This is my second time staying at the Hyatt regency Orlando. The location is fantastic. There are several restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself has several restaurants as well as a convenience store. Overall, the restaurants are very well priced and affordable. The rooms are very nice and clean. There are two different pool areas and activities for children. The meeting rooms and conference accommodations are spacious and open to the outdoors. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the parking is a couple blocks from the front door. I would recommend dropping your luggage off with a friend at the front door, then parking and walking back to the lobby. The Hyatt Regency Orlando is an exceptional hotel that truly lives up to its reputation. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by a stunning property that feels both luxurious and welcoming. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. One of the standout features of the Hyatt Regency Orlando is the abundance of amenities on-site. Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool, enjoy the spa, or take advantage of the fitness center, there’s something for everyone. The hotel is also perfect for events—its well-organized and thoughtfully executed events are simply out of this world, especially during the holiday season. Visiting during Christmas is an absolute treat, as the festive decorations and atmosphere make the experience even more magical. The only downside to note is the paid parking, which can feel unnecessary, especially given the high-quality service and experience offered throughout the rest of the property. That said, it’s a minor inconvenience when compared to everything else the hotel provides. Overall, the Hyatt Regency Orlando is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area, whether for business, leisure, or a special occasion. With its cleanliness, attentive staff, and incredible amenities, it’s a place you’ll want to return to again and again.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the service is top notch. Kevin at the front desk was very kind and extremely helpful. I really enjoyed the amenities and the restaurants. I really can't complain about anything except maybe the parking situation. The price of parking seems a bit high considering it's quite a walk from the garage to the hotel, but I guess it's on par with the other resorts in the area. Every employee that I encountered had a smile on their face. They were all so warm and inviting to talk to especially Kevin at the front desk. He was very knowledgeable about the attractions in the Orlando area. I look forward to coming back to stay here again the next time I'm in Orlando.

If you’re attending an event or your company books you here, you might not have a choice but to stay. However, I made the mistake of choosing this hotel for a family vacation, and it turned out to be a poor decision. The place was overcrowded with people since it’s connected to the Orlando Convention Center—guests were pouring in from everywhere. My experience was far from positive. The check-in process was slow, and when we finally found our room and dragged our luggage up, we discovered someone else’s belongings already inside. They had assigned us a room that was still occupied! Imagine if that person had been inside, potentially in a compromising situation. We immediately called the front desk while still in the room. Initially, they claimed no upgrades were available because the hotel was 97% full, but they somehow managed to upgrade us after our complaint. It felt like they were just making excuses earlier. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing stay.

Attended our university's bowl game and the hotel was decked out accordingly, making it a very fun atmosphere. Our room was great, location worked well, and getting from and to the airport was a breeze. The pool was vast and relaxed, the spa was outstanding... Hard to have anything but superlatives for this, property.
