I recently stayed at Arlo Midtown hotel during my trip to New York City, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Times Square
I must say that the staff was very warm and super helpful. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with vibrant smiles and genuine hospitality.
The front desk team and management went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, offering helpful tips on where to go and what to eat . I didn’t have to look far because there’s an awesome restaurant within the hotel .
The room was immaculate , cozy, and well-stocked with all the amenities I needed for my stay. I felt like I was in my own piece of NYC after a long day of sightseeing.
If you’re looking for a hotel that combines a prime location, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect choice. Be sure to leave a note in the lobby like I did for someone special . I can’t wait to return on my next visit to NYC!

Stayed here for the first time in December, 2024. After travelling and exploring NYC, coming through the entrance and being welcomed with the hotel's signature scent is always so inviting. The reception area is beautifully decorated and had some Christmas touches for the season. The staff are all amazing and accommodating. There's a cafe/bar located at the front entrance and a restaurant towards the back. We didn't have a chance to dine there. It's perfectly situated in walkable distance to so many attractions, Hudson Yards, Vessel, Time Square, etc. The rooms are simple and clean. You get your basic needs. They provide great toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion) - so don't bother packing your own. Our room was in the back, it was quiet. No matter the time you come in and out of this hotel, you feel safe. Your room card accesses the elevators and they only go to your floor, the gym and the rooftop. If you have not visited the upstairs rooftop, make sure you do! The view is amazing. Absolutely beautiful at night! I would definitely stay here again, or other Arlo locations, in the future. Thanks for making my first visit to NYC so memorable!

We had a quick 2 day stay for a mother/daughter girls trip. This hotel was fabulous. We did have to wait about 15 minutes past check in for our room, but it was super busy and the front desk was so polite and helpful, offering coffee/drinks and checking on us every 5 mins. The room we got was a high floor (14) corner, and the view was STUNNING. We had a perfect view of “the edge”. The room was very cute, modern bathroom, and super comfy bed. The water pressure was great and very hot water. We had two waters each day in our fridge, room was cleaned before we returned from our first outing on our second day. The location was walking distance from everywhere and a close subway. Would for sure stay again when we return. Perfect space for two.

Stayed here for four nights in a room with a terrace. The view from the room and terrace was amazing. The hotel was in decent condition and the staff were really nice. The shower worked well with a lot of pressure. The bed was just okay and any movement could be easily felt by the other person. Room service was really late in the day and they don't refill the coffee pods. Our bed sheet and pillow had stains on them. There was a gross wet spot on the carpet in our room and it wouldn't dry. The hotel is quite loud. Not just from the sirens and honking which I understand as it's new york, but from inside the hotel too. I could hear all the doors opening and closing and any conversations in the hall. There was a huge gap under the door and around the blinds for light to stream in and make the whole room bright. However the location is amazing, so many places to eat and a close walk to almost everything you could want to do in new york.

Love this hotel, right in the centre of midtown, near to all the action and walkable to Times Square, Central Park, Hudson Yards etc.
Room was clean, modern and comfortable with some lovely touches like a clothes steamer and fortune cookies on arrival.
Staff were fantastic. So helpful and always helping with everything I needed.
Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a friendly, lively hotel in the centre of the NYC action.
