Basic all inclusive. They try to be above average, but the service is lacking. The workers do barely the bare minimum. There were lots of children when our family went. The pools are fairly well kept, as well as the rooms. The food was basic resort food. Lots of flies by the buffet and any outdoor seating area. The drinks weren’t great at all. The entertainment at night was the best part. The pool chairs were “reserved” by guests by 7am. The resort itself was very well kept. They did accommodate to my MIL who has difficulty walking long distances by carting us from dinner back to the room.

We recently vacationed at Dreams Flora. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. One staff member in particular made a lasting impression on our family-ROGELIO. He was amazing! Best service we have ever received! He was extremely humble and kind. The grounds were very beautiful and well kept. The pools were clean and gorgeous! The food was delicious and accessible. Prices of items in the gift shop were not inflated; they were reasonably priced. We really enjoyed the buffet for breakfast. So many great options! We will be back!

Love love love love this resort! The staff is incredible, so nice and polite and accommodating. This resort exceeded all expectations. The food was another standout — fresh, flavorful, and with so many options that we never had the same thing twice unless we wanted to. Whether it was a poolside snack or a fine dining dinner, every meal was delicious. The entire property was clean, beautifully maintained, and truly relaxing. Can’t wait to come back — already dreaming of our next visit!

We booked a swim-out room, which was a nice perk and gave us some relaxing moments right outside our door. Unfortunately, that was one of the few highlights of our stay. Service was extremely inconsistent. Our butler, Nathan, ignored us until we escalated the issue. Housekeeping was unreliable—we went over 24 hours without body wash despite multiple requests and even received a bag of razors as a substitute. Dining was a major letdown: the Mexican and Asian restaurants were chaotic and unprofessional, with rushed service and poor food quality. In contrast, the Seaside Grill offered a genuinely warm and welcoming experience, and the Preferred Club, while average in most respects, stood out simply because everything else fell short. The resort is also dealing with a red tide issue that causes a strong, unpleasant odor across the property. To make matters worse, something in the pool or water system actually turned my wife's bathing suit green. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations, and we would not return or recommend it to others. If you do book, the swim-out room and Seaside Grill are your best bets—just don’t expect consistent quality elsewhere.

His attentive, friendly, engaging demeanor made our dinners extra enjoyable and entertaining. The service was quick and the food was delicious. Chino went out of his way to make sure our meals were to our liking and made our family feel so well taken care of.
