Great first trip here. Service is outstanding with everyone of the staff making sure you are enjoying yourself. Special call out to Fernanda the Excellence Club beach concierge. She made sure we had everything we could have wanted, but also took time to sit with my wife and I to give us some restaurant recommendations as well as what dishes were her favorites. Each day we went back to the beach she asked what we did the evening prior and just made sure everything was perfect. It really made our trip feel special. Everyone at the resort went that extra mile. We will definitely be back.

What a beautiful resort with everything you need. The rooms had huge, comfortable beds and were cleaned twice per day. The restaurants were all fantastic. The best food I have ever had at an all inclusive resort.
Service was spot on, especially Lucy who served us at the beach. She works so hard carrying drinks and food all day and always does it with a smile. She made our trip even more special. Thank you, Lucy ♥️

During our stay at Excellence Resort, we had the absolute pleasure of meeting Josue who went above and beyond to make our experience truly unforgettable. His kindness and attentiveness were unmatched, ensuring that every detail of our comfort was taken care of. Even though it wasn’t his duty, he graciously brought us drinks when he noticed the waitress was busy, making sure we never had to wait. He also made sure we had fresh towels and the perfect sunlit chairs, always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. His wonderful personality, warm smile, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression, and we are so grateful for the exceptional service he provided. Excellence Playa Mujeres was absolutely phenomenal. It is literally in the name, to the service up to our view of our room, it was just beautiful. Oscar, Cesar, and Josue were so attentive and pleasant to work with. They made our stay absolutely wonderful. We were so lucky and grateful to have met these three individuals. This place is AMAZING! This is our first trip to Mexico and I could not be more happy with the excellent service and environment of this place. The food is good, there is plenty of different restaurants to choose from, coffee is delicious! Pools are clean and well kept. The rooms are nice, the cleaning crew is amazing, they come twice a day! The drinks are good but Cesar, a bartender at the martini bar is AMAZING!! He makes the BEST drinks ever and awesome customer service!
