We were blessed with the opportunity to stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres for 5 nights, this all inclusive resort is definitely one of a kind. From the moment you step on the property you are greeted with a welcoming smile from the staff and a cold hand towel that smelled amazing. The attention to detail in Atelier is impeccable not to mention the service here, our concierge team Lazaro and Valeria were amazing and helped make the experience at Atelier so much more enjoyable. They both were very attentive and answered any question we had about the hotel as well as helping us book reservations for our dinners and accommodating any request or needs we had. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone considering staying here. Your stay will be memorable and you will leave pleased.

Me and Wife had an amazing honeymoon at this resort. Everything was outstanding. The service, food and drinks. Our butlers Alexis and Martin were amazing. Alexis even went on his own time to get us a carry on because we were coming back home with more stuff than we came with. What a guy! Thomas took great of us while on the beach. The quality of service was fantastic.

My husband and I spent our 15 year wedding anniversary here October 20-25th
First of all. What an escape. It’s unreal how accommodating the butler service of Victor and Aline provide the guests here. The constant attention to assure there was never a want for anything and the detail in their care was top class.
My husband and I had a swim up suite. It was luxurious. The rooms were spacious and impeccably cleaned. Two things we will do differently next time, one a room with a view and request a room further from the amenities. No matter what your stay will be great however room 2115 is right next to Alba and the gym so the blenders started bright and early. It also is a main entrance from both the beach and several restaurants. Two nights we had some intoxicated guests ringing our bell after midnight confused as to where there room was. And the noise in general from the flow of traffic in the late early morning was noticeable.
Now the food. I mean that’s the real reason my heart skipped a beat. INCREDIBLE. Delicious. Fresh. And the friendly service in each dining area couldn’t be beat. From Alfonso to Jesus they all were a constant joy.
I spent one day in the spa. Mariana was the epitome of professional. The best spa I’ve ever been too.
We can’t wait to return, but this time with friends!

We stayed for 5 nights to celebrate our honeymoon in October. The hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful rooms and amenities in every corner. We were able to enjoy every single restaurant at least once while we were here and have been extremely pleased with every meal. With our Inspira booking, the resort also provided us with two butlers during our stay, Armando and Jorge, who were fabulous at helping us plan our week’s worth of activities and meals. We also got access to exclusive bars and cabana’s which we enjoyed throughout our stay. The spa and golf were two highlights of our trip as well. 10/10 will be back!

I can’t say enough how fantastic Atelier is! We have visited Cancun several times over the years and it’s hands down our favorite resort! The staff is so lovely and truly welcoming. The food everywhere we went exceeded our expectations. And our room was beautiful…plus it always smelled so good! (We have stayed other places where the humidity, etc. would make the room smell a little stale, but not here.) We did an upgrade where we had elite status and I promise it’s worth it. Daily access to the rooftop pool was amazing and our butler team was top notch! Armando and Martin…THANK YOU!!! You were the best of the best!!! If I can give any advice to future travelers, please bring plenty of cash to tip because you will want to go the extra mile for everyone that did the same for you. This absolutely is the place to go to celebrate love, life and happiness!
