I recently had the pleasure of staying here and while everything from the ambiance to the service was exceptional, it was the food that truly elevated the entire experience. The hotel boasts a variety of dining options, each one a culinary journey in itself. At the on-site restaurant, breakfast was a feast of fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. From artisan breads to exotic fruits, the attention to quality and presentation was evident in every bite. For lunch and dinner, the menu was a stunning mix of international dishes and local delicacies. I was blown away by the bursts of flavor. Every dish was artfully presented, making the experience as visually satisfying as it was delicious. What also stood out was the impeccable service. I was always greeted with a lovely smile and positive energy from a staff member called Yeni. Other staff members also had a deep knowledge of the menu, offering thoughtful wine pairings and dessert suggestions that made each meal feel like a personalized event. For those who appreciate fine dining, this hotel offers an unforgettable culinary experience. Whether you're indulging in a multi-course dinner or enjoying a quick bite by the pool, the hotel ensures that food is not just an amenity but a highlight of your stay. Our family vacation-5 nights 6 days with a 6 year old and 11 year old. We LOVED IT!!! From pickup at the airport, (we flew all inclusive AirTransat), to check in at the hotel, (Jeff and Victor were amazing!!), everyone was so polite, accommodating and fun! There's LOTS to do! The food, (we tried most of the restaurants), is amazing! Room service was fantastic, and we never felt unwanted or unsafe. The pools, kids splash pad, and beach were great! Property is clean and the drinks are delicious! I will let you know now, you will see a couple of large Dominican cockroaches outside. It has NOTHING to do with the resort being dirty. We only saw 2 during our stay, but this is their habitat. We did see some cats and tiny lizards which were so cute!!! Overall, we had a wonderful time!!! I've only ever stayed at Iberostar Hotels before I had kids, and I will continue to only stay at Iberostar with our Family Trips ❤️ Thank you for all the memories!!!

It was my first time at this resort. And from check-in to check out the customer service, food, and the interaction with the employees were very pleasant. The only thing is entertainment and the DJ at the disco, which still needs some work. But everyone did their best. I can keep going on about this resort, but you have to see it... Everything on YouTube is everything I saw and experienced I would recommend this resort. Julez

The rooms were a little used and tired looking. Bathrooms were nice. Service was alright but they didn't all seem to be on the same page and was confused if you had a question plus the English/Spanish barrier was there. Location was great l. Beautiful water. Food was just okay. Expected better.

Wonderful experience! All of the staff members were so kind and went above and beyond. Eduardo and Cesar were our butlers and were great. Food was good and there was a wide variety to choose from. There is no way you could leave here hungry. The French restaurant was probably the best dinner we had! Drinks were great and the bartenders kept them flowing. Junior at the Beach Club was incredible. We will definitely be back!
