I loved this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile.
The facilities are top-notch. I loved the view of the ocean from my room. The all inclusive food was very tasty and they had plenty of liquor in the room to add joy to the experience! 😃
I loved the jacuzzi at night and the ocean waves were very therapeutic. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a luxurious vacation. I would definitely recommend Excellence Playa Mujeres!

I had such a great experience at the Excellence Playa Mujeres. The views and pools are beautiful and the food and drinks are great but I think what sets this place above the rest is the customer service. The staff are so incredibly friendly and kind. I want to give a special shout out to Josue with the Excellence Club concierge for making our beach day perfect and comfortable and Angel for waiting on us and making sure we were well fed and hydrated the whole time. Naomi and Jesus were wonderful as well and a pleasure to get to know. We are already looking forward to our next trip here! Thanks to all for a very pleasant stay

We have traveled to several all inclusive resorts in Mexico over the years, and we haven't found one that we both would agree to return to until now. No wonder so many people we've met here are repeat visitors. The service is wonderful. If you ask for something, their response is always "why not?" The rooms are great and spacious, the beach is beautiful, the pools are relaxing, drinks are flowing and the food... The food is actually really good for an all inclusive! We were so pleasantly surprised how good the majority of the food was! We are food snobs from Los Angeles, which has an amazing international food scene, especially Mexican food, so impressing us is not easy! We would 100% return to this resort specifically and are already planning our next year's relaxing vacation.

Our stay at Excellence Play Mujeres was extraordinary! The food was amazing, the ambience was fun yet relaxing, and the amenities were everything you could want and then some. However the best part of the resort were the employees! We were treated so well by everyone who worked at the resort. They all were so welcoming and happy, they made everyday better than the last. Some stand outs for us were our waiter at Magna and Oregano Alan. He was so much fun and kept us laughing every time we saw him. Plus his service was exceptional. At the club beach Cesar, Alberto and Lucy amazing. They kept us comfortable and happy and were incredibly attentive. We went back to their section everyday for a reason! Saving the best for last we have to mention the hilarious Alphonso! He is the tennis pro at Excellence and is the funniest person you will meet. He made tennis and pickle ball so much fun. We went to see him everyday just to experience the joy he radiated. I really wish I could remember the name of everyone who helped us because every person was truly top tier. We are so grateful to the employees for making our vacation better than we could have ever expected!
