The Atelier resort has been an exceptional experience. From the moment you walk in you first experience the beautiful smell and champagne upon arrival. The staff are the kindest and most helpful staff I have encountered at a resort. Our butlers Brandon and Pingting were so thoughtful and prepared a surprise for us for our anniversary, they were available for anything we needed. The food here is excellent, including their wide variety of craft cocktails. The room is absolutely beautiful and came stocked shampoo, conditioner, tooth brushes, and more. The pools and beach are beautiful and include waitstaff and fun activities. I believe that this resort is unlikely to be topped and I can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely pristine, beautiful resort. Service is 5 stars from start to finish. Every detail is thought of and beautiful. Meal options are extraordinary, with lots of options that feel unique/ special. Pools are stunning, and all the right vibes for relaxation and fun. Julio’s (shout out to Julio!) service at the pool was the best I’ve ever encountered. Love! Can’t wait to come back!

This was our second stay, and once again, the experience exceeded our expectations. Our butlers, Domingo and Alejandro, were absolutely exceptional. From assisting with dinner reservations to ensuring we had everything we needed—including a steamer for my clothes—they went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference.
The Don Fernando bar staff was equally outstanding. The two Jorge’s crafted some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had, and their warm, welcoming demeanor made every evening before dinner a highlight of our trip. Sharing laughs and enjoying expertly made drinks in such a wonderful atmosphere was truly special.
Many other staff members contributed to making this trip unforgettable, and we cannot wait to return “home” in six months to experience it all over again. Thank you for another incredible stay!

Had an absolutely amazing vacation to celebrate my birthday at this hotel. The food and drinks were so delicious. All of the pools were so clean and beautiful. The beach was gorgeous with white soft sand. Our butlers Emmanuel and Cesar made everything stress free. They were available around the clock to help us make reservations, or help with anything we could need. They were amazing, I will be requesting them the next time we go back. Highly recommend this place if you want to relax but also have fun.

The best all inclusive we have ever been to! The rooms were beautiful, the food was spectacular, and the drinks were delicious. We will definitely be back! We had Alejandro and Domingo as our butlers and we loved them!!! They were so nice and did so much for us. We can’t thank them enough. Best experience ever! We did our honeymoon here and we wouldn’t want it any other way. Thank you!
