Absolutely loved this resort!! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained; the staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed like they enjoyed being there; the pools were clean and the beach was beautiful. We went as a family with a 9 year old and this resort is very family friendly, the staff made him feel like a VIP. Tried almost all of the restaurants and didn’t have a single bad experience. Definitely recommend splurging for the swim up rooms as the cabanas outside those rooms were dreamy. 10/10 would recommend!

The resort was beautiful and extreme clean and well maintained. The food was delicious- particularly the hibachi, but the buffet and other restaurants were also amazing. We loved the oasis we rented for a day and all the amenities that were included in this. Staff members were the friendliest we have ever encountered. Members that stood out the most to us were Alan, Vanessa, Marianni, Williams, Murphy, Boni, and Sandy. We have traveled to many destinations within the U.S. Europe and other islands- this was absolutely top 3. The only thing I might complain about is the constant solicitation on the beach. It was challenging as it continued- the security did show effort to send them away though!

Food was probably the only slight disappointment. Resort was huge and amazing. Beach was beautiful. Buffet was decent, we went to the steakhouse the first night and it was amazing but the 2nd time was average which was a let down. French and Japanese were not great.

Wonderful family vacation! Will, the butler, was absolutely fantastic in meeting all of our needs! Franky(?)was great in helping give our family the right directions and towels when we were on the beach. Views on the beach were beautiful but most seats taken by early morning. Pickleball courts were great and seemed quite new. Some of the food could be better quality. All of the bread rolls could be softer, the steaks on the buffet could be less rubbery. The steak at Seaside Grille was wonderful. Bordeaux was a wonderful experience with delicious French dishes. Seaside Grille breakfast was not good. Bacon and ham were rubbery. Teppanyaki was fun but the chicken was dry and should be marinated first. The sushi rice is too soft. The desserts were fun and I appreciated the variety. The coffee was great. Waiters were great. The food at the preferred lounge should probably be more unique, they were the same as those in the Coco Cafe. The check in process took too long even with preferred lounge access. Excursion with sharks and stingrays was the best and worth the money. Pictures were good value at $18 for entire family. Excursion with water horses was generally fun but overpriced, especially the pictures. They said it would be cheap so we didn’t take many from our phones. Ended up being $30 per person which is crazy. Overall DreamsFlora is a recommended experience.

I have gone to many all inclusive resorts in different countries over the past 30 years. The Flora is definitely the top one and I’m difficult to please. What I liked was: the modern, comfortable room with a great bathroom and shower, the variety and quality of the food in the World Cafe (buffet), the many wonderful people who work there and do their utmost to help you, the modern and well equipped gym with a great personal trainer, Juan and many activities for kids e.g. water slide. It’s a smaller resort and the private stretch of beach isn’t very long. Also, for tennis players you’ll be disappointed as the courts are sand, not clay.
