I rated my vacation 4 stars because the food could have been better, but overall, the experience was fantastic, thanks to the exceptional service we received. Emmanuel and Luis, our butlers, were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We traveled with a group of over 30 people, including kids, and they went above and beyond to make our experience seamless. From booking dinner reservations to guiding us on kid-friendly activities, they made the trip truly special for our little ones.
We also had an amazing experience at the Family Selection pool, where Javier provided top-notch service. He was always attentive, proactive, and ensured we had everything we needed. Carlos from the Lobby was another standout—his warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
Despite the food not meeting expectations, the exceptional service from the staff made up for it.

Wow what a hotel! This place is incredible. Food, service, grounds are 10 out of 10, best I’ve experienced in the world.
The staff are making our experience so wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble, they have gone out of their way for us, we have celebrated 2 birthdays here and table staff have made them feel so special with cakes and singing 🥰 Randi and Victoria at breakfast are so sweet.
Ernesto and Fanny have helped us with booking meals and given us so much helpful information with such kindness.
Would recommend this hotel without a doubt.

The bartenders Karla and Daniel at the bar nearby the pool ”White Sand” are absolutely fantastic! They are incredibly friendly, always welcoming guests with a warm smile. Their cocktails are not only delicious but also crafted with great attention to detail. They go above and beyond to make each guest’s experience special, creating a wonderful atmosphere that enhances the vacation.

Asuncion, our waiter at AdeLita restaurant was a pure delight. He made wonderful suggestions for our meal and we truly enjoyed every single bite. Thank you for treating us like we were your favourite customers, and the “Mexican water” was a fun touch to end our meal!
I needed help today as the airline we flew with damaged our suitcase. I was in dire need of a screwdriver in order to remove the damaged part. This is not something that I carry when we travel and I was not sure where I could find one. I have the concierge desk a try and they went above and beyond by contacting maintenance who delivered a screwdriver right to me. All fixed and ready for the trip home. A big thank you to Ernesto and Raphael at concierge desk for the great service.

This trip was for a wedding. I’ve lived in Tulum, Playa Del Carmen, and went to a few weddings at resorts in the Yucatan.
This was the worst of them. Resort is too big so you depend on golf carts to get around except they’re very hard to find so good luck.
The food was subpar and I never got on their schedule so everything was always closed and had to wait 30 minutes to get a golf cart and find another spot.
Room service was basically nonexistent. Whenever you needed the room service it was either not available or took the next day to get it.
The rooms were very nice, well maintained, and clean.
