I loved the shuttle service to the parks. Never had a problem getting there or coming back. Very clean area and close to disney springs. We went to go eat at disney springs and it was only a 3 minute walk. No bugs or mosquitoes out by balcony or outdoor hallways. They have their pest under control considering its Florida and the humidity. Floors were very clean along with coutertops. Perks of the one bedroom villa was the kitchen (coffee machine), 2 extra twin beds in the living room. I loved our view to the lake and disney springs. Quite and safe area. Pools are beautiful.

Great place. Huge resort, definitely great if you have a vehicle. Navigating the resort can be alot from getting to the main building and bus stops but super clean and beautiful. Rooms are spacious and the 1 bedroom villas can sleep 5 no problem.

2025 was our second consecutive year staying at this resort and we absolutely loved it. In 2024, my family of three stayed in the Paddock area rooms for 3 days and totally felt like it wasn't enough time. The room was super clean, beds were comfortable including the Murphy bed. We stayed in a 'preferred' room and it was very comfortable. This year, it was just my little and I and we stayed in room overlooking the Paddock pools and were totally satisfied with service, especially after finding a wad of hair in the fridge. Management came over very quickly, apologized and it was taken care of in two twos. Execellent service at the pool canteen and the life guards are totally friendly to the children. 2026 shall definitely see us again!

This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to Disney Springs, like to golf, and appreciate one of the original DVC hotels. It’s nice and quiet with some horses riding around. It does give you the feel of being in Saratoga Springs NY (but with the FL humidity). We enjoyed the pool and walking around the resort. The room updates were okay, but nothing too special. The resort is pretty nice and quaint though. There’s plenty to do if you’re looking to skip the parks and relax.

Wonderful stay! Sitting in the golf cart being driven to our perfect room on a very warm, beautiful evening will remain a treasured memory. The staff were all wonderful, big shout out to Moe. Room was perfect, lovely lake view. Artists Pallate do great pizza. Loved the boat trip to Disney Springs. Big, quiet resort, comfortable and spacious rooms, easy bus to the resorts. Can't wait to be back.
