⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️½ We had such a wonderful stay at the Hilton All-Inclusive Resort in Tulum! The staff and customer service were truly five-star — everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and we loved how much there was to do each day. From kayaking and beach volleyball to relaxing by the water (and the unlimited ice cream!), there was always something fun and relaxing to enjoy. If I could give half stars, I’d say 4.5 — the only small downside for us was that the food didn’t quite meet the same high standard as everything else. But overall, the experience was amazing, and we’re so grateful for our stay. I’d definitely recommend it for the incredible service, activities, and overall atmosphere!

We stayed at this resort for a week in late September. Pros: Hotel was opened in 2022, room is clean, modern and spacious with high ceiling. Beautiful property. Cons: Although there is white sand beach, it appears artificial as coastline is rugged with rocks, no smooth transition getting into water other than two tiny "entrances" in the main beach area. Neutral: Food in 4 restaurants is ok, outside seating was unpleasant for two nights due to mosquitos; buffet isn't good and closes at 5pm. Cocktails are good. Most staff are friendly. Seaweed isn't that bad during our stay (late September), no issues to swim in the ocean. Quality of night entertainment is poor. Kids play pool area was closed for maintenance during our stay, we don't have kid with us for this trip so that's fine. Hotel offers a bike tour twice a day weather permitting. I was on a 4pm tour one day with only one guest (myself!), the tour guide Ivan was fantastic! Although the short tour is within the resort, he provided lots of culture background, history and stories in the area; his knowledge of the area made this small ride so much more meaningful. Ivan sure turned a simple bike ride into a small memorable adventure!

My overall experience was great—the atmosphere was amazing and the customer service was excellent. Everyone was super attentive and very knowledgeable. The late-night room service was always fresh and delicious! My only complaint is the location. The resort is about an hour from Tulum Airport and an hour and a half from Cancun Airport, and there’s no shuttle service provided. I had to arrange my own transportation and paid $90 (for a one way)from Tulum Airport to the resort. Tulum doesn’t not have uber services !!!

We had a great stay at the resort. We booked Enclave rooms, and I’m so glad we did. The main pools would get pretty busy and loud during the day, so being able to go to the enclave pool was really relaxing. It felt like a private pool a lot of the time! Isaac at the enclave pool was super helpful and attentive, and we loved seeing him there every day. We also really enjoyed being able to go to the enclave lounge if the main bar was too crowded or loud. What really set this resort experience above any other in my book was the enclave concierge. Enrique set up a group chat with all the couples in our party and made sure we had dinner reservations and booked transport for us anytime we needed it. He served as a translator, set up an anniversary surprise for one of the couples, and just generally made the stay really smooth and effortless for all of us! Thank you so much, Enrique!

It’s only my second day of a 9-day stay at Hilton Tulum, and I already love it. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, and everything feels organized and relaxed at the same time. The pools are spotless and there are plenty of spots to unwind, whether you want to chill by the water or enjoy a quiet corner with a drink. The food so far has been great—lots of variety and fresh options at every meal. I’ve tried a couple of restaurants and both had excellent service. Our room is clean, modern, and really comfortable, with a nice view that makes mornings feel special. You can tell the staff take pride in keeping everything neat and welcoming. I still have a week to go, but so far, it’s been an amazing experience. Can’t wait to see what the next few days bring!
