I had such a great experience at the Excellence Playa Mujeres. The views and pools are beautiful and the food and drinks are great but I think what sets this place above the rest is the customer service. The staff are so incredibly friendly and kind. I want to give a special shout out to Josue with the Excellence Club concierge for making our beach day perfect and comfortable and Angel for waiting on us and making sure we were well fed and hydrated the whole time. Naomi and Jesus were wonderful as well and a pleasure to get to know. We are already looking forward to our next trip here! Thanks to all for a very pleasant stay

Excellence Playa Mujeres is a must visit resort in Cancun Mexico. It brings forth a good luxurious lifestyle for the people in it. The fun events are well planned and have good variety. The bartenders have amazing skills & are great communicators. Each restaurant is unique. BEST PART: Every restaurant has its own take on vegan food which is very important in current market. This vegan food tastes good and is presented well. This is a huge edge.
Special Mention: Enrique and Laura from agave stepped up on the luxury service & truly brought about the brand of Excellence Playa Mujeres. They made the effort to make every dine in experience memorable. They would remember our choices & do the extra work for us. I was attached by this definitely.

This was the perfect baby moon location! Excellent food, fun activities, and amazing service. Juan was our server at breakfast in the kitchen table at agave and he was the most cheerful and attentive server I have aver had. Naomi taught us some crafts and organized volleyball and she was simply amazing. After serval days she still remembered both my name and my wife’s name. Finally, Josue was the most attentive and kind individual while we were at the cabanas. Simply the best resort and the best people here!!!

Best first night and best first impression. Every detail and every employee makes this visit special. Will update by the end of the trip but definitely expect nothing less by then.
Update: Our last day and will definitely be booking another vacation here soon. Our experience was overall noting less than excellent. But thanks to two exceptional employees, Josue and Carlos Alberto, our stay was made unforgettable. From their attention to detail, to their above and beyond hospitality. We honeymooned here over a decade ago, and let me tell you, this place is still a slice of paradise! While some things have evolved, the heart and soul of this sanctuary remain unchanged—pure bliss and tranquility for adults looking to unwind and escape the daily grind. The food? Delicious! But and the service is absolutely top notch. The desert menu could use some inspiration but you can't have it all 😂. We loved the genuine all-inclusive experience, especially the incredible 24-hour room service—talk about a game changer! And if you're in the mood for a little pampering, splurge on the spa; it’s an experience you won’t soon forget. Trust us, you’ll thank yourself later! 😁✨
