My husband and I had never been to Jamaica before and we absolutely LOVED the resort and staff. We met other amazing couples from all over the states who had been coming back to the resort year after year and offered lots of insight! The food at each of the restaurants was great. Well seasoned and authentic. The staff were attentive and efficient. We decided to do a Garden room and that did not disappoint. The view was lovely and serene. The room was clean and always stocked. The house keepers made sure you always had what you needed without asking. The pool was a perfect temperature and the swim up bar was always fully stocked! Of course I can’t forget to compliment how clean the beach was! It was beautiful and well kept. Clear water and nothing but sand! Needless to say, we will absolutely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Couples Negril and would definitely recommend it, especially as a honeymoon destination. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and set on one of the most stunning beaches we’ve ever experienced. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking every evening — a true highlight of our trip. The food was good overall, with plenty of variety and flavorful dishes throughout the restaurants and bars. The service at the restaurants was generally decent, but there were times when some of the wait staff seemed uninterested or not very engaged, which took away from the experience a bit. One of our favorite parts of the stay was waking up early and heading to the beach — not just for the calm, crystal-clear water, but also for the marine life! If you go out into the water in the morning, you’ll often see stingrays, crabs, and lots of fish swimming near the shore. It was such a fun and unexpected surprise that made our mornings extra special. Unfortunately, we did have one unpleasant moment during our stay — when we returned to our room after dinner one night, we found a cockroach on the bed. It was definitely gross and not something you ever want to deal with while on vacation. That said, housekeeping came quickly, changed the sheets, and handled the situation well. Despite that one issue, we still had an incredible time. The beach alone is enough to make us want to return. The vibe is romantic and relaxed, the scenery is unforgettable, and it’s a perfect place for a honeymoon or couples getaway. We would absolutely come back. Thank you Couples!

Wonderful staff and amazing location. Food was good. Drinks watered down, as expected. As for the activities not included in the all inclusive offer, like the spa or scuba diving, ridiculous rip-off prices! The free airport shuttle is a whole different story! This is how you start your experience at Couples Resorts. We had to cough up tips before even being let on the shuttle bus! The porter then even stated that you should remember to make it enough for two porters! They make more in a hour than most professionals! Would I go here again? No.

Beautiful resort with a beautiful beach. Staff were friendly, food was great with good selections, drinks were great also. Our only complaint was that we didn’t book a longer stay, six days were not enough. Plan to return next year!!

My husband booked this trip and never will he book another. He went off it stating how much this hotel was a 5 star from the internet, but I would NOT rate it as such. Everything is very outdated. I was in Jamaica feeling like I was in America trying to eat Jamaican food. The food was nasty and not even seasoned. Every morning I watched birds have a blast with the buffet styled breakfast. The food selection overall was scarce. For the most part, there was only one place opened at a time. I basically ate something to not starve each day. The room, the bed was nice other than that everything else appeared to not be clean. Especially the bathroom, the shower was very dirty. We kept having to kill roaches that came through the window in the bathroom due to the window not being a completely sealed one. It mimics blinds that you can open and close. Overall, I would never come back to this resort and wish that I could be compensated for how falsely advertised the site does this resort.
