We have stayed here many times. It is a little less convenient to the parks than some of the other Disney resorts. However, it is a very nice facility. Over the years, it seems like shuttle service to the parks has decreased and cleaning services have declined some. Some of the rooms are quite far from the main lobby building and pool. Despite the minor critiques, it is an excellent place to stay for the full Disney experience!

The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the fact that the ferries were not running. This was the main reason we decided to stay at Saratoga Springs. Granted it was not the resorts fault (Hurricane Milton raised the water too high) however, the resort could have come up with some other easy way to get to Disney Springs. We ended up having to walk around through part of the golf course (through the mud in one spot) and we were wearing nice shoes, not happy about that. All that being said, the resort itself was very well kept, great service, beautifully appointed room and made us feel at home. We will certainly stay here again and HOPEFULLY the ferries will be in operation.

Lovely DVC Resort! The property is very expansive and thankfully we got a room close to the bus stop and main building where restaurants, checkin, shopping, and a pool were. Room cleaning service was regular and good. Restaurant food and beverages were very good! We enjoyed the close proximity (walking distance) to Disney Springs.

We are Disney vacation club members and looked forward to experiencing the benefits of the renovations. However, though the rooms were very nice, the beds were not as comfortable as we had hoped, including the fold down Murphy bed, which was just a thin mattress. Also, some of the drawers did not stay in because the hardware appeared somewhat flimsy. However, oh, for all, we greatly enjoyed our stay other than these few details.

I would highly recommend Saratoga Springs Resort. It was great and my kids loved the pool. Beautiful resort just really spread out. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but the one housekeeping person was very friendly. I would stay there again and loved the one bedroom suite that we had.
