Been to few hotels previously in Dubai but this has to be the best so far specially if you have kids. They loved every bit of it the pool area is great and the food is delicious lunch and dinner. The hotel staff were friendly specially VINOTH! We will definitely be coming again!

I have been to many hotels before but this by far has been the best family hotel in the UAE! I have read the comments but I was surprised at the level of staff friendliness, number of activities available and great service. We had a birthday and Mr. Joe was super attentive to details, helpful, supportive and welcoming as he arranged some really nice gestures for us. He made sure our stay was amazing, thank you Joe! Not to mention they have about 10 restaurants and the buffet had a great variety, it was so yummy. Overall I give this hotel a 10/10 because of the quick and kind service, the number and variety of activities and delicious food. I will definitely be coming back again!

Amazing service by hotel staff! They made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. A lot of staff go out of their way to ensure you are happy and ensure you have anything you need. We were given an extra bed free of charge which made it more comfortable to sleep for 4 people. The housekeeper, Praveen, went out of his way everyday we stayed to make sure we are happy with everything! He also got creative with some of our belongings which was great! Very safe hotel too, it felt safe to leave high value items in the room even with a locker provided!

We went there for a Sunday trip, nice place, need at some places renovation. The pool area was very full and the stuff wasn't really helpful unfortunately. We shifted than to the other side where the stuff was more helpful and kind, but also still need some training. It's great food what we had, the pool area with the children's pool is pretty nice, they additional have a great Waterpark which is really nice. Definitely a place to recommend.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Dinesh from housekeeping. He went above and beyond to ensure our room was comfortable and well-serviced, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious ambiance that made us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, and the pool area was a great place to relax. The only minor issue was that the bathtub stopper wasn't working properly, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. Hi 👋 I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a nice place overall. The location is fantastic, and the facilities are quite good, making it a pleasant environment to relax in. However, I did encounter a couple of issues that affected my experience. I arrived at 3 PM, but unfortunately, my room wasn't ready yet. I had to wait for an hour before I could check in, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, I found the bathroom to be a tad smaller than I expected, and it felt cramped, especially when it came to drying off after a shower. While the hotel has its strengths, including a great location and good amenities, I feel that the value for money could be improved given the inconveniences I faced. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but I would recommend considering these factors when booking.

Hotel grounds are kept so beautiful. We had a ocean front room that had a phenomenal view. The staff allowed us to check in early at 11am and did not charge us extra. I am generally satisfied with my stay. The rooms were decently equipped, the cleaning service was fine, and the view was great. Overall, the service was good, and the staff were very helpful. However, my only complaint is that you have to seek out assistance every time you need something. A bit more self-service would be an improvement in my opinion. The pool was a bit too small, which made it crowded most of the time. All in all, it was a happy visit.

We cannot express how wonderful our stay has been, the staff are fantastic, nothing was ever too much trouble, they made us feel so special from start to finish. The hotel is unbelievably spotless, even every glass, plate, cutlery, every part of your room, the grounds, the toilets, the pool area, it’s all immaculate. The food was superb, such an amazing choice for all cultures and age. We arrived on my birthday and they placed a cake & balloons in our room, they really made my day extra special. The location was superb, just a few minutes walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, shops, outdoor cinema and a 10/15 minute walk to the beautiful marina and mall. There was also a 24 hour supermarket just around the corner which was really convenient. Our room overlooked the big wheel & beach, it was stunning. The hotel booked all of our excursions which were excellent and so well organised. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely return.

I couldn't praise the staff and the hotel more. I traveled to Dubai for my birthday, and the hotel made it very special. I received an upgrade to a room with a magnificent view, a wonderful birthday cake, room decorations, and a gift from the hotel. Besides that, the hotel is very elegant. I loved the food and enjoyed every moment of my stay. For beach lovers like myself, the hotel is perfectly situated with direct access to the beach. The cleaning service came twice a day and asked if everything was fine with the room. I will definitely come back again! Thank you so much ❤️

Today I went to a carnival brunch at the restaurant Rosso! It was absolutely incredible! All the dishes were delicious - pasta, meat, seafood, absolutely outstanding! And the cocktails at the bar were a work of art! The atmosphere is just breathtaking - the staff is so caring and attentive, as if you are a guest at a royal ball! There were so many snacks, and each dish was so fresh and appetizing that you just couldn't stop eating! The dances by the charming beauties were also a delight! They were so energetic and lively, as if they were taking you to another world! This carnival brunch at the restaurant Rosso is simply a magical event that makes you feel special and full of life! I can't wait to go there again and immerse myself in this world of fun and flavors!

Great food, fantastic location, but very, very jammed road access. Staff are happy in their work and it shows in their performance. Nice pool, but as in all hotels around the world, sunbed booking is rife. What a pity. Beach is really good, I've never experienced such warm sea water. The concierge was super efficient and most helpful. The ever working air conditioning was really appreciated. The bed is our room was massive and so comfy.

View from hotel room attached. It was lovely. Delay in checking-in as rooms were not ready even though we reached around 4pm. Had to wait for 45mins. Hotel provided very limited options for vegetarians in morning breakfast buffet. Also the road leading to the hotel is almost always jam packed specially evenings and even more so on weekends. Best to avoid taking cabs (or if you do, change drop location to parallel road and then walk, it will be faster).

Very very friendly and customer oriented service, we want to praise Joy and Kamal the administrators of the lounge. Good swimming pool, gym facilities (you will not find any good photo of the gym while looking up the hotel, that was important for me and my son, so I had some doubts about it, but it turned out that the hotel has a well equipped gym, no worries). Also sauna and steam room.

I am a member of APC and today was the first time I visited this resort. I was extremely disappointed. The pool is dirty, water is not offered all day long (compared to other 5-star resorts where I received water and ice cream). I would not have these expectations if the resort was not considered a 5-star resort. I'm sorry but for what you offer you deserve 1 star! I have been a guest at this hotel since 2015 and have always enjoyed my stays. However, during my recent visit, I noticed that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. While the rooms have been redecorated, there is a significant design flaw: a shower screen placed between the living room and the bathroom. Although it does not provide a clear view of the individual, the body shape of the person showering is visible. I am scheduled to stay here again next week with my two children, one of whom is my 12-year-old daughter. This design issue raises serious privacy concerns. It is highly inappropriate for me to be present in the bedroom whilst she is showering with very limited privacy. Additionally, upon check-in, the staff did not request a security deposit, which should be a standard procedure. Consequently, the next day at the pool, when we ordered a couple of drinks, we were informed that we couldn't charge them to our room due to the lack of a security deposit. This resulted in the inconvenience of having to get changed, go upstairs, retrieve cash, and return to pay the bar attendant. This indicates poor training on the part of the reception staff. We eventually managed to speak to a staff member named Ali, who was sympathetic and understood our concerns. When asked how he would feel sitting in a room while his young child is showering and their body shape is visible through the screen, he admitted he would feel uncomfortable. Regrettably, due to these issues, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

We stayed at the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort for six days and had a wonderful time there. We arrived in the morning at 6 am and although the room wasn't ready yet, the reception managed to give us a room that was prepared and cleaned already. So, fortunately, we didn't need to wait long. When traveling to Dubai you need to take into account that a room is normally checked out until 12 AM and check in is possible at 3 PM. So you either plan your arriving time accordingly (if possible regarding available flights) or book a room already one day ahead of your arrival (which adds additional cost). The hotel is well situated at the beach and you can either jump into the nice pool or the sea ... of which the sea was a little bit warmer and not as refreshing as the pool. But you can easily switch between both... From the hotel you can see the ferris wheel and also the plam tower, which holds the AURA SkyPool at 200 m on the 50th floor. One evening we even stayed at the AURA SkyPool and it was a fantastic experience. The whole team of the hotel did a marvelous job and especially the Palm Garden Team! We'd like to say give a big THANKS to Farzana, Sachine, Sachanda, Ambreen, Zarni and Rachell. They all did everything to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. And even when work required their full attention they still took some time to talk with us. This was really great and everybody can be taken as role model regarding friendliness and service orientation towards the customer! On my birthday I got a very sweet surprise during breakfast with a cake and a bottle prosecco. And also our room was decorated very nice. We're looking forward to plan our next visit of Dubai, because there are still many things to see and do, and we're surely staying at the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort again!

Dear Hotel Management, Today’s visit to your hotel for Ladies’ Day has been the most disappointing experience I have ever had in my years living in Dubai. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and the attitude of some of your staff towards guests. In my 9 years of residing in this city, I have never encountered such disrespect. I would especially like to highlight the person at the reception near the beach entrance (unfortunately, they did not have a name tag) and the lifeguard working on the beach on 16.10.2024. Their behavior left a deeply negative impression. I strongly recommend that you arrange at least basic customer service training for your staff. Room was really good with an amazing view. We booked 3 bedroom apartment and had a really good experience. At breakfast chef was also very helpful we offered us some Indian dishes which was not in the menu. Other staff was also helpful specially Martin, guest service, he helped me a lot to solve the problem I was facing. Overall I would recommend to stay at this hotel, location, food, staff, rooms everything is beyond perfect.

When we arrived we got very bad service at the reception but the other people were very helpful and nice. There is a very big pool with allot of lifeguards, and also an kiddie pool for the younger children. There is a disco underneath the building but we didn’t have any sound complaints probably because we were at the 15th floor. The view was okay but the view could have been better if we had an room on the other side of the building.

We loved the Asian restaurant but there’s also plenty of other options outside of the hotel. They’ve even surprised us with some sweets after our arrival and towel animals every day! The food was so fresh and I was elated that they had several vegan options to choose from. The spa was just pure bliss! I worked out in the gym and then went to the steam room. The amenities were sanitized and clean, which I appreciated. Oh, and the fresh flowers throughout the hotel made me smile, because I love flowers. We ended our stay with a massage and it was so relaxing. I look forward to staying here each time I visit Dubai.

We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with an incredible view of the Dubai Eye. The room was equipped with all the amenities you could need. The service was excellent, with housekeeping visiting twice a day to clean. There's also a fantastic breakfast area and a great sports bar where you can enjoy a beer while watching your favorite games. Overall, an outstanding experience!

Just here to say a big thank you to the lovely staff who took care of me during my long stay - Dambar, who cleaned the rooms, the lady (whose name I never got) who works the breakfast shift and always greets you with a smile regardless of how chaotic the service is (and it does get busy, the traffic light business indicator does not lie), the concierge staff who push the elevator buttons in anticipation of you pushing it….in a nutshell, the service here is wonderful. The rooms, breakfast and the rest are all Marriott standard but the service is the big differentiator for me…so thank you all.

Direct proximity to the Marina and Jumeirah Beach respective areas. Clean and spacious room. Very attentive staff in the executive lounge on the 17th floor. Dining room (LP floor) need to be more attentive. Efficient checkin and checkout process. Less expensive vs. adjacent The Walk.

The apartment is big and clean, with a wonderful view. The mattresses are very comfortable and the daily cleaning is impeccable. The employees are very helpful and smiling. Breakfast is very diverse and dinner on the 35th floor is a delight. We received valuable information about the sights and the way to travel. Also, the surprises prepared by the hotel staff on the occasion of my birthday exceeded all our expectations!

Had a fantastic stay here! We were a family of 7 including a toddler and stayed in a 3 bedroom suite. Felt like such a luxurious apartment for the week. The staff were all so accommodating & helpful. They prepared a lovely cake & balloons for my 3 year old’s Birthday (see picture). Also loved Jones the Grocer downstairs for food. The pool was ok but honestly we didn’t use it much because it’s too hot in July. If you need somewhere to stay for a week or more with a large family this place is perfect! Will definitely consider staying again- thank you!
