Pros; We stayed here for 2 nights and had a pretty good experience overall. The staff were super helpful and friendly! It’s in a great location for walking to popular areas. Thanks Arlo!
Cons; We did know that the rooms would be small, so that wasn’t unexpected. However, I was pretty surprised to see how much the bathroom lacked privacy. While the sliding door isn’t an issue, there wasn’t a lock and it’s borderline see through. I’m hoping in the future they’ll consider using different doors. Overall, this place is great if you’re traveling solo but I wouldn’t recommend more than that.

I had an excellent stay here! The location was super walkable to many prime locations and had easy access to the subway lines. I loved that it was close enough to everything, while being less crowded and bustling than other areas.
The shared spaces and my room were very clean and inviting. Although the standard room is small, the space is cozy, modern and the space is used effectively - so I would say it’s worth it.
The staff were super friendly and attentive from check in to check out. I’d like to give a shoutout to Anthony at the front desk for his great customer service. I would definitely stay at this hotel on a future visit to Manhattan.

Lovely hotel in a decent location, just minutes away from Empire State.
Rooms just the right size with brilliant view. There are lifts, just took us a couple of goes to work them out 😂
Staff on arrival were really friendly and helpful.
Lovely treat in our room for my birthday.
Room cleaned daily, bed made and towels replaced and cans of water provided too.
Shower really good with products available, so no need to pack the shampoo and conditioner or shower gel.
Hairdryer was actually really good, so if you can't bring your own fear not, it does the trick.
Room under bed for suitcase and a small hanging space for some clothes.
Roof bar wasn't open when we stayed but you could still go up to take in the views.
Breakfast options are quite good and lots of people around for serving.

Our check in time was at 3pm. We checked in in advance 40 minutes early. We had no problem waiting the 40 minutes, as we were early. However, when it was finally time to actually go up the the room, the lady told us our room wasn’t ready yet. 15-20 minutes passed before our room was ready. That seems unacceptable to me if you claim that “check in time “ is a 3pm. We also got charged with a 40 “urban fee” which is just an excuse to charge you more than they already do. But don’t worry, a perk of the 40 dollar fee is that they generously give you a 15 dollar gift card that you may use in their hotel dinner. This can buy you TWO pancakes which cost 14 dollars. That means you’ll have a dollar to spare ! Oh also, they have so many lights around the tiny room, yet only the main light works. NONE of the other lights work … Total of 8 lights in the room, and 7 don’t work. Seriously ? Waste of money.

This place was perfect. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful and I instantly was satisfied when I walked in to check in. I was a solo traveler so the room was perfect for me. Everyday when I came back my room was clean and I had fresh towels. Room was bigger than I expected based on reviews! The restaurant was pricey, but pretty yummy for a quick bite. Lots of food places are close by. The location was everything!!!! Away from the busy and overwhelming area and great walking distance from Broadway, flatiron, and Chelsea. I’ll definitely be staying again!
