We really enjoyed our time at El Dorado Seaside Suites! We stayed in the rooms with the swim out balconies and they were modern, well kept, and huge! The property is large and while there are shuttles available, we preferred to walk almost everywhere, taking in the views, enjoying the gorgeous plants and landscaping, and watching for wildlife.
One of the things I ended up loving the most was the beach. The water is shallow and the wave breaks allow you to enjoy hanging out in (relatively) calm and clear water. In some other resorts I’ve stayed at, you can’t really enjoy the ocean much because the waves are very strong and you spend most of your time fighting them. At this resort, we spent a lot of time snorkeling (we brought our own equipment) and just hanging out in the water watching for fish.
The entire staff was wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, and we felt very welcomed. I can’t say enough good things about the resort and I’ve already recommended it to several people.

The best resort we’ve ever stayed at! The staff were awesome! The entertainers and bartenders were so fun! (Benjamin, Luana, Antonio & Luis). Daniel was our main room service guy & loved watching him set up our food. The food was absolutely wonderful. The grounds were very well kept. We will definitely be back! :)

Our overall experience was very positive. We stayed on the sixth floor of the seaside suites. The view was amazing, the housekeeping and room service was spot on. And perhaps what sticks out the most was how nice all of the staff was, and I mean all the staff. From concierge’s to housekeeping, to shuttle bus drivers, wait staff, construction workers, grounds keepers, spa staff. The combination of the two resorts Seaside suites, and The Palms, created a great balance of “party” and “laid back” atmosphere. With the Palms being the laid back side with the best address to the beaches and inside and outside food choices. The main pool at the Dorado seaside suites is very fun, and the party side of the resort. A short 5-10 minute walk gets you to the Palms side. Shuttle service is constantly making their rounds, And very accommodating.

We had a great time celebrating our friends 50th birthday last week. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until our last day. We do a tropical trip every year and we would 100% return to this resort if a good deal comes up again. The property is beautiful, easy to get around (by foot or cart), food was really good, staff was great!

This place was perfect for relaxation! No kids running around screaming to disturb your peace. The room service was always easy and pretty quick. Our concierge, Jorge, was the best employee in the entire resort. He made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. You’re a lucky person if he’s assigned to you! He didn’t rush us to go through the resorts sales pitch. He actually gave us two days before anything, so we had time to acclimate to the resort and chill.
