Civillian Hotel is a true NY gem! The ambience fits the area so well, not to mention the great location it’s in. Everything was clean and pretty to look at. The room was small but it didn’t bother me much as the view was great. I loved the staff as they were sweet and accommodating. They were able to check my bags complimentary while our room was being prepared. Jazz night in the cocktail room was my favorite. I will be staying here every time I come to NY!

This is an amazing hotel. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly. The building is so nice. The location is great. The rooms are wonderful and do a perfect job of using the limited NY City space. The view from our room was incredible. And they even went out of their way to make our anniversary special. This is the kind of hotel where all the details are paid attention to, and it shows. I loved staying here and will again.

Loved it. Stayed for a work overnight. The service was excellent, and my room was beautiful with unique touches. I forgot my reading glasses and the front desk ran them out to my car -- I was able to reach the front desk immediately, which isn't always the case with a hotel. Anyway, the gesture was really above and beyond and I was grateful when I was in a pinch. Will def be back.

Great staff, clean good location. The GYM co operation is cool. Take care of anything u need on the spot. The small room (12 m) is too small and didn’t work for a couple with suitcases. Great place for mid town.
