Our stay at the Four Seasons Orlando was simply amazing! The entire place is beautiful, and we loved every minute of it. On top of that, I was greeted with a stunning bouquet from Lu & Fleur that truly made my day. 🤩🥰 The flowers were incredible and added such a special touch to our visit. Everything—from the hotel to the flowers—was top-tier, and Orlando was just perfect. Can’t wait to return!

One of the most amazing hotels I've ever been to. The rooms were so clean not a single hair was found..... Management was really nice and even upgraded us on my third stay.... I am happy to return to this place even though it's a bit on the pricier side because you're also getting a waterpark included....

Our stay at Four Seasons Orlando was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Every single team member we encountered went above and beyond with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The concierge team was fantastic—even before we arrived, they handled reservations, transportation, and any concerns we had with ease through text message. The bartenders at Copa were wonderful, our waiter Adam made dining such a pleasure, and the front desk team—especially Cameron and Vincent—were outstanding. From the bellmen to the pool staff, every single person we interacted with made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The attention to detail, the thoughtful touches, and the consistency of world-class service throughout the resort truly set this property apart. It’s rare to find a place where everyone is so dedicated to creating an unforgettable experience, but Four Seasons Orlando exceeded all expectations. I have had the best experience here. I am an Amex platinum customer as well, and I have added the benefits on to my stay. They went above and beyond, especially Cameron the manager at the front desk- he was so so so helpful and kind. I love this hotel and I will no longer stay anywhere else again! The Michelin restaurant on the rooftop is exceptional and the best food I have had in a very long time. Thank you all at the four reasons for making my time here so exceptional!!!

Reservations don’t mean anything we arrived on time and were required to go to dining parking lot which made us a little late but they were not ready for us as the people on the table were not done yet so they said we would have to wait as the party at our table had been there 1.5 hours. Very poor scheduling system. The wait ended up being only 25 minutes but upon entering the restaurant I noticed that the restaurant was only half full and by the end of our dinner those same empty tables were still empty. I guess I worked in the restaurant business too long to think that is acceptable. On a positive note the sever was attentive and accommodating as we had 2 toddlers. Food was very good and surprisingly inexpensive.
