I had an amazing time here. I took my 88 year old grandma to meet her friends from Spain. It was an incredible experience. The staff, the food, the atmosphere all were beyond expectations. Big shout outs to some of the staff including “tormenta”, “slim”, “spicy”, and “sexy black”! These wonderful people had made the experience unforgettable. I will be returning!

Ok , we so upset about this resort ..
food…. , Sometimes not fresh or odorless especially seafood, my husband had stomach flu for a few days , no big food choice, problems with salt shakers (especially in restaurants), noisy air conditioning, (impossible to sleep at night), doors did not close (on the balcony and in the bathroom), emergency light bulb flashes in the eyes at night, the beach is noisy, a lot of people, there are never free places under the mushrooms - you have to go out at 6 am to take a seat, sun beds are put very close to each other, no privacy, cookies in STARCAFE with the taste of mold, .... mosquitoes or spiders bites in the room at night (Even if the balcony door is always closed )

Had a wedding here in October. With the exception of a couple of issues everything went well, we were very pleased with the end result. Miss Greysi R did an awesome job coordinating the event, I highly recommend her and suggest a promotion

Update - the wheelchair was eventually located by guest service manager Thawanda. She very cleverly found the chair and discovered that it was taken by another guest who thought it belonged to the resort. Thawanda came to my mother's room to explain what happened. She found the person on the cameras.Thawanda is a truly gifted in her job as a guest service manager. She was the 4th person but the only person who really investigated the situation. From the beginning she was empathetic, and a true detective. Thank you Thawanda for helping my mother!!
My mother had her wheelchair taken from the entrance of the hotel when the bellhop was taking her stuff to her room (they had to do 2 trips and left the wheelchair behind for the second trip). The hotel has refused to accept any liability though the wheelchair was in their possession and now my mother has no wheelchair for her trip and will have to purchase a new wheelchair when she returns to Canada. Be aware that when leaving things with guest services the hotel assumes no liability for lost or stolen items.
