First all inclusive and was very impressed with the service I got as well as the quality of the food and staff. They give incredible shows as well which make the vacation relaxing but also exciting. You can also book adventures and day trips through the resort and transportation is easily attainable.

Another fabulous stay at the Beach Palace. We were advised upon check in, the hotel is due a revamp in the coming year but that said the hotel is in good condition and the service you receive is impeccable. All the service staff were excellent but Gabriela cooking fresh omelettes every morning and Julian and Angel waiting on us were excellent. For a relaxing afternoon on the sky bar, Mauro, José and Tania took care of all refreshments and culinary requirements without even asking, what more could you ask for. I would highly recommend Palace Resorts and I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again in the future. Our 8 and 5 year old children had the best time and were made a fuss of wherever we went in the resort.

"Pleasant Stay with a some Hiccups" I recently stayed at Beach Palace Cancun for 6 days and 5 nigths and overall, it was a positive experience. The hotel is in a great location with an excellent view and close to nearby entertainment. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. However, I noticed a lack of power outlets near the beds, which was inconvenient. The most frustrating aspect was the bathroom light switch—it was located outside the bathroom and awkwardly positioned behind the bathroom door. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. At the Smokehouse restaurant, the team was a bit slow on the first day, but their service noticeably improved over the following days. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the food at the sushi restaurant—it was excellent. However, I believe the food at the main restaurant could be improved. While it’s good, considering the overall cost of the reservation, I expected a higher standard. Your comment is clear but could benefit from some refinement to improve grammar, flow, and readability. Here’s a polished version: If I had to mention one thing I disliked the most, it would be the unexpected charge at check-out. Despite having fully paid our balance and showing $0.00 due, the staff attempted to add a small additional charge, and even they couldn't explain its origin. On the positive side, one thing I really appreciated was the flexibility regarding our departure. Although check-out was at 12:00 PM, we were allowed to stay and use the facilities until our flight later that night, which made our experience much more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend Beach Palace Cancun to others looking for a luxurious experience, especially families seeking a great time together. The childcare facilities and family-friendly environment make it ideal for young families. However, young singles or couples might find it less entertaining compared to other destinations. With a few improvements, it could offer an even better experience.

We just arrived today. Front desk and restaurant staff are wonderful. The room is disappointing however. The room is not clean-sewer flies can be found in the room, in the sink, bathtub, bathroom and shower. The shower floors and furnitures are not clean. Part of the headboard is covered with dust. The beds look clean, thank God. We called house keeping about an hour ago , but no one came. For the amount of money we paid, we expected better.
