Great time at the resort! Lots of wonderful experiences. Lorena was a great host at the brass Steakhouse! She Took care of everything, every little detail to make our celebration exceptional. :) Fernanda was an excellent bike tour guide as well! She Safely guided us to various picturesque locations off the property! Great time overall at every part of the resort. Highly recommend!

My wife and I brought our 3 year old and had an incredible time. We spent a lot of time at the “kids club”, both with our kid at the epic water park, and also leaving him to stay with the staff. They were absolutely fantastic and our son loved staying with them, especially Cristina, Ariana, Carolina, Pamela, falcon, and Catherine, for fun things like face painting, games , crafts, etc.
The resort otherwise is great. Most food is good, some is outstanding. Pools, etc are clean and nice. Very nice beach front.
Would highly recommend for families , especially with smaller kids

Luisa at the Surf and Turf restaurant is amazing, we enjoyed her hospitality and her warm welcoming smile. She is very gracious, attentive and made our experience one in a million. We highly recommend her for the employee customer service award. She will go very far within the Finest Company and we would not be surprised to see her in a promoted role on our next visit.
Antonio at the Surf and Turf restaurant is truly a remarkable person. He is so welcoming, hardworking and is eager to ensure each guest have an amazing experience. He truly made our anniversary dinner special beyond expectations. The memories we have made on this trip is priceless and it’s due to employees like Antonio and not to forget the amazing staff at this restaurant.

We had an excellent time at the Brass restaurant. Leo and Henry did a fabulous job serving our party of 23. We decided to celebrate our son’s 23rd birthday at the last minute and Munther helped us put the dinner party together. What a pleasant surprise when we showed up to find balloons and decorations on the table. This restaurant is a must to visit. Excellent customer service and the food was also very good. Thank you for making our 1st day great start to our vacation!

Great experience at the hotel. They went above and beyond for our family- when we said we would have a baby with us, they had the room ready with baby bottle warmer, sterilizer, and monitor.
Food is also great. Every restaurant has wonderful servers who are extremely accommodating. Example, at Tinto and Tapas, server was Ricardo and he patiently explained the menu to us as we haven't had Spanish food before. Alejandro at Marketplace helped us check for ingredients that my husband is allergic to.
Wonderful vacation overall!
