I recently stayed at this hotel in Orlando and was blown away by the smooth check-in process. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making sure my family and I were settled in quickly after our long trip. They provided all the necessary information about the amenities and even gave us some helpful tips for navigating the local attractions. Their friendliness set the tone for a fantastic stay.
The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were plush, and the room had plenty of space to relax after a long day at the parks. We also appreciated the thoughtful layout, making it easy to store our luggage and keep the room organized during our stay. It felt like a home away from home.
What made the experience even better was the hotel’s convenient location. It was just a short drive to all the major theme parks, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. We loved that we could enjoy the excitement of the parks and quickly return to our cozy room to unwind. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to returning on our next visit to Orlando!

I love this hotel- location, staff, food choices, pools, parking, check in and rooms! This is our second visit and we will definitely be back. Not too far from Disney and the perfect distance from Universal. Great firework view from the pool side of tower 2. The regency club is great too. Staff is super awesome! Everyone makes me feel they enjoy working for Hyatt and a few have even complimented their management and culture of the hotel. Don't hesitate to stay at the Regency in Orlando!

I was visiting for a conference and had to use the oversized vehicle parking this day. When I came to pay at the desk I was greeted by Jorge who went above and beyond to make sure I got to my destination in a timely and efficient manner by taking me in the golf cart and showing me where to go. I didn’t know I parked on the opposite side of the property from the conference and was running late so it made all the difference and I’m so grateful. Thank you so much!
Beautiful hotel with so much to do and everything was clean and decorated for Christmas. Great experience all around :)

I was very impressed by the visual appeal and the practicality of the rooms. The only note that I would make is that it wasn't very easy to plug things in, such as my CPAP machine and my phone charger. Otherwise, it was such an amazing experience to stay in a room that was so comfortable and cozy. The selections for dining within the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff really made it all. And then adding on the convention center which was spacious and well-decorated, was an amazing touch.

I had an excellent experience at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. The hotel is stunning, spacious, and offers great value for anyone traveling to Disney World or Universal Studios. It’s reasonably priced and packed with top-tier amenities, including the Hyatt Club, pools, hot tubs, and a variety of dining options. The hotel’s impressive size even includes an attached convention center for large events.
During my vacation, I initially stayed at a favorite Disney resort but decided to cut that portion of the trip short to move to the Hyatt Regency—and I’m so glad I did. Not only did we save thousands of dollars, but after just four nights, the Hyatt Regency was significantly cheaper than the Disney resort.
The Hyatt Regency exceeded my expectations in many ways. The on-site dining options were excellent, and the Hyatt Club Lounge was a highlight. The lounge offered a delightful breakfast spread every morning, featuring bread, cereal, pastries, bacon, and even vegan options. Beyond the lounge, the hotel had a marketplace with cold and hot sandwiches, ice cream, and a small store stocked with last-minute or emergency essentials.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful information whenever needed. Checking in and out was seamless, and we found the valet parking service to be well worth the cost. I especially appreciated being able to text the valet service, which made retrieving our car convenient and hassle-free.
While my stay was overwhelmingly positive, my one complaint was the dryness of the rooms. It was so pronounced that we found ourselves drinking a lot of water and waking up with dry throats and congested noses. I’d strongly recommend bringing a humidifier if you’re sensitive to dry air or prone to allergies.
Overall, the Hyatt Regency Orlando is a beautiful, well-managed hotel that I would happily return to—just with a humidifier in tow to tackle the dry air in the rooms.
