Room was amazing! The staff handled everything so fast and never bothersome when we were in the room. Loved having a patio entrance, nice touch.
Concierge was fast acting and always attentive to our every need/want
Kids Camp - WOW!!!! The entire staff was amazing, beyond our wildest expectations. Our son has Autism and they were so great with him, truly beyond anything we could have hoped for.
Special shout-outs to Janay (at pool bar near Pirates Island) for being super good to us. She is a true gem.
If there was any improvement we would recommend is that during meal hours, lower the volume of music near eating venues. Our son was bothered by it, he wore headphones but would have been great if music was not so blaring near (especially the Mill) dining areas.

The amenities and beach are the highlights from our trip. Glass bottom boat, snorkeling, hobie cat sailing, kayak, paddle board, etc. are all included. Good higher end liquor selection. Lots of kids activities with Sesame Street.
Many local attractions to visit to include Ricks Cafe and shopping. Place is very safe and the drivers are all knowledgeable and helpful.
Food and service were both good and not great. We paid for a concierge room and multiple times was unable to get service during normal hours. Rooms and pools were also not very clean. Main reason for not getting 5 stars.

Julia from housekeeping was incredible. She paid close attention to every detail and made sure my room was spotless and smelled amazing the entire week I was there. She truly made my stay. Tommy, the wedding planner, was also fantastic—she pulled everything together beautifully for my wedding. Overall, my experience was great, but I just have to give another shoutout to Julia. I cannot say enough amazing things about Tommy our wedding organizer at Beaches. Planning a wedding can be a daunting task, but having someone exceptional to organize it can make all the difference. She was professional and paid meticulous attention to detail. From the moment you engaged her services, Tommy took the reins with enthusiasm and expertise.
She began by sitting down with us to understand our vision and preferences. Tommy listened intently. With a clear understanding of your desires, she crafted a detailed plan that encompassed every aspect of the wedding—from the venue setup to coordination.
Tommy’s organizational skills shone as she ensured nothing was overlooked.
As the big day approached, Tommy was a calming presence, coordinating rehearsals and ensuring that everyone involved was on the same page. On the day of the wedding, she was the first to arrive, overseeing the setup and making sure every detail was in place. From the arrangements to the lighting, everything was executed flawlessly under her watchful eye.
Throughout the ceremony and reception, Tommy was there and was discreet yet attentive, making sure everything went as planned. She handled unexpected challenges with grace, ensuring that the day flowed smoothly without any stress for us.

We had a private villa with butler service. What's not to like? OK, the 90 minute drive from the airport on roads full of potholes wasn't the most fun, but the resort was great. One of our butlers was amazing. The other was good, but not as good as the first. The food was very good, but not remarkable. Even so, our family had a great vacation.
