Recently went for my son's wedding. It was over 60 of us on this trip. Several had issues with their rooms, the staff, and the food. My room was great! I had positive interactions with the staff and had a spa treatment that was amazing! I was not impressed with the food. I was surprised that you had to pay for some steaks at one of the restaurants. I travel all over the world and have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and I never had to pay for any food unless it's private dining. Overall, I enjoyed my time here but probably will not return.

I recently stayed at this resort and I had an amazing time! All of the staff are kind and very welcoming. Gladys from the spa gives the most amazing massages and Max and Samuel from the entertainment team are very funny and amazing at their jobs!
There were a lot of food options even room service until late at night if you get hungry.
We also went golfing at the golf course beside the resort my boyfriend really enjoyed it and it was super easy to get there you walk down the beach and an employee picks you up in a golf cart. It was about $116 USD per person for a round of golf.
All in all my boyfriend and I had an amazing trip.

If I could give this a ZERO I would! My wife and I booked a stay here for 6 days and 5 nights. We planned to go golfing, and paid for ocean front where we could walk on the beach and be near all the amenities. We get to the hotel, they made us fill out all our paperwork, take copies of our passport and when that was all said and done. They said their air conditioning unit was down and we wouldn’t have a room and they would move us to another Hyatt Ziva. WHY ASK US to fill out all the paperwork and a copy of our passport if you knew we couldn’t stay there. The drive to the other hotel was 1.5 hours and it’s south of Cancun where all the shopping and restaurants were at. We paid $250 to have our golf clubs shipped and we complained to the manager that this is NOT what we paid for. We also paid for transport from airport to hotel and back ahead of time. Next they said we can still go golfing there. Rent a taxi for $150 to go golfing. We had zero choices. Either take the Hyatt or find a different place. After a 10 hour trip from the US. We took the hotel. It costs us $120 to rent a taxi both ways to get back to Cancun to go shopping. Wasted $250 in luggage fees for our clubs. Wasted another $220 fees for transportation to hotel and airport. This is one of the worst experience I have ever had traveling. Absolutely the LAST TIME my family and I will ever use a Hyatt hotel. If you want garbage service, come to this place. Absolutely horrible…
AFTER ALL THIS, they wanted to sell us some dumb timeshares to their hotels. What a joke!

First time staying at this resort and my family and I were very impressed! We had looked through a few options and we’re so happy we went with Dreams Vista. The hotel is very clean and you can tell they take great effort into keeping it looking like that. The rooms were spacious, clean and nice. The food was great! The buffet had great options, the tacos were absolutely delicious and all the restaurants had a lot of great dishes as well! The beach area is not too big but we were able to find a seat every day we were there and Diana at the barracuda beach bar was extremely attentive. We always had a drink in hand thanks to her. Another spot we loved was the cafe on the lobby level, we went there numerous times and Isabel and Iris were so lovely and gave amazing service. The hospitality and guest experience at this hotel was wonderful thanks to their amazing staff. Overall we had the best time and would for sure recommend this resort to family and friends!

The room was really nice. The beach and the resort was beautiful as well. However, the room service was driving me crazy. When you call them to come pick up the dishes, they don't show. When the house keeping cleans the room, they choose to leave the dishes outside at the door.... which was left for 2 days... even when we told them to have someone to come get the dishes...
