We stayed here on our honeymoon. The service and employees were great. The food is good the drinks are good. I have no complaints from our trip. It’s a very classy resort, plus it’s adults only so that’s nice

We Celebrated our 25th anniversary Sept 21-28 2024 From the time we arrived, everything was perfect . We were greeted with a cool towel, and champagne upon arrival. Our room was perfect 2106 garden view I wouldn’t personally spend extra money on an ocean front, the resort is small , there probably isn’t a bad room in the resort . We loved the fire show , the beach is gorgeous, and the food was delicious!!!! We will definitely return !! Thank you Couples Negril !!!!

The staff at Couples Negril went above and beyond expectations. The servers at the buffet restaurant were always pleasant and attentive. Special mention must be made of Mr. Dean Reid, constantly checking to ensure the guests were okay The waterports team were very accommodating and encouraging for me to try the many activities they had to offer. Special shout out to Alex, very patient and informative during the snorkeling trip.

The main restaurant was closed on certain days which only left limited options. Me and my partner did not like the Asia restaurant and I don't like seafood food so there was some nights we went hungry and was counting down the clock for when the grill re opened at 10:30pm The breakfast was the same near enough every day got very fed up There is not very culture food and even when we was given one day of it the meat on the mutton was so fatty The staff was very miserable at one point I got fed of waiting for the staff to take my drink order by the pool I just went to the bar myself

I really wanted to like this resort. I went there for my birthday- they sent a bottle of cheap wine with a bow and label that read ‘happy birthday’. The food was not impressive at any of the restaurants. It was such a boring experience with little to nothing to do. The rooms were dated and the bathrooms were not luxurious. Most of the staff were not friendly or accommodating we felt like we were more of a bother to them. Do not recommend! Of note I was visibly pregnant @5.5 months but was given a bottle alcohol for a birthday gift.
