I recently attended a wedding at Casa de Campo. It does not disappoint! Food was great. Staff was superior as were my accommodations. Of course I enjoyed the beach.
Drinks were a little watery and I was expecting better. But overall best Caribbean vacation ever.

If there was a way to give zero stars, I would!!! Avoid at all costs. If there was a good resort from 1980, this would be it. Unfortunately, it should have been left there. The food is poison, the location is mediocre at best, 15 min from a beach and a pool that looks like a Hilton. All of this would be fine, but they also try to charge like they are fancy. Run!

An unexpected port for us aboard our small residential cruise ship, Villa Vie Residences.
Everyone we encountered was beyond helpful and very polite.
What a little gift to land in such a sophisticated little enclave! The decadent bakery (I'm so sorry I don't remember their name!) was the perfect place to start the day off with a crisp Prosecco!

My husband & I were there with my daughter, future hubby & his parents on 12/18/24. We were there with the wedding planner to choose the food for the wedding, to see the sites that were chosen for the venue and to tour the grounds. When we got off the van to enter the Marina we were attacked by bees. There were workers (idiots/morons) spraying the area for bees & instead of advising the driver not to let us out they just stood around watching us get attacked by a swamp of bees. They seemed to take it as a joke.I was stung on the forehead which gave me an allergic reaction that has lasted for days. This could have turned out deadly I’ve been to Casa De Campo many times before & it seems that bees are a constant problem. I will definitely advise the wedding guests to bring bee repellent, allergy meds, EpiPens, etc!

This is such a beautiful resort. I was planning a visit there and trying to potentially book my 200 guest wedding there..
but unfortunately, after many conversations & emails (which at times it was very difficult to communicate/get emails returned in a timely manner) I was completely let down and will not be booking with them because they have denied My request to bring my service animal.
Which is crazy, I have never heard of someone being denied something like that. Especially when I have all the paperwork and things that are needed for travel.
I understand that this is a no pets resort, but my dog is not a pet. He is a certified service animal!!
I need my service animal for my every day life!! i have health issues. I explained this to them and even have a doctors note and sent them my dogs licensing ( he is a certified PSA, ESA, and service animal )
And they still said no.
So good luck anyone booking with special requests or Health needs
They don’t care 🤷🏼♀️
