⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfectly Curated Luxury Stay for Our Annual Family Trip Our group of 12 family members stayed at Breathless Riviera Cancun from October 14–20 for our annual Cousins in Cancun 2025 family celebration — and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. We were accommodated in oceanfront swim-up suites, and every single room was prepared with an exceptional level of personalization. Each suite included a celebration banner, a custom individual cake, a handwritten personalized card, and a complimentary bottle of champagne waiting for us upon arrival. These thoughtful touches set the tone for a truly magical stay. Fernanda, in particular, was phenomenal. Her attention to detail and care for our group ensured that every milestone — from birthdays to job promotions to anniversaries — was honored with elegance and sincerity. She made our annual tradition feel elevated to luxury status. The resort itself exceeded expectations — breathtaking views, vibrant energy, impeccable service, gourmet dining, and the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. But what made this trip unforgettable was the high-touch, genuinely personalized hospitality from the Breathless team. This was not just a vacation — it was a luxury celebration experience crafted with intention. This place is very modern w/good vibes. A majority of the staff are friendly & helpful. Samuel was super down to earth & kept my group fed w/continuous cocktails. I loved the fact that a majority of the restaurants did not require reservations. The only wish was that the pool area gave shots.

Overall a decent stay, we were there for a wedding so not much choice. Booked an Xhale room, but didn’t see much benefit besides lounge access (nice to skip drink lines and premium options). Perks were inconsistent though..our minibar had one beer and water, friends got tequila and snacks. I mentioned it to the lounge but nothing showed up 🤷‍♀️. Would’ve been nice if Xhale had its own reserved pool section/pool chairs. The ocean was dirty during our stay so we couldn’t swim. Most staff were super friendly, but had a weird experience at Picante. We went around 9:45 (they close at 11), and the hostess took our name but never seated us. Place was mostly empty, seemed like they were cleaning up early? Food was mehhh and service slow, but expected for an all-inclusive. Not luxury, but comfortable enough for a few days.

Excellent service, customer service was unmatched. Very long wait times at the restaurants. Grounds were always clean. Plenty of snack options. We upgraded to the Xhale service, it was well worth it. Each guest is allowed a free hydrotherapy treatment but we missed out. It was booked for all of the days we stayed before we even got there, big bummer. The beach wasnt that great either but the pool views were nice and area was also well maintained. Each evening had a theme or special show but some required an extra cost.

Thank from room 7309 October 8th - 13th The only thing I was sad about is that it was our 17th Anniversary and I put that on the reservation but nothing came of it, possibly because I booked through american advantage vacations. 😔
