Another fabulous stay at the Beach Palace. We were advised upon check in, the hotel is due a revamp in the coming year but that said the hotel is in good condition and the service you receive is impeccable. All the service staff were excellent but Gabriela cooking fresh omelettes every morning and Julian and Angel waiting on us were excellent. For a relaxing afternoon on the sky bar, Mauro, José and Tania took care of all refreshments and culinary requirements without even asking, what more could you ask for. I would highly recommend Palace Resorts and I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again in the future. Our 8 and 5 year old children had the best time and were made a fuss of wherever we went in the resort.

Amazing service. The staff, from servers to bartenders to activities specialists were gracious and veery timely with any and all requests. The beaches are gorgeous with amazingly soft sand. My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon and we absolutely loved every minute.

The food was plentiful but needs a little help to get to 5 star. Again, staff was amazing!

This is the first resort I've stayed in that I completely loved. The service ,the staff & the resort itself was 5 stars. I loved the app where you can order just about anything. I ordered a roll away bed through the app & it came within 30 minutes. The room service was top notch. I enjoyed the pools especially the morning biking exercise in the pool with Luis. He is hilarious & engaging. I would definitely return for another wonderful vacation.

Great Food and Service. The Staff do a great job remembering you. Especially if you give them a Dollar or two when they serve you. Staying Positive will always make your stay my Pleasant.
