This place was perfect for relaxation! No kids running around screaming to disturb your peace. The room service was always easy and pretty quick. Our concierge, Jorge, was the best employee in the entire resort. He made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. You’re a lucky person if he’s assigned to you! He didn’t rush us to go through the resorts sales pitch. He actually gave us two days before anything, so we had time to acclimate to the resort and chill.

Unfortunately, I would have left 5 stars because the resort is beautiful with lined cabanas and the staff was overall friendly / the food is good but one dinner really went horribly wrong. We had booked our reservation 3 days in advance for a party of 10 / birthday party. Upon arrival, they told us in order to sit together we needed the private room and to buy 2 bottles of wine.
Had they been transparent upon booking, this wouldn’t have been an issue. It’s the sneakiness and how it was handled that really irked us. Our actual server was kind- it was the hostess seating us that was the issue. I don’t like to leave bad reviews - this is actually the first bad review I’ve left on Google- but I’d like the resort to see this matter and be more transparent with hotel guests who book ahead of time for a special occasion. It’s the principle.

We stayed from 12/28/24-1/4/25. Celebrated turning 50 yrs young that week. I would definitely go back to this place! Food was amazing wherever we ate. Staff was awesome all the way around! I would prefer to have a selzer option for drinks, not really a mixed drink person but started to love the frozen kind. Rooms were a little worn but felt comfortable with them, clean. Luana and Daniel made the pool a fun place to hang out as well.

If you’re looking for a romantic, relaxing getaway this is the place! It was just the right amount of luxury, quiet, sunshine, relaxation, and fun! We loved that you could see so many specifies of fish at the beach area without having to even travel too far! We absolutely loved the beach area! Food was fantastic! Highly recommend this resort if you can look back some of the pressure to become a member and some of the staffing issues they have.

We stayed two years ago and despite booking the "More Inclusive" option this time, we had a better experience our previous stay. It was impossible to get into restaurants. While I understand the Premium guests get premium service, I would expect some of the same for More Inclusive guests. The room, grounds and beach are amazing. But we never received many of the things included with More Inclusive, and our concierge seemed more concerned with selling us a time share, which we've already went through our previous stay, than actually being a concierge. We never met our Personal Romance concierge. Our friends booked at the last minute, paid twice as much as we did and couldn't get their room. And our transportation to the airport was booked then canceled, but we were never informed and had to pay for a cab. It was very disappointing.
