Disney's Pop Century Resort

I stayed at this resort with my husband and 4-year-old daughter. It was our first time going to Disney World and we picked Pop Century based on other reviews. It did not disappoint. There's massive statues of Disney characters (Lady & The Tramp, Mickey, etc.) and my daughter loved walking around trying to find them all. The service was great. Since it was our first time, we had tons of questions about the buses and passes. They answered our questions and even gave my daughter a "first visit" button that was awesome during the park visit. The room was clean and functional, a bit small with an active toddler but was good for what we needed (somewhere to store our stuff and sleep 🤣). Definitely recommend!

Enchanted by Disney world's magic. Pop Century stay was convenient for all park visits. Guest services were great. Skyline rides and Transit Buses were convenient too. We were at the 80's are so there was a 2 minute drive to the transportation area. Rooms were very well maintained. Cleaning happens every other day. We stayed 5 nights.

This was my first time in Disney, and we went for my daughter's birthday. This review is hard to do. While staff was very kind and quick to respond our major issue was not resolved. Someone stole my daughter's purse from out of our room. When reported the manager really just left us with "no one else has opened your door according to your key fob" We were offered to file a police report. This was so strange because when we came back to our room, we noticed the door was left opened and cracked. We had NO other issues with the door not closing on our way out. Of course, this is when we noticed the purse missing. I was not a huge fan of the food and would have liked to see an alternative meat option for breakfast other than pork or impossible meat. The arcade was just okay in my opinion. The girls had fun unfortunately we were left with memories of her brand-new purse coming up missing and is a big reason for the low review. We were not accommodated in any way. I will say transportation to the parks were a breeze and made the trip a lot easier.

Quick trip to see decorations. Loved the skyliner to Hollywood. Loved the building we were in, the 50s. Was quiet for a cheaper resort, nice landscaping, nice big food court, great selections for food too. Not a long wait for buses. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Good price for a decent stay. The rooms are dated and the sink is too small but I hear an update in planned. Good stay.

Well situated for park access via skyline and buses, the 50's is a good one for access to the food hall and a good pool. The rooms are okay. They are a good 3-star, I would say. The service is good they try their best to accommodate. All in all, it is a good all-around place to stay if you have kids as it is fun-themed.
