Saratoga Springs is an absolutely fantastic Disney resort. I mean, really—what’s not amazing about Disney? The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and had that perfect family-friendly atmosphere that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. My family has been Disney Vacation Club members since the early ’90s, and we’ve stayed at Saratoga Springs many times over the years. Every single visit has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and truly go above and beyond to make your stay special. If you’re heading to Walt Disney World and want a resort with incredible service, fun Disney-inspired decor, and a relaxing, enjoyable vibe, Saratoga Springs is definitely one to check out. Whether it’s for a family trip or even a conference, you won’t be disappointed. It’s pure Disney magic from start to finish!

Love everything about this resort. Has more of an apartment feel than resort. The only downfall is that it’s so big you’re not close to pool or lobby. Rooms are spacious and service was great. Low weight time for elevators our entire trip!

I would not recommend staying here. The customer service is terrible actually. We have stayed at many Disney resorts and always. They were happy to explain where everything was in terms of transportation where you were on the map how to get to certain places, etc. this place had the worst customer service. It didn’t even seem like a Disney resort. We had to go back to find out how to get to Disney Springs. I thought it would be an easy commute to Disney Springs via a boat ride, but it was not. It was the longest walk whether you wanted to use the boat or you wanted to walk. We had a Rent-A-Car and we would’ve been better off driving around and parking to get into Disney Springs. And each time we try to ask for help as to where to go everybody just kinda pointed that direction and they’re like oh it’s like 15-20 minutes. Ridiculous. I will never ever stay at this resort again and I would not recommend it to anyone. We’ve stayed at the Epcot resorts like the yacht club and the beach club. The grand Floridian definitely choose something along those lines for you and your family. This is not a friendly Resort to stay at. I am here only one day and have three more to go and if I could, I would leave and go to another resort.

We have always loved that the resort is a boat ride, bus ride, or even just a walk away from Disney Springs. The rooms are generously sized, incredibly clean, and have fun decor. As with most Disney resorts, the rooms are pricey; unless you are a vacation club member. But it does offer convenience of free parking for guests and free Disney bus transportation to any of the Disney theme parks, Disney Springs, or other Disney hotels. If you get any room larger than the studio, you also have a full kitchen and a stacked washer and dryer in the room. This is a HUGE money and time saver for families. Also, Disney is very grocery delivery friendly. They will hold and refrigerate groceries that are delivered and can even deliver the groceries right to your room for a very small fee. This has been a HUGE money saver for our family of 5. We can get $100 of groceries delivered and make most of our meals in the room. Instead of spending $100 just for ONE meal out. Just make sure to get the specific address for delivery from the front desk (we learned the hard way that you won't get your groceries if you don't have the exact correct address for the specific Disney resort you are staying at.) They also have scheduled activities around the resort. Many of them you pay separately for, but some of them are free. We loved their outdoor movie where you can buy a smores kit to make and snack on while you watch the movie.

We loved our stay at Saratoga Springs. We took advantage of the free activities, marshmallow roasting, and the DVD check out on our off days from the parks. We also did the ceramics painting and it was a lot of the fun. The pool areas are all splendid. We appreciated the slow walk in pool, the water slides, and the free entry to a water park on check in day. The resort food was on par with other Disney resorts. Customer service was great and went above and beyond. Tons of storage in the rooms which is great for families.
