My wife and I had and awesome 7 days at Excellence PC. The resort was beautiful, but the best part by far was the staff. Prelude was our go-to bar for poolside drinks. Marcial and his team did an amazing job throughout the day keeping our glasses full and showing us a good time. Agua Dominicana con limón is the only thing I drank all week, and they kept getting better and better. We’re headed home for a few days, but we’ll be back as soon as possible! Maybe Monday. We also loved the Martini Bar near the lobby. The espresso martinis were crazy good and we went back every single night. I’ve got a long list of people that made our stay incredible… Daniel aka Chocolat, Jose aka Mr. Blade, Ezekiel, Ramon, Luis, Ignacio, Marcial, Ronny, Nicolas, Alejandra, Deiby, Josesito, Michael, and so many more. The coffee shop was fantastic as well, Yordania and Virginia hooked us up every day! We had an awesome time and we’ll be back real soon. 10/10. On our way out of the resort, Yoser was fantastic, helping us check out and find our ride!

We came here for my mother's 75th birthday and it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, you could feel a weight lift off. Everyone was super friendly and nice which helped customers get into a relaxing mindset. The food was pretty good, not quite great. I did get sick from one dish but I let the hostess and our Club agent know so hopefully they work to remedy the issue. We didn't get to every restaurant but from those we visited, I would have to say my favorite were the lamb chops at Magna. We also loved the birthday game my mom received, one of the best I've had to date! Our activity person, Maria (Nicki Minaj), was amazing! She helped everyone learn how to do the activity quickly and her interactions with people really brightened everyone's day. She also had us laughing the whole time each time. The only thing that had us puzzled was the young lady in the Michael Jackson show...she didn't really fit in. Maybe another male dancer or a better, more engaged female dancer and not on the songs they had her on. It was weird and she didn't add anything to the show. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Excellence and all the people we met. This was my second time visiting Punta Cana and if I come back, I'd definitely stay here again.

All in all a very nice resort. It is laid out well and is not to far of a walk to get anywhere on the grounds. Erica at the SOL bar was exceptional with our drinks pool side each day we were there. She was right at your side just as your finishing your drink ready to fill it for the next round. Spectacular views anywhere on the grounds and great nightlife with very interesting entertainment each night. All in all quite enjoyable and would recommend the place to anyone coming to the DR

Upon entering Excellence Punta Cana, we were greeted by a receptionist that provided us a cold towel, while taking our bags, and directing us to the front desk. The view of the the ocean was visible, at this point, and it was incredible! After checking in with the hotel receptionist, we were immediately upgraded from a garden view location to a private pool location view, at no additional charge. We were only asked to rate the reception at a secure Excellence website. Needless to say, the receptionist was very helpful and provided us a great deal of information. The service at this hotel was amazing. The food was spectacular, and everyone that worked at the hotel, we had interactions with, were very friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to be around. The housekeeping staff did an incredible job and they were always done by the time we returned in the afternoon, before leaving again. We have been to Punta Cana, on several occasions, for vacation and stayed at many different resorts. This, by far, was the most comfortable, enjoyable, relaxing, and beautiful! The entertainment provided at night was also quite spectacular. Finally, the views of the ocean from the situated shaded seating/resting areas were almost unreal. We would highly recommend the excellence experience to anyone. I know I will be returning there again soon.

Excellent resort overall. The multiple restaurants ensure that you are never wanting for something different to eat! I would highly recommend Excellence Club for the 2 additional pools and private beach! Jon Carlos is the best server out there! The resort is fun, safe and fairly laid back - that being said, I would not recommend it if you are looking for night clubs and late nights. It is very chill and a great place to relax with your SO, or close friends.
