Absolutely loved this resort!! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained; the staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed like they enjoyed being there; the pools were clean and the beach was beautiful. We went as a family with a 9 year old and this resort is very family friendly, the staff made him feel like a VIP. Tried almost all of the restaurants and didn’t have a single bad experience. Definitely recommend splurging for the swim up rooms as the cabanas outside those rooms were dreamy. 10/10 would recommend!

The AC in the room or the filtration of the room does not work well. They keep the rooms cold during the day, but the sheets feel wet like humidity is still in the room. Also, at night the AC is turned off which makes that wet sticky feeling even worst. The room was not super clean at arrival and all the cleaning staff was not made equal or good should I say. Veronica was amazing! But then she went home and the other person Marianna did a crap job each day. Could not even get us towels. I called the front desk and they said they would send some towels up and it never happened. Good thing my mom was staying in another room and I was able to take some from her. The pillows were a nightmare! Didn’t sleep well not one night ( this includes the wet feeling of the sheets). However, the food was good at the world buffet and the service was always good. My favorite waiter was Marco and Nelson. They are super starts and should be the gold standard. The pool bar was okay and the staff were okay there too. I can say that my kids were always treated well and that I really liked. Everyone was super friendly to both of my boys and if my older one asked for something he was treated well and honored. The outside grill food was 50/50 some stuff definitely needed more cooking time. The Italian and French restaurants were the only two we tried and they both sucked so we decided not to try any others. Overall it was not a complete bust and we did have some good times. I could see myself coming back but would be scared about the sleeping part lol . Hope this helps someone.

Stayed here a week ago with my girlfriend for her birthday. I have to say this place was beyond our expectations. Place was beautiful, clean, food was amazing, and staff were perfect. Everyone was super kind and helpful and I have to say it was a beautiful time. The food was amazing and the staff had great service. We had the best time imaginable and will definitely be coming back. Gym, pools, beach, staff, food, hotel, concierge, servers, bartenders all 10/10. If i could give this place 100 stars i would!
Only thing I’d say is the AC in the rooms needs to be a little colder :), but aside from that will definitely be recommending this resort to all our friends and family and coming back again!

My husband and I just got back home after have an amazing vacation. The Resort, Staff, service and the food was amazing.
Everyone was very kind and helpful. Staff at the Coffe bar was very friendly and served the most amazing latte. Our favourite was the French restaurant. Although, we enjoyed visiting all the restaurants. Amazing vacation, we will be back. Thank you

I went on a short trip with my mom to this beautiful resort. While the location was lovely, I felt a bit uncomfortable with how forward and overly friendly some of the entertainment/dining staff were. Their frequent comments about my appearance and a few requests for my number or room left me feeling like I couldn't fully relax or enjoy the vacation, especially with my mom there. I appreciate compliments, but in this setting, it just wasn’t the right vibe for us. We were hoping for a more relaxing experience. Some of the restaurant food was enjoyable, though I felt the buffet could have offered a bit more variety. I also found the beach to be a little smaller and not as spacious as I remember it once was. It would be nice if there were more fitness activities held besides in the main pool. If you’re single and planning to visit this resort with friends or family, I’d suggest thinking twice—or at least be prepared to turn down staff offers.
