Overall we would give our stay an 9/10. Resort is beautiful and staff were very attentive and friendly. A particular shout out to Concierge Riley who went above and beyond for a few celebrations we had while we were staying at Sandals. There are plenty of things to do at the resort that are included in your stay if you don’t just fancy lying by the pool. Both water sports and on land activities. Lots of pool space for those who want the quiet and those who like louder music and pool games. So many bars to choose from, with pool lounger service as well.
A few issues with our initial room however this was quickly sorted and we were offered a lovely upgrade. The options for food are great and the food was good, however there were some issues with slow food service across all of the restaurants after initially being seated. Like most resorts you do want to be out early to secure a sun bed, particularly people who haven’t got the butler service included in your holiday package. Transfer from the airport is longer than advertised due to the condition of the roads and traffic.
Overall a fantastic stay and we’ll definitely be back to sandals.

We were easily booked for our trip and knew exactly what to expect! Upon our arrival at the airport we had a private area to check in and wait for our shuttle. Very organized with snacks and drinks. Sandals Resort area. We had an amazing an eventful ride over the hills and down the hills to resort. Don’t fret the 1.5 hour drive. It’s worth it! We arrived safely and had a cold towel to greet us! Our concierge gave us a tour and took us to our gorgeous room! Amazing time all around! Great staff and amazing experience! They offer bungalows of all kinds as well! We had our honeymoon here and we will be repeat supporters! Can’t say enough good things about Whitehouse! Thank you for making our dreams come true!

Everything is Walkable, but the property is still very large. Great entertainment, food was very good, didn't have to wait long except for late night service at Neptune but that might have just been an off night. I like that the portions weren't huge either but we were still full after eating. Great drinks, knowledgeable bartenders, flexibility in where we can dine were all a plus. Great variety in things to do day by day. Very easy to make requests to the front desk and get what we needed. Even enjoyed a staff party nearby, luck of the draw I guess as it was the holidays.

Everyone, almost without exception, was very friendly and helpful. The people, the food, the varied experiences available, all contributed to a very fun vacation. I have stayed at different resorts, and Sandals, far and away, was the best !
