right amount of firmness, cold air con, decent water pressure. They have a very reasonable happy hour too. Separate adults and family/kids swimming pools as well. Oh and the hotel is above an F1 track, which is very cool.
The only thing that we did not care for was the breakfast buffet. It’s average at best, nothing to write home about. Have had worse, have had better.
The Yas express bus picks you up right by the entrance to take you to all the theme parks and Yas Mall free of charge. Very convenient.
We would for sure stay here again on any future trips. Very good price point for 5 star amenities and 5 star service.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — luxurious interiors, great location, and well-appointed rooms. On the surface, it lives up to the expectations of a five-star property.
But unfortunately, the service didn’t match the standard. Both check-in and check-out were frustratingly slow. During check-out, we waited over 30 minutes for someone to collect our luggage, and despite repeated follow-ups, no one showed up. Since we were getting late, we finally had to carry our luggage ourselves, which completely defeated the purpose of staying at a premium hotel.
A property this good deserves better management. With improved staff responsiveness and guest support, the experience could have been exceptional. Until then, be prepared to handle things yourself.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind and professional, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the room was spacious and spotless.
What truly impressed me was how thoughtful they were when it came to my pet cat — we came back to find the room fully set up with everything he needed without even asking. There was a cat tree, litter box, a cozy bed, cat food, and even food bowls ready for him. I really appreciated this level of care and attention to detail. It made the stay feel even more special. Highly recommended!

The Turtle Bay Restaurant at Saadiyat Rotana Resort serves some of the best steaks I've ever had! I ordered the Angus ribeye, and it was incredibly tender and flavorful. A heartfelt thank you to Ashraf and the chef for their outstanding service. I have a seafood allergy, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs—preparing my meal separately and ensuring every precaution was taken. Their attentiveness and understanding truly made the dining experience exceptional.
The hotel is probably one of the best I have ever stayed at. The customer service here is amazing, they really care about their guests and do everything to ensure that we have the best stay. Every staff member is always smiling, and always makes an effort to talk to you. They are very kind.
The beach is so beautiful and very well maintained. It is really clean.
The buffet at the Sim Sim restaurant also serves great food.

The breakfast buffet at Simsim was a great start to the day. There was a wide variety of food, from fresh fruit and pastries to eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.
I really enjoyed the made-to-order omelet station and the selection of juices and coffee. The dining area was clean, bright, and not too crowded, which made for a relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, it was a tasty and satisfying breakfast with something for everyone. Definitely worth waking up for.

Perfect location for enjoying the sea with excellent service! The hotel offers several restaurants – our favorites were Si, Hamilton, Turtle Bay and Sim Sim. Each had great food and service: Hamilton for tasty British dishes, Turtle Bay for amazing seafood and Sim Sim for a lively buffet (special thanks to Abdul for the attention). Our top favorite was Si, the Italian restaurant, where everything was simply wonderful – delicious food, beautiful presentation, and truly exceptional service. Special thanks to Marlo for making our celebrations unforgettable and filling them with wonderful emotions.
Rooms were very clean and well-equipped – daily housekeeping by Azim was outstanding. The staff and administration were always helpful, except for one lady who was a bit unfriendly, but it didn’t spoil our impression.
Highly recommended for comfort, hospitality, and memorable experiences!

Came here on vacation with my family, honestly such a great experience! The price of our stay is absolutely worth it, seeing as it granted us entry to multiple theme parks, attractions, and provided us with impeccable service during our stay.
The rooms are extremely comfortable, spacious, and convenient; the hotels layout leads you to all their amenities! (Breakfast, swimming pool, prayer room, etc) Room service/keeping did a superb job everytime, as they were on top of their game. Albeit, the window concept between the bathroom and the bedroom is bothersome, it’s rather funny!
The breakfast provided there is s highlight during the time spent there! A huge open concept buffet, providing superb food, a selection of drinks, and so much more; had multiple fillings due to how delicious it was~
The workers are a delight to chat to, as they’re nothing but helpful and friendly! I enjoyed interacting with them, especially the valet always being super nice!
Lastly, the stay here allowing you to enter multiple different attractions is the cherry on the top! This is truly a dream vacation spot, allowing for maximum enjoyment during a couple days spent there. Would love to come back in the future with my friends!

I recently shared a negative review about my experience at Hilton Yas Island, where I was initially refused the ability to store my breast milk during my stay. As a breastfeeding mother traveling without my baby, this was an incredibly stressful situation, and at first I felt very unsupported.
However, I would like to update my experience and highlight the excellent follow-up I received from the hotel’s Guest Relations team. After reaching out to me personally, they handled the matter with care, professionalism, and genuine concern. They listened to my situation, understood the importance of what I needed, and provided a solution that not only resolved the issue but also restored my confidence in Hilton’s hospitality.
I truly appreciate the effort taken to amend the situation and make me feel valued as a guest. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen anywhere, but what matters most is how management responds — and in this case, Hilton Yas Island’s Guest Relations team went above and beyond to turn a very negative experience into a positive one.
Because of their personal attention and willingness to help, I am leaving with a much better impression of the hotel. Thank you for making things right.

One small point to highlight: breakfast was served in a different location each day, which was a bit inconvenient and affected the consistency of the experience. A more stable arrangement would enhance guest satisfaction.

This hotel is advertised as family-friendly. While it can be a bit noisy due to the presence of children and families, it also means there is no expectation to bring children. The children's playroom was a highlight. The staff was pleasant, and the hotel had a certain level of sophistication. Although some children may exhibit challenging behavior, the staff is attentive. The breakfast selection could be improved, offering a wider variety of options.
Liked swimming pool, too. Also the staff was so kind and helpful. Hope it opens till late evening next time.

🌟 A Proposal I’ll Never Forget – Thanks to the Incredible Staff at Park Hyatt Saadiyat
I recently stayed at Park Hyatt Saadiyat with my (now fiancée!) with the intention of creating the perfect moment to propose, and thanks to the exceptional team, it turned out even more magical than I imagined.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Jisouk, our check-in agent from Korea. I had initially booked a standard room along with the outdoor proposal package, but due to the hot weather, I requested to move the setup indoors. I had also asked if a seaview room was available, but was told there weren’t any at the time.
To my surprise, Jisouk went above and beyond, sending in a request on our behalf and not only did we get a room with a view, we were upgraded to the best suite in the hotel! I was speechless. That one act of kindness truly set the tone for the entire stay.
Special thanks also to Marianna, who coordinated the entire proposal setup with such grace and care, and to Loubna for her kind support. I’d also like to mention Kawthar, who began the coordination with me before going on vacation, thank you and I wish you a restful break!
This hotel isn’t just about luxury, it’s about the people who work there with heart and passion. I’m so grateful to the entire team for playing such a beautiful role in one of the most important moments of my life.

This is a beautiful getaway next to the beach on Saadiyat Island. The rooms are well serviced with great amenities. Our favourite experience was the jacuzzi at the spa. Breakfast provided great options for all dietary needs and wonderful staff. I was a little disappointed with the check in. I asked for a room facing the pool/sea and was told that there was nothing the front desk could do to change my room booking. In low season, I would expect the response to be a little more accommodating. But nevertheless, there were little touches that made our stay special, like the ice water offered at the swimming pools and the beach. Extra special to see the gazelles right outside the hotel entrance.

The rooms are really big and it comes with the perfect amenities inside. The shower is weirdly positioned besided the bathtub and it doesn't have any partition that will prevent the water from going everywhere. Also, going to your room at night especially in the ground floor, its really dark.
The breakfast is great. Too much options in the morning.
Loved the team too. From the front office, concierge up to the house keeping team especially these young asians who were so kind.

The pool area is fantastic, and the beach is beautiful and clean. The service was consistently immaculate, and the staff were genuinely warm and attentive. The highlight of our stay was the incredible breakfast in the mornings — plenty of delicious vegan options, which I really appreciated. Also, the resort is very family-friendly, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway with little ones. Highly recommend and we can't wait to go back.

In our experience, we stayed in room 2515, we had all three meals (even a midnight buffet was available but we never ate there 😭 but we went to look) , we loved how the hotel is designed with all the fancy chandeliers and nice colour and designs. The pools were really nice and the beach was nice at night but the sand was too hot for my feet during the day. The food was delicious, especially the pistachio baklava slice. Room service helpers were really friendly and kind, along with the other staff around the hotel and the rooms itself were nice, spacious, luxurious and I loved the balconies. Everything was a really nice experience but the water park could be a bit bigger so that teenagers and adults can also go in them and have fun. I am so grateful for meeting all the friendly staff and for getting to stay a week in this hotel and gain all these memories.

The Orient restaurant offers stunning views paired with exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, including when I decided to change my main course mid-meal and when we asked for the brownie dessert instead of our original choices.
Our food arrived promptly, and every team member was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. Special recognition goes to Sophia, our server, who was outstanding, positive, welcoming, and thoroughly professional throughout our visit.
The entire experience was flawless, with staff who truly made us feel valued as guests. Highly recommended!

Staying in room 4308, I've only been here 1 day but I felt I needed to write my review today, I normally wait until I get back. I am here with my wife and 2 kids and already this place has blown me away, it is fantastic. I have been around the world including Dubai 3 times but this is the best. We were instantly upgraded to intercon family room which is perfect with kids. The staff are brilliant and so is everything, the swim up pool bar is awesome. The food here is also the best, all the cuisines are first class including the Indian food in the buffet which was awesome. After a while I need some good quality Indian food and this place is brilliant. We are planning on cancelling our future destinations and just coming here again as it ticks all the boxes and more.

The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life
This hotel was absolutely terrible. The entire building was full of mold and humidity, with a constant, overwhelming smell of mildew — extremely dangerous for anyone’s health. I strongly advise you to avoid this place for your own safety.
It was impossible to sleep due to the odor. The pool was freezing cold and filthy. On top of that, the bath button didn’t work, so taking a bath wasn’t even an option. And to make matters worse — cockroaches.
And when I tried to complain, the receptionist told me that I’m not allowed to open the balcony door — which is the only access to our private pool! So how are we even supposed to get to the pool? It makes no sense.
She also told me that we’re not allowed to turn off the air conditioner, and it must stay between 18–24°C at all times. What kind of rule is that? I don’t want to sleep with the AC on, and I definitely don’t want cold air blowing on me when I come out of the shower. These so-called “rules” are completely unreasonable — and possibly illegal.
My kids are sick, and my wife has constant headaches because of the mold throughout the hotel. This place is an absolute disgrace.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful holiday at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island and honestly, we couldn’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect.
The quality of the food and service was out of this world – every meal felt like fine dining, with so much variety and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and looked after.
The resort is stunning – beautiful beach, immaculate grounds, luxurious rooms, and top-notch facilities. Everything was spotlessly clean and so well maintained, which made the whole experience feel even more special.
If you’re looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive luxury escape, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely be returning!

It was an unforgettable experience. The location was convenient — close to everything we needed, with easy access to nearby attractions.
The hospitality and service were outstanding from the moment we arrived. Every staff member was warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly, especially when it came to interacting with children and the WB characters — our little one was thrilled!

I booked the hotel through the reservations team. I informed them that I would be celebrating my son’s birthday, and they promised to provide welcome amenities and characters. Unfortunately, when I arrived the hotel, the rooms were not ready, and when they were finally given to me, the birthday welcome amenities were missing.
I also informed them that my sons have special needs and that I required a fast pass for the entertainment, which they promised but never provided. As a result, my trip to Ferrari was very disappointing—I had to wait in long queues, and my sons were crying a lot.
Additionally, the service was very poor, especially during check-in. When I asked some questions, the staff just told me to scan the QR code if I needed more information. This is not professional at all.
I also called the operator to request a dental kit, but instead of being helpful, he tried to make jokes, which I did not find appropriate. On top of that, he delivered kits only to one room and not to the rest of my family’s rooms.
Overall, the staff needs more training, and I did not feel comfortable during my stay and the money that we paid is not worth it for this service
What I like only my breakfast and well done to chef and F&B team.

Worth billion stars ✨ The place is incredible. I had a chance to spend one night with husband. We enjoyed the facility, the beach, the food. The staff are amazing people and very collaborative and friendly. The food is so delicious. The every inch of the resort is supported with high tech doors, water, towels, sun screens. As a Rotana Rewards member, I was also pleased to receive an upgrade to a junior suite, which was a lovely surprise. I experienced exceptional service at the Club Lounge from Josephine,Jessica and Kate, who were welcoming and attentive.
Additionally, it was a pleasure to be served by Andrew each morning at the Club Lounge. His big warm smile truly brightened my day.
