Five stars isn’t enough for Johan. He is hands down the highlight of our poolside experience at the resort. From the moment we settled in, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, cared for, and always had exactly what we needed. Johan has the kind of energy that makes a vacation feel even more relaxing. He is warm, kind, incredibly attentive, and somehow always remembers our order without us having to say a word. It’s like he reads minds. Not once were we left waiting or wondering where he was. He always showed up with perfect timing and a big smile. What really sets Johan apart is his personality. He is easy to talk to, full of great conversation, and genuinely makes the poolside feel like the best spot at the resort. His care and attention never felt forced, just natural, thoughtful hospitality at its best. Thank you Johan for your amazing service. You made our stay something we’ll never forget.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, and the view was amazing (ocean view). What elevated the evening to an unforgettable level, was the service provided by Rogelio. He demonstrated what true hospitality should be: kind, friendly, and attentive. His ability to engage in genuine, enjoyable conversation added such a personal touch to our experience. Beyond that, his food recommendations were right on point. It’s rare to encounter someone who can blend professionalism with such warmth and familiarity, making the entire dining experience flow seamlessly.

Mario is the best - we have had him as a waiter at multiple restaurants. Pedro, Dianna and Alejandra in the Veranda buffet are amazing too, Edgar from the Cafe is wonderful. Service is wonderful, every staff member here has been amazing, and will always greet you pleasantly. The food is incredible, and the resort is maintained impeccably. We are excited to return, and have nothing but the best things to say about the resort, the food, and the kind staff.

I recently returned from an amazing vacation, and I just had to share how wonderful the experience was—especially at the main pool. The resort itself was beautiful, relaxing, and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from the pool bar staff, particularly Roberto. Roberto, who worked at the pool bar at the main pool, went above and beyond every day to make sure guests were comfortable and taken care of. He was always friendly, professional, and attentive—greeting everyone with a warm smile and a great attitude. Whether it was mixing up refreshing drinks, remembering guests’ favorite orders, or simply checking in to make sure everyone was happy, Roberto made a lasting impression. His customer service was top-notch and genuinely made our pool days even more enjoyable. It’s not often you come across staff who make you feel so welcome and valued, but Roberto truly did. He’s a big part of why our vacation felt so special, and I hope the resort recognizes what a great team member they have in him.

Stayed at the Adults only tower. The room was clean, spacious and the view was amazing. Service at the restaurants and bars were also very good. The food could be better (hence the 4 stars) but the Lounge and Steakhouse (extra $$) were on point! The Reef bar was amazing and Tina, Gilberto, and rest of staff there was extremely nice and attentive. My butler, Alejandro, was also great and helped with reservations and anything I needed.
