What an amazing hotel this is! We flew in for the week to take the kids to Disney. We were a little worried that it wouldn’t be kid friendly enough, but let me tell you, were we wrong. The lazy river, splash pad, water slides and character breakfast were such a hit for the kids! The staffs attention to detail, friendliness and promptness was unmatched. The two restaurants on property were phenomenal. The grounds were immaculate. Our only regret is that we had planned to switch to a different Disney resort for the second half of our stay. I can assure you, you will not find any hotel comparable to this resort. We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely magical. I stayed here for a wedding at Golden Oak, and everything exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding, and the adult pool provided a peaceful, relaxing retreat. The spa massages were incredible, offering the perfect way to unwind. The cleaning service was fantastic. The highlight of my stay was the overall experience—it's moments like these that make you truly appreciate the beautiful things life has to offer. I also had a great time at the lobby bar, where Adrian was an amazing server, and the burger there was the best I've ever had. This is a memory I will cherish forever.

I came here for the wonderful St. Jude’s gala and fell in love with this hotel. From the very beginning with the valet to the staff running the event, to even the concierge working one of the front desks, everyone was very kind and did everything with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning chandeliers & locations for lots of photos and memories. The staff working the event was with the hotel, and they made the whole night seamless and as wonderful as it was. The gala was very long and I came to rest in the lobby while I waited for my car, and the concierge came over to ask if I needed anything and brought over water. Such a sweet and thoughtful touch to a wonderful evening.
