The rooms are pretty nice, clean, and well air-conditioned. The bed could’ve been a bit more comfortable, but I really have no complaints about the room itself. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely beautiful. The hotel itself is nice and the beach and pool are nice. The issues that I had was the cleanliness and quality of the food. It seems they don’t take food safety very seriously as I witnessed bugs and hair in the food multiple times. The food quality is also awful. It was hit or miss whether or not the staff was friendly. Certain staff were friendly, other staff were rude. It also isn’t very relaxing on the beach when they are blasting music all day long, and it’s awful trying to find a lounge chair that has a view of the water, and it’s impossible to find a lounge chair without cigarette butts surrounding it. This hotel cheaps out in a lot of ways for how expensive it is. Definitely not an 5 star experience. All in all it was an ok vacation but I would never come back.

Beautiful beach but overcrowded, good luck getting a lounger. Construction and maintenance noise makes very hard to be in the pool area, besides they closed the main and the kids pools for my entire stay without warning. 90% of the food is gas station quality, the other 10 may be tolerable when hungry. The place is clean and pretty. The theater has worse/cheaper tech than my DJ. The performers try very hard, but...

Visited this resort in September 2025, not bad overall, but a lot of things to improve especially in comparison with the others Iberostar selection resorts. The location is perfect, there is an amazing beach with a lot of sun loungers available. The main restaurant is great, food variety and service are beyond any expectations. The vibe is very calm and relaxing, no loud music, no parties, no annoying hucksters - everything is perfect. Now what I'd recommend to improve: water pressure in the shower, food quality and service in ala carte restaurants, beach cleaning and maintenance. Also, 90% of staff doesn't speak even basic English and overall they could be just a little bit more friendly and attentive. Anyway, we had a great vacation in a very decent place for a very reasonable price. Recommend!

Everyone here is so kind. There aren’t many English people in the summer, apparently they come more in the winter but everyone tries really hard to speak to you even if they can’t speak much English. The food has a wide range of things, which is good for my picky sister. The waiters come over to the table when you sit to offer you drinks and give you water. In the evening there is always entertainment and things going on. It’s very exciting and they have branded drinks like JD and Absolute vodka. The beach is so beautiful even for it being seaweed season. However there wasn’t much seaweed. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the sheets are changed often. The rooms and nice and clean as well as the bathrooms. This hotel is amazing if you are thinking about coming this is your sign.

We had a lovely, great family holiday there All in all are super good from the presenting of the reception guy called Stev to the all of the staff . The beach and the administrative were super great full of fun and activities. The food amazing taste, the hotel has5 different cuisine each one was a unique. I will definitely back stay there 🥰
