Loved this hotel and I’m so glad we chose it for our trip to NYC. The staff is what makes this hotel beyond stellar. Every person we interacted with was so welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately didn’t take many pics of the hotel but our room was spotless and we loved the vibe in the lobby and diner. Valet parking made arriving and departing a breeze and staff offered to hold our luggage while our room was being prepared so we could start exploring. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel room was clean and nice. However the manager Jezebel with the pink hair was extremely unpleasant and not accommodating whatsoever when checking in. She rudely inserted herself when the other staff was nice and accommodating to find the right room and she stopped them from doing so. My experience would’ve been amazing had I not had to encounter that type of interaction. The other staff was friendly so if you’d like to come here just deal with the other workers to receive good hospitality.

I had the pleasure of staying at Arlo Nomad in NYC, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was chic and welcoming, with a modern, stylish design that perfectly matched the energy of the city.
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with recommendations or special requests. The room itself was surprisingly spacious for NYC standards, with thoughtful touches like high-end toiletries, a comfy bed, and amazing views of the skyline. I especially loved the smart layout of the room, which maximized space without sacrificing comfort.
The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the NoMad neighborhood, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and iconic NYC landmarks. The rooftop is a must-visit! The views are stunning, and it's the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of exploring.
Overall, Arlo Nomad offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this hotel will not disappoint. I can't wait to stay here again on my next trip to New York City!

The location is convenient. The staff was excellent. Our room was tiny, and there wasn’t any place to relax, except on the bed. Luckily, I was with my wife, so the close quarters, wasn’t the worst. The cafe downstairs has food, if you’re too tired or hungover to leave the building. But otherwise, it was overpriced and underwhelming. Overall the hotel was clean, well staffed, convenient, and the room rate was totally fair.

Pros; We stayed here for 2 nights and had a pretty good experience overall. The staff were super helpful and friendly! It’s in a great location for walking to popular areas. Thanks Arlo!
Cons; We did know that the rooms would be small, so that wasn’t unexpected. However, I was pretty surprised to see how much the bathroom lacked privacy. While the sliding door isn’t an issue, there wasn’t a lock and it’s borderline see through. I’m hoping in the future they’ll consider using different doors. Overall, this place is great if you’re traveling solo but I wouldn’t recommend more than that.
