I had an amazing weekend here. I’ve been to a number of hotels and I can say by far the best service I’ve received. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing. The room was nicely decorated for my partner’s birthday and I can’t find any faults with anything! Definitely will be visiting again.

Amazing all inclusive experience here! We stayed the end of June and it wasn't crowded at all. Everyone was so kind and remembered our names and there was lots of activities, events, and excursions to chose from. Next time we will definitely have to stay longer than this 6 night trip. Some of my favorite experiences: snorkeling couples massage trivia at the swim up bar bon fire at the beach live music every night

Staff changes happen- so you really can't go by 1 person's experience. The place is absolutely gorgeous. I would have given it 6 stars with the exception of the food. The food has been mediocre this year. This is my 3rd time coming to this resort- I don't know if they just have some key kitchen staff on vacation, or they are training some new ones. But this time/ this year - it's not cutting it.

Awesome place to be if you just want to relax without worries ( this is what sans soucis means). The rooms are very generous size wise. The vegetation is lustig. The food is excellent! They even have a well equipped gym. Loved it there!

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with champagne and smiles, which made for a lovely first impression. The hospitality at check-in truly set a welcoming tone. The rooms were clean and modern, offering a stylish space to relax. However, the bedding left much to be desired — the sheets felt clingy and less comfortable than what I’ve experienced at other resorts and hotels. One of the major drawbacks was the lack of consistent hot water in the shower. Additionally, since the rooms are accessed from the outside, we encountered quite a few bugs at night — including, unfortunately, a roach near our door. I understand the outdoor setting invites nature, but that was a bit unsettling. The food overall was underwhelming. It lacked both variety and flavor, and the portions felt modest. That said, we absolutely loved Casanova — by far the best dining experience at the resort. The main buffet and service were just average. While the staff were generally polite, many seemed tired or disengaged, which is not what you’d expect from a so-called “5-star resort.” There’s no shortage of activities — we particularly enjoyed kayaking and lounging by the pool. However, the “mineral pool” appeared neglected and in need of cleaning and refurbishment. Seeing bugs and debris on the steps was off-putting. The hot tub near the main swim-up bar was also poorly maintained, with leaves and dead insects floating around — something a simple, regular cleaning could easily fix. Overall, the resort offers a beautiful setting and is a nice place to unwind. One major perk is the complimentary taxi transfer from the airport, which is a thoughtful touch. That said, despite its luxury branding, the resort doesn’t quite deliver on the 5-star experience it promotes online. I’m not typically one to complain, but having traveled extensively — from cruises to various international resorts — I’ve stayed in better accommodations at similar or even lower price points. If you choose to stay here, you’ll likely still enjoy your time, but temper your expectations. This isn’t the ultra-luxurious all-inclusive experience many might expect based on its marketing.
