Incredible resort. Amazing staff. Awesome pool! Rooms were great. Food was delicious. Having food plan made things especially easy. And the 20-something $ bottomless cup you can buy is totally worth the one time purchase fee.

It was really nice to be by the sky liners, and we liked the main big pool! However, rooms were extremely noisy—like the noisiest room I’ve been in in years. One very early morning we heard maybe 30 heavy thuds over the course of two hours. It was a short night that led to a tough day in the parks. Check in is reportedly at 3pm but our room wasn’t even ready at 4:30, which hurt our plans to enjoy AK for a nice chunk until 7. Paid extra for a water view but didn’t really have one…could see the corner of a lagoon if I craned my neck but otherwise we were over a road. Although they were so late to check us in there was zero grace for checkout and we were rudely told we were late getting out as we moved our luggage out at 11:15am, 15 minutes past our check out time. Left one of my son’s good sneakers at the pool we believe and after attempting to call the resort and see if they can locate they said we have to use a third-party website to try to file a lost item. There’s more but basically: customer service was very poor, prices were very high, quality of the stay was very low. But we appreciated the pool and the skyliner so I think 3 stars is fair.

We love this location. Everyone is so friendly and the resort is beautiful. It's very kid friendly. The main pool is themed and they have activities there almost every night. They go above and beyond to help. We have stayed there 3 times and will be back again. The only reason. the rooms lost a star is they are getting dated and showing wear and tear. Between the insane amount of people and the climate It's no surprise. The rooms are still beautiful though!

Rooms are clean and well furnished, buildings and amenities are well kept. My only complaint is that the bathroom in a standard room is oddly portioned with the shower and toilet being basically in a closet. Prices are what you Might expect for a themed resort - Bring your own food if you're on a budget!

This is moderate price for moderate service. Awesome stay, would be back. It was a nice change from a boring hotel. Positives- skyliner is so convenient, pools are huge and fun, bar next to main one. Beautiful grounds, lots of lizards and hammocks. Negative- sprawling, lots of walking, everything is spaced out. That was fun for us but maybe a hassle for others. Tiny bathroom.
