Absolute worst hotel I have ever seen…
Was switched here without my knowledge from a booking site. How anyone books a stay here is beyond me. Google says it’s a 4* hotel, it’s nowhere NEAR that, 2* at best… feels like it’s a hotel you book by the hour not the night. Room was the size of a bathroom, bathroom the size of a closet and the twin bed looked and felt extremely cheap. Elevators take about 20 minutes since there’s only one for the whole hotel and it legit only fits 2 people with bags. I’d avoid this hotel at all costs. Staff did their best, but this place is a steer clear in my honest opinion. I really don’t leave reviews, but this warranted one. Only reason people probably stay here in December is its price, that’s the only reason I can even think of. 0/10.

It's a great location. We walked or took the subway (station right across the street) the whole week. I wouldn't say this was a 4 star hotel but not nearly as bad as some reviewers made it sound. For the price it was more than fair. Room was small but not cramped. The bed was a bit creaky but I slept okay. The water pressure in the shower was lacking but hot water worked fine. It was like showering in warm rain. Room A/C was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. I requested a fridge which ended up in the wrong room and when I asked again they got it to our room in 15 minutes! Would stay again! We had a lovely time!

Yes, the facilities have some issues, the room I was in had a compromised window that was allowing cold air and a lot of noise in, the lobby bathroom stall did not lock, had no toilet paper, soap or paper towels, so yes the place could use some updating and some work. HOWEVER, the staff here more than made up for any shortcomings in the facilities. They were always willing to find solutions, I was moved to a much better room with little more than a short conversation at the front desk, and they always had a great attitude and every time I chatted with the desk, they seemed to genuinely enjoy each other's company, and helping the guests.
If you need a 5-star facility, pay the money that gets you that. If you're looking for a place to rest your head in between all the incredible stuff there is to do in the area, and in the city, for a reasonable price, then this is a great option. You may even have the pleasure of dealing with Maria, Rachel or Jazz who were absolute rock stars, and actually made my stay at the hotel a much better experience by just being awesome people to deal with. Somebody give them a bonus this year!!!

The hotel is in a great location. Service on arrival was really good. Tourist tax on the rooms came as a bit of a surprise. The room was small but not cramped. We were concerned about the bed and the noises but it was quite comfortable. Shower was hot and water pressure was fine. The towels are stupidly small. They are slightly bigger than hand towels. We weren't told of some of the facilities and only found out that there was a drinks vending machine on the 2nd night. And that was by accident. The restaurant next door serendipity 3 is excellent for late night drinks and snacks. Luggage storage after we checked out was really useful but give yourself time to find your bag in the room as there doesn't seem to be a system in place.

This hotel only has one thing going for it and that’s the location that’s why I only gave it one star . Some staff were friendly but some weren’t especially one of the female receptionists , my wife doesn’t like small elevators and this was small two people and two suitcases and it was full . We asked if we could use the stairs which are locked from the lobby and this woman said we had to use the lift I explained that my wife would prefer to use the stairs we were on the third floor it was a security guard who opened the door for us to use the stairs.
Our room was tiny and scruffy the room between the foot of the bed and the wall was only about one foot , the bathroom and shower were tiny too there was no wardrobe so we had to live out of our suitcases for the duration of our stay which thankfully was only three nights , but my advice to anyone who has this hotel booked is change your booking if you can , don’t stay here .
