Our stay at this resort in Mexico was unforgettable, but what truly made it exceptional was Benjamin! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care stood out—he treated us like family and always seemed one step ahead of what we needed. Whether it was offering recommendations, checking in to make sure we were comfortable, or just bringing a smile to our day, Benjamin made the entire visit special. The resort itself was beautiful, but Benjamin was the heart of our experience. If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend this resort—and be sure to ask for Benjamin, he’s the life of the party. He’s the reason we’ll definitely be coming back!

Just returned from an incredible stay at El Dorado Seaside Suites and I can’t say enough great things about this resort. I had a Swim-Up Pool Suite on the ground level, and it was nothing short of stunning. Waking up and stepping right into the pool from my patio was the kind of luxury that made this trip unforgettable. Every restaurant we tried served delicious, high-quality food—there wasn’t a single meal that didn’t impress. From fresh seafood to gourmet breakfasts, the culinary experience was top-notch. The daily activities were fun and well-organized, offering a perfect balance between relaxation and entertainment. Whether it was tequila tastings, beach volleyball, or live music, there was always something going on. Now, I’ll be honest—the seaweed smell along the beach was a bit overwhelming. But I have to give huge credit to the resort staff who worked tirelessly to clear it out each day. Their effort and commitment to maintaining a beautiful environment didn’t go unnoticed. All in all, this was a 5-star experience. If you’re looking for a blend of relaxation, fun, and gourmet indulgence in a beautiful setting, El Dorado Seaside Suites is absolutely worth it. I’m already dreaming about my next visit!

The best part of this resort is hands down the people. The staff were very kind and helpful. Diego and Fran (concierge and check in staff) and the two who were over the pool entertainment (I forgot their names) were amazing! The spa is great and the grounds were really nice overall. Food and drinks were also great. The rooms could use some updating (which they were actively doing during our visit so that was nice to see).

This resort is gorgeous on its own—the beach, the food, the vibes—but Benjamin is what made our trip one we’ll never forget. 🌊☀️ He turned an already beautiful vacation into something truly special with his kindness, attention, and energy. Every interaction with him made us feel like VIPs, and he brought so much joy to our stay. 💙 Without a doubt, Benjamin is the reason we’ll be returning here again!

I visited this resort with my sister in July 2025. We had an amazing time! The staff was great, specifically Luis and Andrea. They made the activities so fun. Andrea is a fantastic yoga instructor! Although, the room was clean and nice, it could use updating and painting. Also, we were promised a $150 credit for attending a program about becoming a member. We did not receive this credit.
