Beautiful beach. Great hospitality. This is an all inclusive resort that caters to families and small children. If that is what you are after you will be very pleased. We came for a family celebration and had a great time. I want to give a special thank you to Michelle and Allison at the front desk. They made my stay extra special and I enjoyed the laughs we shared. Thank you!

This beaches resort was fantastic. Staff were excellent and resort was always kept pristine. Although it was sold out it did not feel busy. Also no buildings are over 3 stories so with all the palm trees etc it was more eye appealing. The beach was beautiful and sand well out into the water. Food options were plentiful. New Italian restaurant was opening the day after we left so we were unable to sample, however all the other restaurants (including jerk shack) were fantastic. Only downside was the roads to and from the resort, this meant almost 2 hours each way. But on plus side the bus was comfortable and has ac and drivers were great. Just note tips required at airport for the "red hat" baggage folks that take your bags to the bus, as well as the driver after the ride.
We will definitely be visiting again!

Friendly and helpful are cornerstones of hospitality and this group kills it! Loved the rooms, the food and activities were awesome! I go for the beach, and water and sand were a 10!
Montoya from the concierge's office is a gem. She went out of her way to serve my family a private dinner. I had failed to make reservations for my daughter's upcoming birthday :( Montoya just made steak and lobster happen in a cozy spot. Outstanding! We failed to secure the safe on our second day and housekeeping had security notified and resolved the issue immediately. Felt appreciated by all staff, and enjoyed getting to know some of them a little better. So kind and hospitable, loved it!

The amenities and beach are the highlights from our trip. Glass bottom boat, snorkeling, hobie cat sailing, kayak, paddle board, etc. are all included. Good higher end liquor selection. Lots of kids activities with Sesame Street.
Many local attractions to visit to include Ricks Cafe and shopping. Place is very safe and the drivers are all knowledgeable and helpful.
Food and service were both good and not great. We paid for a concierge room and multiple times was unable to get service during normal hours. Rooms and pools were also not very clean. Main reason for not getting 5 stars.

Room was amazing! The staff handled everything so fast and never bothersome when we were in the room. Loved having a patio entrance, nice touch.

Kids Camp - WOW!!!! The entire staff was amazing, beyond our wildest expectations. Our son has Autism and they were so great with him, truly beyond anything we could have hoped for.
Special shout-outs to Janay (at pool bar near Pirates Island) for being super good to us. She is a true gem.
If there was any improvement we would recommend is that during meal hours, lower the volume of music near eating venues. Our son was bothered by it, he wore headphones but would have been great if music was not so blaring near (especially the Mill) dining areas.
