Most amazing experience! Gorgeous resort, staff was the best of the best, loved them all as every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Rooms were impressive and the food and drinks were delicious! Gustavo was the best with his wonderful personality. Though I wouldn't suggest Walmart travel, I found this gem through their site. Though it says it's in Tulum, it isn't. All that aside, it was an incredible experience. Our room was on the top floor with our own personal pool outside the balcony that faced the ocean. Room service was fast, accurate and polite. The staff was simply amazing, and the amenities were superb. Except for having rain every day, the overall experience was outstanding. Do yourself a favor and book your next vacation here, and further spoil yourself by ordering the tomahawk through your concierge. Cheat code. Do not fly into Cozumel. You'll spend at least $100 in transportation before you ever reach the resort. Just fly into Cancun or Tulum. You'll thank me later. Trust me.

My recent stay at El Dorado Seaside Suites in Riviera Maya was a mix of highs and lows. The property itself is stunning, with lush gardens, immaculate pools, and a beautiful beachfront that truly feels like paradise. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a lovely view and all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury resort. The food was consistently good across the various restaurants, with a range of options that catered to different tastes.
The highlight of my stay was definitely the spa. The treatments were exceptional, and the serene atmosphere provided the perfect escape. It was a truly relaxing experience that I would highly recommend.
However, despite the many positives, there was one glaring issue that left a sour taste in my mouth: the difference in treatment from the staff towards different groups of people. It was disheartening to observe how certain guests received noticeably better service, more attention, and warmer hospitality compared to others. Whether it was at the restaurants, riding shuttles, or even encounters with management, this disparity was evident throughout my stay.
While I understand that different factors can influence service quality, the inconsistency here felt significant and unfair. It detracted from what could have been a flawless experience. It’s unfortunate that such a beautiful resort with so much to offer is marred by this issue.
I hope management takes note and addresses this, as it could make all the difference for future guests. Overall, while I enjoyed my time at El Dorado Seaside Suites, the uneven treatment left me hesitant to recommend the resort wholeheartedly.

One of the top hotels in Mexico! We stayed at the El Dorado Seaside Suite with oceanfront swim up suite and it was so
breathtaking . the view of the sunrise was mesmerizing and enjoy every minute of it. The staff was very attentive and the server at the Italian restaurant Anthony noticed that I did not like my main course, so he asked what I wanted. I was shocked and pleased that I got my favorite red snapper which was not even in
the menu. Thank you Anthony what an outstanding service. I like to go back to the restaurant on my next visit.

Our room didn’t have a curtain or a screen door until we asked. The room smelled musty the entire time. Food was good - at certain restaurants - but service was always frustratingly slow. The location and resort was beautiful - not many people using the beach due to build up of seaweed along the coast making it nearly inaccessible. We had a good honeymoon but wouldn’t return to this location. We were looking for a relaxing honeymoon but booked a suite on the seaside suites side (loud, screaming guests in the pool with banging music from 10-5p every day). We should have picked the palms side for a more relaxing atmosphere.
