Our stay was nothing short of incredible, from the warm welcome that started at security to the seamless and professional check-in at reception. The food and drinks were superb. All round facilities were great, especially
suited for families. Attention to detail in all aspects of the resort was top notch.
The resort is surrounded by natural beauty and such a relaxing and tranquil environment.

Spacious room with balcony and wonderful views of the ocean.
Service was excellent. Care was taken to make us comfortable, feel at home and to assist us with restaurant bookings and other requirements.
Le Telfair is in a quiet location with everything we needed on site for a wonderful relaxing holiday and great golf. The gourmet bliss package is good value with everything we could wish for to eat and drink.
The dining is exceptional. The variety of cuisine and beautiful locations are top quality. We thoroughly enjoyed eating at all of the restaurants.

Our experience at Heritage Le Telfair was really great. Firstly the warm welcoming and gentle assistance from Melvin's side during all these days gave us home feeling and it was really very important for overall comfort.
General service in the restaurants and bars, at water sports, at spa was really on the highest level.
Housekeeping team was also doing good.
Hotel is very green, staff is smiling and warm welcoming, so you can fully enjoy ocean, beach, sunbathing, relaxing while they are taking care of everything.

Beautiful resort and beautiful location with beautiful rooms. Service was mostly very good although a little patchy at times. Some staff were exceptional. Could have done with more live music and the entertainment finishing later.

A very disappointing stay at Heritage Le Telfair. Colonial feel of the resort is beautiful and adult pool was very peaceful and tranquil.
Service however was very dissapointing. Definitely not the service expected from a supposed 5 star resort. Staff are not friendly and many did not even understand English which is shocking for a tourist destination. On more than one occasion I had to get up and get my own knife and fork at breakfast as no waiters were available. Ordered a drink at the adult pool and over an hour later saw the waiter I ordered from wandering aimlessly around and my drink was nowhere to be found. Service in Annabella restaurant was very slow and we overheard a number of other guests complaining about the general service at Telfair.
Rooms need to be upgraded as they look a bit outdated and housekeeping was very inefficient. Had to complain a number of times to our butler who eventually complained to management. So even staff members were complaining about their fellow staff members. The bed in my sons room collapsed and had to be replaced with a whole new bed.
A real pity because the resort has a lot of potential and I had a lovely experience at the spa. But sadly I will not be back to this resort as you definitely do not get what you pay for!
