Great experience and would recommend to others. Beach was perfect, clean, rolling waves and a steady breeze. Super relaxing atmosphere and tropical vibes at the resort. Fitness center is great.Dining was generally good but there are areas of improvement. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and nice. Miguel Angel had excellent customer service as well as nearly all staff members.

This resort is top notch!! The resort workers are phenomenal! We had a few drinks mix up at multiple bars at this resort but we found one who was exceptional, his name was Juan! We love our Mango Tango blended drinks! The rooms are beautiful, we had a terrace rooftop room with our own pool.. the beach is great! Sand is smooth ad can be! Water warm, waves get a little crazy at times but had fun! We have stayed at other 5 star resorts and this one is def top on our list.. will plan to return in the future! Food was good as well.

Amazing experience at the Excellence Punta Cana. The staff was very welcoming, the facilities very clean and well kept. The excellence club beach service was great. Special shout out to Wilson and Albert at the Palms bar. Their service was 10/10. Overall, we are very happy we chose this resort for an all inclusive tropical vacation

Excellence Punta Cana was the amazing getaway that we needed so badly. The excellence club upgrade is well worth it for the extra access you have to another restaurant, lounge, and premier access to a nicer beach section and 2 extra lovely pools. On top of these amenities, the place is immaculately clean, free of any pests, and has amazing views. The staff is so friendly and attentive, but special shout outs to Nayeli who attended to our every need at the pool and Gustavo who makes an amazing drink and was a pleasure to converse with. We'll definitely return.

Very enjoyable all-inclusive with great attention to service. The Excellence Club upgrade adds some additional amenities. The food is good, sometimes very good and the bar selection should please everyone. The one big disappointment is for wine lovers. Sadly, even at the Excellence Club the all-inclusive wine is limited and highly and mediocre at best (by that I mean a bottle you can buy for $6 in the US). So wine lovers, you'll have to switch to tropical drinks unless you want to buy $10 bottles of wine for $75!!
