Another fabulous stay at the Beach Palace. We were advised upon check in, the hotel is due a revamp in the coming year but that said the hotel is in good condition and the service you receive is impeccable. All the service staff were excellent but Gabriela cooking fresh omelettes every morning and Julian and Angel waiting on us were excellent. For a relaxing afternoon on the sky bar, Mauro, José and Tania took care of all refreshments and culinary requirements without even asking, what more could you ask for. I would highly recommend Palace Resorts and I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again in the future. Our 8 and 5 year old children had the best time and were made a fuss of wherever we went in the resort.

It's called an all-inclusive resort, but having been spoiled by a real all-inclusive resort in Jamaica, this was not that. This was a nice-ish hotel that gives you most food and drinks for free. The service attentiveness was lacking, or oftentimes quite slow. The entertainment was okay, but quite amateur. The food was decent - not awesome in most cases, but good.

1. Front Desk - They are overall OK but not great
2. Vacation Planners - Are the worst (Try to avoid them if possible). Also, they are made to sit at the entrance to beach way and pool. They keep irritating us and not worth the money
3. Pre Vacation Planners - They are big blunders in Beach Palace. I have lost my vacation time due to their bad service and bad discipline in reverting back and booking my trip
4. Front desk help in case if we need anything - Not great but they will try something
5. Beach - Excellent
6. Vegetarian/Vegan Food options - Very bad
7. Does the chefs and hotel members make effort to understand and provide Vegetarian/Vegan options - Yes, they were really good. But they take lot of time to do this
8. Jacuzzi in the room - Not worth it. They are place in the bedroom and water spills out easily
9. Bathroom - Very small
10. Rooms with Balcony Ocean view - Worth it spending extra amount to get this room
11. Spa - Very good experience
12. Housekeeping and ordering from app - Very good

Amazing service. The staff, from servers to bartenders to activities specialists were gracious and veery timely with any and all requests. The beaches are gorgeous with amazingly soft sand. My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon and we absolutely loved every minute.
