This was our second stay at Finest and it exceeded our first, which was also a fabulous time. Our room had a gorgeous view of the beach and golf course. We travel often and this is by far the most accommodating to our young children…cribs, baby tubs, monitors all provided. They even offered us baby food for each meal. They are exceptionally accommodating to our family’s gluten, shrimp, and dairy allergies to the extent of changing the fryer oil for my husband for his order. We loved eating at Shoji two nights during our stay - the salmon was perfect and Linda was there to greet us both nights - she showered our family in love and was so welcoming. Luis was also a fabulous waiter. Charlie at the Gusto restaurant remembered us from last year and was so kind to us. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

Our experience at Finest was truly delightful thanks to the incredible staff. We dined twice at Brass - Edwin made our experience so special and was the perfect level of friendly and efficient. The food is excellent and it was our favourite restaurant at Finest. Special mention also to Lorena, who made us feel welcome and special. We later enjoyed greatly the show compered by hector - such a character and a huge benefit to the resort. Later we enjoyed food prepared by Domenica at the Food Truck. What a wonderful night! Carolina at the kids club remembered our daughter by name and was so good at her job. I really recommend this resort thanks to the staff!

One of the standout features of my stay at the Finest Club Playa Mujeres was the exceptional beach service in the beach club area. Pita and Eduardo always assisted us getting settled into our private loungers. We were always greeted with genuine warmth and attention. Even with our young 18 month old son they made an effort to remember his name and make him smile!
Victor and Isabell were incredibly attentive without being overbearing as our wait staff. They made sure to check in regularly, offering refreshing drinks and food service. They were spot on with how quickly food and drinks arrived.
The attentiveness, the quality of service, and the overall hospitality were top-notch, making it one of the best beach experiences I’ve had at a resort.

We had a wonderful family vacation! It was our first time at a Finest resort, but have stayed at other Excellence resorts and have always loved our experience. The service is unmatched and everyone is so kind. We spent most of our time on the Finest Club beach - Eduardo, Ricardo and the whole beach staff were so helpful and attentive. We had a two story room with a rooftop plunge pool. The additional space was great for our family to hang out. My only feedback for the room is that the rooftop needs lights and the private plunge pool was a little grimy. We often wanted to play games on the roof at night, but it was always way too dark. The restaurants were pretty good with lots of variety, but because of all of the multi family / large parties, there were often long waits for dinner, which was unlike our experiences at the adults only Excellence resorts. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable vacation and would highly recommend the resort!

Tonight’s Michael Jackson Tribute Show at the resort was nothing short of spectacular, and while the King of Pop’s legacy was alive and well on stage, the real star behind the experience was Hector, our phenomenal host!
From the very beginning, Hector’s charisma, energy, and infectious enthusiasm set the tone for an unforgettable night. He had the crowd laughing, cheering, and completely engaged before the first note even played. His ability to build anticipation and connect with the audience made it clear that this wasn’t just another show—it was an event.
And let’s not forget his impeccable timing. He seamlessly guided the show from one thrilling moment to the next, ensuring the night flowed flawlessly. Whether it was introducing jaw-dropping performances, leading a spontaneous dance-off in the audience, or making us laugh with his perfectly placed jokes, Hector owned the stage in his own unique way.
By the end of the night, it was clear—a great show needs a great host, and Hector was exactly that. His passion, professionalism, and ability to keep the energy soaring made the entire evening truly unforgettable.
If you’re lucky enough to have Hector as your host, you’re in for a night of pure entertainment, nonstop fun, and memories that will last long after the final curtain call. Bravo, Hector!
