Stayed here recently and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with daily room cleaning and even complimentary dates as a welcome touch. The interior design is stylish and cozy — lots of comfortable seating and carpets in the common areas.
The staff were helpful and friendly. Big thanks to Jaman for assisting with our luggage — a real help with those carpeted floors!
The beach area was never crowded, and there were always enough sunbeds with plenty of space between them. Fresh beach towels were available every day, which made things super convenient.
Great gym, delicious breakfast with plenty of options, and freshly squeezed orange juice — a rare find in hotels!
The hotel is very family-friendly, with a calm and relaxed atmosphere that made it perfect for a peaceful getaway. We also loved the bay views from our room — waking up to that scenery was a real treat.
There was a small delay once in bringing extra water to the room, but honestly, that’s the only minor issue we encountered.

I recently stayed at Al Raha Beach Hotel, and while there were some positives, my overall experience was disappointing. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the pool was decent. However, the biggest issue was the air conditioning—it was far too warm, making it quite uncomfortable.
I complained twice about the AC, but it felt like nothing was done. I had to follow up myself, and no one even checked in to see if the issue was resolved or if I was satisfied. Unfortunately, the room remained warm throughout my stay, which really affected my comfort.
For a hotel of this standard, I expected better service and responsiveness. Sadly, I wasn’t very happy with my stay.

This hotel is very good in my opinion it has great service and a gorgeous location but there's some minor problems
Rooms: the rooms are high quality but it's small having two rooms the bedroom and the restroom, the beds are very comfortable with tables with cupboards having a freezer, on top of the table there's a TV a small size but a high quality one but The light system is complicated and The screen being outdated with the and small table a barely usable because of its size.
Service: The service is really good with cleaners making the room looking brand new and clean, there is an breakfast buffet having a large amount of food like waffles French toast boiled eggs and many more.
Location: The location is a breathtaking with huge with huge skyscrapers blending in in the background well and with gorgeous Dawn.
Accommodation: the accommodations are the large but busy swimming pool and small but empty Beach in my opinion kind of depressing, it has free Wi-Fi and the good ones not the horrible ones.
Summary: this hotel is very good and I recommend it

We had breakfast the food was good and variety was great.
However they need to update the interior it looks so dated , some rooms looks old , we was lucky to get a room in the new wing .
Also the carpet outside the rooms is shedding that is so weird.
We love this hotel and we had so much memories in it this is not our first time. I really really wish if they can keep it as it once was .

This is our 2nd time here as we had such a great experience the 1st time!
Rooms are great, beds really comfortable! Cleaners are excellent, there has been a few times where we have been in the room and didn’t really need it cleaned but they insist they come in, which is very nice! Kids love the little touches when they turn the towels into animals!
Really cheerful and helpful people! We have an autistic son, and they are very happy to help with his fussiness with food!
Love coming here!

A Memorable Stay at the InterContinental Abu Dhabi
From the moment we arrived at the InterContinental Abu Dhabi, we were warmly welcomed by Chief Concierge Muhammad Ramly, who went above and beyond to ensure we got our room early after our early flight. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing stay.
The hotel’s facilities were fantastic, and the food was nothing short of delicious. The staff at Selections Restaurant truly made our experience special, always putting our little boy’s needs first. They treated us with such care, and no request was ever too much. Their kindness and attentiveness made every meal a pleasure.
Over at Bayshore Beach, Khalid and his team were just as wonderful. They greeted our little one with smiles and entertained him, making him feel so special. Their warm and welcoming nature added to the relaxing atmosphere.
A special mention goes to Chef Nadeera at Cho Gao Marina Walk, who made sure our little boy was well-fed during both of our visits. He even prepared a special rice dish just for him, which was such a thoughtful touch.
To all the housekeeping staff—thank you for keeping our room clean and fresh every day. Your hard work did not go unnoticed!
Overall, our stay at the InterContinental Abu Dhabi was fantastic, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. We truly appreciate the effort they put into making our experience memorable, and we can’t wait to return!

great hotel with amazing staff! genuinely friendly and attentive staff—especially with our children. It's rare to find a luxury hotel that balances 5 star with such warmth and family-friendliness.
A special mention goes to the incredible staff member Bipana at the Italian restaurant Porto Gina whose kindness and attention to detail made every dinner extra special.
We felt relaxed, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommended for families with babies and toddlers who want five-star service without losing the human touch (and who want to feel safe thanks to the very attentive lifeguards).

Excellent hotel and facilities. The premium all inclusive is the best value offer we’ve stayed with anywhere. All the restaurants are first class. The beach club is brilliant. This is not a brand new hotel and in some areas it shows, but it is clean and the staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great time.

I recently stayed at the Fairmont Hotel, and while some aspects of the stay were enjoyable, others were quite disappointing.
The room size was good, and everything was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The pool and beach facilities were decent, providing a nice place to relax. However, the overall experience was let down by the food quality and service.
For the price they charge, I expected much better food quality. Unfortunately, it was quite underwhelming and did not match the high cost. Additionally, the service at the restaurant was very weak—slow, inattentive, and not up to the standard expected from a hotel of this caliber.
Overall, while the accommodation itself was satisfactory, the dining experience and service left a lot to be desired. If these areas improve, it could be a much better experience.

We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr this week, couldn’t fault it - everything was perfect, every single staff member we came across went above and beyond to be welcoming, friendly and kind, making a special effort with our toddler who’s just under 2. The hotel, pool area, restaurants and hotel room were all exceptionally clean and well looked after. We felt like we had the best room in the hotel - top floor and a view of the mosque was breathtaking! Spacious room, incredibly comfortable bed, had everything we needed in there and cleaned each day which was wonderful to come back to after a day out. We loved the hotel and would love to visit again! Thank you for looking after us so well.

This is our second stay at this hotel in a Gold level room. The Gold Lounge staff once again excelled in making the stay great. The food offerings in the lounge varied each day and were just what we needed. Thoroughly recommend a stay here. We will no doubt return at some point.

Stayed at this incredible venue for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff (Paolo and Elisha at the reception) were an absolute delight, had a couple requests which other hotels would not accommodate, but the staff here went above and beyond to make sure they were able to accommodate myself and my requests.
Fairmont has been my usual place of stay whenever in AD, and their service only seems to improve and set new standards with each visit. Commendations to the management and the employees which make this place an absolute delight.

The hotel is good, facilities are good. But i don't think the reception staff, i believe his name is Marcell, knows what his real job. Ignoring all the communications and efforts what we did, just considering that a welcoming hotel suppose to try their best go meet the guests need under the conditions of not breaking principle issues. If you take the " following rules " to make our previous efforts go vain, why we need u there who doesn't listen to guests. We neef an AI assistant, a self check in system, id rather to understand the cold conditions than to see you there. For this point, really need reconsider bring guests to the hotel, no mention our guest was check in the suit with high level. I know its my personal experience, but only one point, and all others hotel's efforts are comprised.

Tonight I went to Ray's bar for my best friend's birthday. The place is cozy and views is super. Food and cocktail is really nice. They have options for happy hours and lady's night too. Price is decent and staffs was so lovely. Arlin and Ann was excellent and supportive thank you for bringing a cake, we had amazing time. Will be back for sure 😊

The venue is absolutely stunning, with top-notch facilities and an elegant atmosphere. The staff were all extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. Conveniently located near everything — within walking distance to the Presidential Palace and Marina Mall for shopping. The building itself offers a wide range of dining options, including Michelin-starred Spanish cuisine, as well as Japanese, Lebanese, and more. It’s quite safe to walk around in the evenings, with accessible sidewalks. April weather is pleasant — not too hot, and it cools down at night with a refreshing breeze.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. They have great customer service. Very helpful and had great insight of the city. The rooms and restrooms were very clean. That have a nice turn down service as well. Great views and close to the main city. The observation deck was a nice additional touch. And the pool is great, It is heated so you can swim at night. We enjoyed it a-lot and the access to the swim up bar. Food was impeccable, definitely do the buffet for breakfast and dinner. Both great! I Would highly recommend you to stay here. 10/10. Hope to come back soon!

Absolutely incredible experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Abu Dhabi! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Salmon greeted us at the door and instantly made us feel at home, impressively remembering our names right away – a small but thoughtful touch that truly stood out.
A huge shoutout to Mandeep (aka Deadpool), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. He surprised us with an incredible upgrade to our very first villa, making the entire experience even more luxurious than we could have imagined. The chocolates in the room and flower petals on the bed were a great touch! To top it off, Mandeep also arranged a complimentary breakfast for us the morning of our stay – truly going the extra mile!
Every aspect of this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were consistently warm and attentive, the pool area was pristine and relaxing, and the all-you-can-eat breakfast spread was absolutely amazing. We also loved the gym and locker rooms – everything you could need for a perfect stay.
We can’t recommend The Ritz-Carlton, Abu Dhabi, enough. The attention to detail, personalized service, and overall luxury made this stay an unforgettable one. Next time we’re in Abu Dhabi, we’ll definitely be back!

Not a happy camper on this trip or last - have sent significant number of colleagues there way and they have issues on the front desk with interns allocating rooms randomly and have asked to change rooms on last stay and room allocation again was random this time ! Rooms getting dated - balcony had not been serviced for a while - shampoo dispenser broken and illy coffee machine working randomly.
For a short business trip need the a 5 star to be in better working order and this place has come short twice now !
The staff are outstanding in the hotel especially Salman at the entrance who remembers you by name and very helpful overall.
The breakfast is outstanding one of the best in Mena along with the gym and pool facilities.
Clearly a bit of an operations issue here which needs to be fixed before short business stays are returned here as over 2-3 months it has not improved

Had an amazing dinner at the restaurant just now inside The Ritz-Carlton Grand Canal! The food was 11/10, and Chef Jerry at the seafood section cooked everything right in front of us—such a great experience. Prakash from the waitstaff was super accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.
I’ve stayed in all the top 5-star hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, but nothing beats the service here. This is our 7th stay, and we’re always happy. Staying until the weekend and already looking forward to coming back!

Our second stay at the Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal
will definitely not be the last, because the perfect service in this dream hotel was already evident from the fact that we were greeted by name by Mr. John at the front door and also by other employees. What a masterpiece of guest care in a hotel with several hundred guests!
The breakfast leaves hardly anything to be desired, from unusual types of honey to all the specialties of Arabic and international cuisine to the occasional ostrich eggs and caviar. Mrs. Tanika Bhorwmick and her team really did everything for our well-being and made breakfast a highlight of our stay. Mr. Vishnu on the breakfast terrace remembered our preferred type of coffee and served without ordering!!! Service couldn't be better.
The service at the adults pool was also simply perfect, the cold drinking water was refilled again and again without being asked.
It's not so hard to say goodbye because we've already decided to treat ourselves to this experience again in the fall!

We stayed for a seven nights’ holiday. We have been to the region before but never at The Ritz. We were incredibly impressed with all aspects for the hotel from food, to design/layout, amenities, but most of all the attentiveness of the staff.
We wish we could remember the names of all the staff members during our stay as everyone we came across were exceptional. But to name a few, Rafiq at the pool always met us each morning and set up our lounge beds, always remembering where we liked to sit as well as checking in to make sure we were OK throughout the day. Another staff member at the pool, Janak, was exceptionally courteous and made our experience so much more elevated with his attention to us. Within the buffet restaurant, team member Aniket, always warmly greeted us each morning and evening we visited, made sure our needs were met and always guaranteed we never wanted for anything- he even very graciously gave us a fruit platter on our last day.
We also dined at Forge, Mijana and Li Jiang, all three restaurants were incredible for half board choices with food and drink, but again, the staff are the key standouts for all three. Unfortunately, we did not catch the names of our specific wait staff but their attention, thoughtfulness and professionalism were unmatched. They made us feel extremely welcome and special during our dining experience and always went the extra mile to ensure we were well looked after.
All in all, this was an incredible holiday and we will definitely be back, thank you!

If you're looking to be in the heart of the action, this hotel is a perfect choice. While it’s not necessarily a family-focused hotel (though it does have a kids' club, which is fairly average and limits children to just 2 hours per day), our young kids still had a blast simply watching the cars race around the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near Yas Mall (with a free shuttle service) and other attractions on the island.
We stayed in the WOW 1-bedroom suite, and it was absolutely stunning. The views of the race track and marina were beautiful, with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from different areas of the suite.
While there’s no dedicated lounge for elite guests, they offer complimentary drinks and tapas at the main restaurant, which is decent but could be improved. The main restaurant, Garage, serves breakfast with a good variety, though I wouldn’t quite rate it as a 5-star experience.
The gym is nice and well-equipped, complete with a sauna and jacuzzi in the changing rooms. There are also two pools—one for families and another for adults only.
Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel, and it would be even more incredible if you can get availability during the F1 race weekend.

Absolutely stunning and peaceful resort!
The pool area is fantastic, and the beach is beautiful and clean. The service was consistently immaculate, and the staff were genuinely warm and attentive. The highlight of our stay was the incredible breakfast in the mornings — plenty of delicious vegan options, which I really appreciated. Also, the resort is very family-friendly, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway with little ones. Highly recommend and we can't wait to go back.

Our stay at the PH Abu Dhabi was in July 2023. Posting review now as I sit home in this cold winter day and reminiscing wonderful and memorable past vacations and this lovely hotel comes to mind. Though July was very hot, there are upsides, 1 being less crowds. My memory of the hotel was how nice the facility was and the exceptional staff. Food at breakfast and dinner (1X) was also very good and memorable. When you have nice facility with wonderful staff and good food, there’s nothing really lacking in a vacation stay! Oh the dip in the pool was fabulous especially in the hot July weather!

We stayed a week at the hotel and it was really amazing. We had two connecting rooms which was perfect with the kids. The rooms are beautiful and very large. The service is absolutely fabulous and exactly what you expect from a Hyatt. There was a small issue with the hot water which was resolved very quickly and handled very professionally by the guest relation.
The food is great and the beach is a dream. We‘ll come back for sure!

My experience at this hotel surpassed our expectations the staff are very accommodating and friendly. They listened to our dietary requirements and made the whole family feel so welcome. Great for children, both our girls loved the evening entertainment.
A special thanks to Chef Hamza for going above and beyond with so many delicious meals! Our daughter had her 6th birthday there and it was certainly memorable!

Our recent trip to Abu Dhabi was truly unforgettable, made even more special by our stay at the Rixos Marina. The hotel itself is fantastic—stunning architecture, luxurious amenities, and decent service. The kids really loved the heated pool too which made the stay even more pleasurable.
However, as vegetarians, we found the food selection to be quite limited. While the hotel boasts a variety of dining options, the vegetarian choices were not as extensive as we had hoped. That being said, Chef Hamza completely turned things around for us! He went above and beyond to ensure that our dietary needs were met, preparing delicious, customized meals that made all the difference. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy beautifully crafted, flavorful dishes that truly elevated our experience.

Very much it’s full 5 stars. This was my first time staying in this hotel but it didn’t disappoint! It’s in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are beautiful, bathroom fully covered in marble! We only had breakfast 1 day which was Sunday when they do breakfast until 3 which was very handy. All you can eat buffet with eggs to order.
Pool at hotel is shaded most of the day but the pool at the beach club was great. Again friendly staff and swim up pool bar. We had lunch a couple of times at the pool bar and food was good and most at reasonable prices. There is also a private beach if this is your preference.
Final note, where possible sign up to Marriott and book directly, you get extra discount. Also don’t leave without checking out the Cigar lounge behind the downstairs bar!

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our experience unforgettable, and they truly succeeded. The room was amazing, the breakfast was fantastic (especially the extended hours until 3 PM on Sundays!), and the service was exceptional—a rarity these days. The hotel also features great restaurants and a lovely beach area, easily accessible via an air-conditioned tunnel. I wouldn't choose to stay at any other hotel in the UAE. We stayed at The St. Regis Hotel for our first visit to Abu Dhabi, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The room and hotel facilities were modern, impeccably clean, and maintained to a high standard.
The beach and pool areas were fantastic—ideal for relaxation and family fun. What truly made our stay memorable, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm and welcoming, creating a genuinely hospitable atmosphere throughout.
Special mention goes to Nadeem at the front entrance, who greeted our son with open arms and a big smile every time—such a heartwarming gesture. The standout, however, was the butler service provided by Akhshay and his team. From thoughtful surprises like sweets, cakes, and fruit left in our room, to their 24/7 availability via WhatsApp for anything we needed—they made everything feel effortless and personal.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend St. Regis to other families. It’s a luxurious, family-friendly haven that we’d gladly return to.

We had a wonderful stay with our 1.5 year old. Amazing service and really comfortable room and bed. The pool area in the beach club is lovely, we were always able to find beds and the kids pool with slide was just the right level for our child to be able to enjoy. The water is very warm so good for young kids. Special thanks to Rihanna in the kids club who was amazing - kind and so creative! I would say the kids club is best for younger children, maybe 5 and under. Thank you for a memorable trip.

The lavish buffet presents a delightful array of dishes, from Asian and Mediterranean to Thai, Khaleeji, and fresh sushi. The Indian station is a particular highlight, featuring unique and delicious snacks. The serene atmosphere, with its beautiful indoor and outdoor seating and elegantly decorated garden, adds to the peaceful ambiance of Ramadan.
What truly elevated our Iftar was the exceptional service, particularly from our waiter, Gilbert. His attentiveness and warm demeanor made our evening even more enjoyable. His professionalism and dedication were outstanding, and he deserves special recognition for his excellent service. The duty manager, Abdul, also ensured a smooth and welcoming experience. The entire team contributed to a memorable evening. It was a very high quality and enjoyable experience.

I loved every moment of my stay at this hotel and honestly didn’t want to leave! It was so inviting and clean, and the service was wonderful. The staff were super courteous and kind, accommodating everything I asked for. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, and the food was absolutely delicious.

The room, the location, the impeccable service and cleanliness, the food, the friendly staff, from reception, to the room service staff, to the folks in White, to the Kids’ Club staff and to the beach and pool staff…we are very very happy with our decision and will definitely be back. Where do I begin?? From the minute you enter the hotel until the minute you check out you are pampered by beautiful amazing staff. They are highly trained, friendly and professional. The food was amazing literally everywhere!!!! And the beach… oh god! The most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen in the UAE. Definitely going back there because the views I saw just took my breath away!

We are currently staying at this wonderful hotel. For any families looking to come to Abu Dhabi then look no further. The hotel is spotless, modern yet classy and is extremely child friendly. The food is great and there are so many members of staff on hand to help. Judy from reception was particularly helpful. My son left his bag and phone in a taxi which was organised by the front staff (also lovely and super friendly but I didn’t take anyone’s name) and I used the online chat to speak directly to the hotel after we noticed that it had gone. Judy promptly took control of the situation and within an hour we had a call confirming that the bag and phone had been found and was being returned to our hotel. Outstanding service and we thank her greatly for dealing with this so promptly and efficiently.
There are always plenty of sunbeds so no scrambling around first thing in the morning to find one; and we are a family of 6! Anytime of day and the helpful pool staff (Eugene) are there to get you set up. There are more than enough umbrellas to go around and all of the staff are so busy making sure that everything is kept spotlessly clean. The lifeguards are like no other we have come across; they are super efficient and manage to watch everything that is going on no matter how busy the pool is.
We have a King 2 bedroom suite and it is wonderful. We have a direct view over the pool and the water. There is plenty of room for us not to be on top of each other and the housekeepers do a wonderful job of making sure that our room is sparkling clean for when we return. After our 10 year old twin sons found it difficult to sleep together in the sofa bed, we made a call to housekeeping who had a single bed outside of our door in less than 5 minutes. Another example of how quick the staff are at responding to issues. If there was one issue that I have found (and it is very minor!) I would say that the 2 bedroom king suite, holding up to 6 people, does not really have enough storage for a lengthy stay. We have stayed for a week and have just about got all of our stuff in the wardrobes but any longer and we would have run out of room. But that really is a minor niggle and should not put anyone off! They are a great room choice for larger families.
I wish I could mention more people as this really is a wonderful place. All of Yas Island’s main attractions are accessible by the free shuttle bus which is too reliable to even comprehend. The location is a little further out than the other two hotels which also facilitate this service (W hotel and WB hotel) but we prefer it as it definitely has more of a resort feel as we over look water and a city skyline whereas the other two hotels are directly in the main area and it feels more commercial and less resort like. We are only three full days in and our children have already said that it’s the best holiday they have ever been on! An unmissable family destination and a perfect hotel choice for families.

We had a fantastic time at the Capilla Pool Bar and Grill, where the service and food truly stood out. Special thanks to Chef Hassan, Chef Iswar, and the rest of the team—Shobhankar, Nabin, and Shoaib—for their great hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented.
The vibes around the pool were perfect, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Kofi and Richard made sure that we were well taken care of, attending to our needs and ensuring we were comfortable throughout our time in the pool lounge.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy good food, excellent service, and a great poolside experience!

Best Iftar Ever- Without a doubt, this was the best iftar experience we’ve ever had. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of flavors that were perfectly balanced. 5 full stars are not enough for this hotel. I have been to many great places, with great reviews but the Hilton Yas island is a totally different experience. The true meaning of hospitality is displayed by each team member.
The hotel is very clean, spacious and gives the holiday vibes once you step inside, the reception team were very helpful and fast.
The rooms are beautiful, very well furnished and the space is just perfect. My kids asked if we can move in.
Talking about kids, they loved the kids club (or maybe it is called something else) but they have few areas inside with activities, TV, games, video games, arts…
The pool was the right temperature, clean, well supervised and looks amazing.
The food was delicious both at the pool restaurant and in main restaurant. The breakfast featured so many stations, with various foods.
On top of all, the crew made it much better too, everyone if them showed care and dedication, from the room service, to the pool attendant, the waiting staff, the management and every single one of them. They care for their guests which reflects that the management is taking care of them.

My family and I stayed with WB hotel for 2 nights to visit the parks, we took a room with bunk bed its spacious and comfortable, my view was on (Friends tv show couch).
- It was an amazing stay, and the staff made it better specially Shib & Karlos they really assisted us with care and kind.
- Hotel provides you with tickets per nights for all registered guests in the booking, so in my case it was 2 all parks tickets for 3 persons, i add the fast pass from yas website it my experience better.
- breakfast was good
- price was a bit high but the experience deserve it.
- I definitely will come back to the hotel soon.

What truly amazed us was the extraordinary service. My wife accidentally left her scarf behind, and when we contacted the hotel, they not only found it but also arranged a courier to deliver it to our home – at their expense!

Wonderful staff, attentive, helpful and friendly. Beautiful, well designed hotel for the comfort of guests. The variety and quality of food and restaurants was imaginative and to a very high standard. The main pool was perfect for all ages and, as everywhere else in the hotel, the staff and facilities were excellent. The beach was a joy, clear blue water, fine sand and comfortable loungers - all managed to very high standard by the attentive staff. A week of luxurious attention to detail and the comfort of guests.

We love the Rixos chain and have stayed at several of its hotels. Like the other locations, this hotel was outstanding. The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was extremely helpful and professional.
As someone with Turkish roots, I especially appreciated the authentic and delicious Turkish food in the buffet area. The beach service was also excellent. A special thanks to Erdem, Gyan, Hasan and Nijanim, as well as the wonderful ladies at the spa reception, who were very kind and helpful.
We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel, especially during the winter months.
The only negative aspect of my stay was that the hotel’s signature fragrance in the hallways was a bit too strong. I would appreciate it if the scent could be less intense in the future.

A wonderful stay where not only is everything included, everything was of an impeccably high standard. All the food was amazing, and the facilities seemed brand new. They try their best to be sustainable as well, which was nice to see. Good for kids but maybe not as good for those under 4 as the facilities aren’t quite for them.

We stayed for 2 nights and the staff was not very welcome upon arrival. Our luggage were sent Late to the room due to mishandling. My partner and I had a special occasion to celebrate and the Rixos team promised a special arrangement with surprise cake upon arrival. However they did not prepare anything. After following up with them, they sent us a cake with a happy birthday message although it was not a birthday and I had already agreed with them on the arrangement and the occasion details. I felt disappointed by the level of attention and care and was expecting a bit more . effort rather than negligence
