I CANNOT say enough good things about this place! Angel, Erik, Maria, Andres and the entire staff are absolutely incredible. My trip was a 1000/10 thanks to the amazing staff. They truly made my first all-inclusive experience one to remember. Everyone who works there is so kind & would greet us everyday. The food was delicious and the events were so fun every night. If you’re looking for a relaxing & fun vacation - this is the spot!! I will DEFINITELY be back again soon :)

Wonderful experience. Staff was the epitome of hospitality! Everyone did their best to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The dining options were absolutely fantastic. Pools were gorgeous! Bartenders seemed to enjoy the work. Nice gym for a resort. You have to try the tiramisu at the Italian place, they make it table side and it’s some of the best I’ve had! I did come in the off season but resort did a really good job of mitigating the seaweed!

I rarely write negative reviews but I think it is important to share this information with fellow travelers to set the correct expectations. We had a few unpleasant surprises. In short, the resort needs to list these advisories. I checked before booking and the only advisory they had was that they don't allow spring break parties. So here goes: 1. Raging seaweed: You book a beach resort, and the beach is not available because of excessive seaweed. In addition, the rotting seaweed created this stench that gets through the closed doors and you wake up with headaches. When I complained to the hotel management, all they could say was that it is beyond their control. 2. Unpaved road with huge potholes: The road to the resort from the main road is unpaved, with huge potholes. Vehicles crawl through the whole kilometer. Other resorts have paved roads to their premises. There was a broken down bus sitting on the side of the unpaved road, creating a traffic jam as well. From the looks of it, all of this has been there for a long while. 3. Power outage and related issue with the safe: The stench from the rotting seaweed caused us to go on excursions every day, so we could be away from the resort. One morning, just before we left, there was a blackout. This blackout caused the water pressure to go away as well. Thankfully we had taken showers before the blackout. We left our laptop computers and the passports in the room safe. When we returned, the safe was open. It seems that the safe opens when there is a power outage. There is no battery backup to keep the safe secure and operational during a power blackout. 4. The quality of the drinks is mediocre. Cheap alcohol and very weak drinks is the norm at all of the bars and restaurants. Best to go somewhere else. I am not sure how this place gets 4.4 stars.

Went here for my 30th and had a BALL! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good time! Nothing but pure entertainment! Andres kept the pool party live he was such a fun guy! Maria was one our waitress and she was amazing! All the staff was so sweet and helpful. Made sure everyone was having a good time . The place was so clean and beautiful! Met lots a great people ate great food. Must try the Grill one of my favorites while we stayed. Coffee shop was amazing too and service outstanding.We paid for a cabana came with bottle service and a great show! Don’t think twice book now! You won’t regret it!

Breathless Riviera Cancun is incredible! The service is top-notch and every staff member we met was so friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely amazing with so many options to enjoy. The beaches and pools are beautiful and well-kept, and the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance—there’s a fun party vibe, but also plenty of calm spots to relax. Truly a wonderful experience all around!
