I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heritage The Villas in Mauritius from March 30th to April 4th, 2025, and I can confidently say it was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. Nestled in the pristine beauty of Bel Ombre on the island’s unspoiled southern coast, this luxurious retreat exceeded every expectation I had, blending the privacy of a villa with the top-tier amenities of a five-star resort. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality set the tone for our stay. The villa itself was a masterpiece—spacious, impeccably designed, and equipped with everything we needed, including a stunning private infinity pool that overlooked the lush tropical gardens and distant views of the Indian Ocean. The interiors were modern yet cozy, offering the perfect balance of luxury and comfort, while the outdoor area, complete with a gazebo and BBQ space, made it feel like a true home away from home. What truly elevated our stay, however, was the exceptional service, particularly from Adarsh and, Pritesh. Their attentiveness, positivity, and genuine care made all the difference. Whether they were arranging a seamless golf cart ride to the C Beach Club, ensuring our villa was spotless, or checking in to see if we needed anything, Adarsh and Pritesh went above and beyond with a smiles that were infectious. Their dedication to making our stay perfect was evident in every interaction, and he truly embodied the spirit of Mauritian hospitality. The access to the nearby Heritage Golf Course and the two five-star resorts—Heritage Awali and Le Telfair—was a fantastic bonus. We enjoyed delicious meals at the C Beach Club, lounged by the ocean, and even indulged in a spa day that left us completely rejuvenated. The natural surroundings, from the Frederica Nature Reserve to the serene beaches, added a layer of tranquility to the experience that’s hard to put into words. Every detail of our stay at Heritage The Villas was flawless, but it was Adarsh’s outstanding service and hospitality that made it truly memorable. My family and I are already dreaming of our next visit, and I’d recommend this paradise to anyone seeking a luxurious, peaceful escape in Mauritius. Five stars aren’t enough—thank you, Adarsh, Pritesh, and the entire team, for an incredible week!

Booked a villa for a week for our honeymoon. Honestly could not fault anything, everything was incredible. The villa was beautiful and spotless clean. 2 bedrooms, en suites, pool with poolside BBQ grill and loungers and sofas and tables with chairs, outside showers. Fully equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine and drier. Each villa gets their own golf buggy to drive around the resort and golf courses (this was great). The resort: had half board options at 2 restaurants but we tried most of the other 12 or 13 on the resort. The beach was beautiful and huge, lots of sun beds/restaurants/palm trees. The spa was brilliant and had lots of offers. Food: As mentioned, excellent restaurants everywhere. Most importantly they catered for my allergies perfectly; every menu at every restaurant was clearly labelled with allergy info on each dish. All food was also halal according to the resort (apart from the pork products of course) Staff: We could not have wished for more helpful and kind staff at the resort. They were on hand 24/7 to answer any queries + helped a great deal giving advice regarding things to do in Mauritius. Overall: 10/10. Big thanks to all the staff at Heritage the Villas, as well as at Heritage Awali and Telfair. Big thank you in particular to Adarsh who was the main staff member assisting us.

The Guest relation team was very helpful- Adarsh and Pritesh. A nice villa with a stunning sea view. The villa was fully equipped. Bath amenities and kitchen amenities were provided upon arrival. All facilities were available at the villa. We have enjoyed driving the club car from the villa to the outlets and other facilities on the Domaine. The Shuttle van to the C beach restaurant was a nice ride specially at night. The Driver was very courteous-Naweed. Housekeeping services is provided during the stay.

We love the resort, amazing staff everything is oriented. Positive items: Great welcoming staff, Variety of facility/activities to do: Cycling, tennis, golf, snorkeling, kit surf, quad, hiking,… Issues: 1- The best Dinner restaurants were fully booked!! Which is disappointing really as didn’t have the chance to try them. 2- No diving center their 3- we didn’t like C beach club restaurant morning staff 4- No Arabic Shower 5- we don’t like Savana restaurant (we went their because it was the only one available for dinner)
