I spent a week at Breathless, it was an amazing time. The music was a bit loud but once you close your balcony doors you barely heard it. The food at Spoon was fantastic, a buffet that gave you just about anything you wanted for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Silk room had an incredible view and wonderful food. The staff was so polite and helpful, our VIP guy Price was always very helpful. I had a massage and facial and my person was very professional and made me very comfortable, highly recommend. We went out to the island on a boat and did snorkeling and visited the island, we came back at sunset and on the water it was breathtaking. I would highly recommend Breathless for a vacation, and now as a member I know we will be back again !!

Just returned home from a much needed vacation. From the moment we stepped on the property we were greeted with exceptional service right up until it was time to check out to return to reality. All staff were friendly and attentive! Two BIG shout outs go to Sonia; our pool side waitress and Margarito the swim up pool bartender! Sonia never let your drink go dry and always brought you whatever you needed while you relaxed by the pool. She remembered what you drank after your first order! Margarito was friendly, personable, funny and made you feel very welcome at his bar. Both of these staff members are excellent at their job and we will go back just to see them again!

Heavens no! This hotel should be listed at a 3 star..most definitely NOT 5 star. Please listen to all of the bad reviews. Rooms stink and smelled like mildew which made us sick to our stomach. The sheets and room were dirty. Ocean view rooms are not true ocean view rooms as they are blocked by big palm trees. Management and certain staff are uncaring and awful. The only good things I could say about the hotel is the food is fairly decent and the entertainment is great. Just wanted to be honest because I know we spend a lot of money to put into a vacation. Please choose wisely.

Staff were wonderful. Had 30 plus friends/family join us for our daughter’s wedding. The resort exceeded expectations. Emma (wedding coordinator) was fabulous. She ensured all was taken care of and was extremely attentive. The reception on the rooftop was gorgeous ! Angel (server) was our favorite. He also worked the wedding. He is so positive, fun and kind. I wish we could take him home with us. He is top notch! David (bar tender) also went out of his way to take care of us. We loved the coffee shop, restaurants, dance club and entertainment . Downfall was only the beach but the pools are wonderful. We would definitely recommend. Thank you for amazing memories.

I was very disappointed in how many rules and regulations were involved with this resort. The food was ok and the service was great but we were constantly told we couldn’t do things. We were all respectful and compliant but were constantly corralled. We were politely having a conversation with another table and were told by staff that we needed to be more quiet. They wouldn’t seat our party together. Wait times for restaurants were over 2 hours. Food was barely acceptable. I would NOT recommend this experience for the money. Go Airbnb and go to authentic restaurants.
