I recently had the pleasure of visiting the brand new Ava resort, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was nothing short of amazing; each dish was a delightful blend of flavors, beautifully presented, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The variety offered ensured that there was something for everyone, and I found myself wanting to try everything on the menu. The decor and ambiance of the resort were stunning. Each space was thoughtfully designed, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident, from the elegant furnishings to the calming color palettes that complemented the natural surroundings. It felt like a perfect escape from the everyday hustle and grind. The drinks were equally impressive, with a creative cocktail menu that showcased local ingredients and unique flavor combinations. The pool area and bars were vibrant and inviting, making it the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Most importantly, the staff were attentive and friendly, making sure that every need was met with a smile. With my wedding set to take place at Ava in August, I couldn't be more excited! The resort has truly set the stage for what I anticipate will be an unforgettable celebration. I highly recommend Ava to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway or a stunning venue for special occasions.

This property is a large all inclusive resort very close to the airport which makes it ideal for a quick trip or those who don't like a long transfer. Do your homework folks and know this isn't in the Cancun Hotel Zone so no you can't walk out and dine around, hit the clubs or go shopping. I have seen other people's negative reviews about the hotel in reference to it not being in Downtown but that is their fault for not knowing the location not the hotels. I was here in October and it was very quiet and things were still being finished at the property. We were with a group and really enjoyed our stay. The food was superb and I love the design of the restaurants. Felt the staff worked hard to provide the best service and smiles. The rooms were well appointed with a design reflecting a boat with the porthole window connecting the room and bathroom. Huge balcony with jacuzzi tub and great views of the 2.8 acre pool. I loved the zero entry. As a travel planner I have sold this property several times and will again. Even have my own trip planned for April with my family.

Our second stay at AVA has been fantastic. The hotel is almost completed and the full potential of the resort is being reached. Our butler team of Raphael and Edgar have been truly wonderful to work with. I can't recommend them enough. We also had excellent service from Juan and Fernando from the experience team. The service at the pool and at all of the restaurants was great and we lacked for nothing. We found all of the food and drinks to be first rate. The resort is gorgeous and there is no shortage of things to do. This is truly a 5 Diamond resort.

We stayed at Ava Cancun for a friend’s wedding. The wedding and venue were beautiful, and the rooms were gorgeous. I loved being close to the airport and watching planes take off and land. Check-in took too long, and the massive resort made getting around inconvenient. Both sides of the resort are nearly identical. Customer service needs improvement, especially at the pool bar, and the pool is uncomfortably cold. The lasagna at the Italian restaurant was spectacular. Ava Cancun is an excellent venue for events and family vacations, but couples can find better options for a similar price point with a more tailored experience. The hotel was still under construction, so some issues may improve over time.

Our family of 9 just returned from spending 7 nights at AVA Cancun. The resort is beautiful. The rooms are very nice and well equipped. You don't have to worry about getting a room with a good view. 100% are ocean front! The dining experience was excellent (I recommend making reservations prior to arrival). The service at the bars and restaurants was excellent. The pool is beautiful with plenty of chairs and cabanas. The zero grade entry is especially convenient. The stretch beach is large and not crowded. Ocean swimming is good although fair for going out past 100 feet. While the resort is large, this means lots of restaurants and opportunities. I have been in the travel business for 45 years and have a lot of other resorts to compare with AVA. I recommend the AVA Cancun.
