I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. The food was great and the staff was amazing. Edgar is extremely friendly and has an awesome attitude! He was very attentive along with Kenya, Rene and Javier! They were all amazing!!! The resort is very clean and was not crowded at all.

This hotel and it's staff were amazing. The food and drink at all of the restaurants was exceptional. The service was nothing short of exceptional. Every single employee was kind, chatty, accommodating, and very professional. The front desk staff really bent over backwards to help us when we had to change our reservation. Kudos to the front desk manager, the concierge named Victoria, and all of the staff for helping us. The grounds were immaculately kept and the resort was super clean and easily walkable. The beach was beautiful as were the very spacious rooms. We will most definitely be back. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone celebrating as a family or with children as well.

The variety of food was great! Good restaurants, not only buffet.
A must at this resort is to have the chance to have Edgar at the Portofino restaurant as a waiter (the best waiter of the resort).
Absolutely fabulous service! He made us feel like we were friends! We went back there for breakfast EVERY morning during the week. I really recommend !

Sugar bar was amazing. Jamie, Edwin and Christian were the best bar tenders in the whole resort. Great service. Really helpful. Good advice. Always wearing a beaming smile. Made every evening a real pleasure.

Ramiro made hanging out at the Salty Reef an amazing experience. His personality made him one of the best bartenders. We enjoyed his service and company! Went out of his way to make sure we all were taken care of from the moment we walked up each night. The room service was great. The food at each of the restaurants was very good. The Spa service we received hands down was top-notch. The only negative I have about the resort is the dive options. So many local dive shops and within 10-minute dive locations, that it was ridiculous to try and send us an hr away for one of their preferred companies.
