We just came back from our 7 night vacation from this resort. We had a great time in this beautiful, well maintained resort. The customer service and entertainment are the best. The entertainment team work very well. Woud be good to have more beach chairs and if they will be in better shape. We had attended the sales pitch for the timeshare being promised something in return and a free breakfast. The sales people were very pushy, disrespectful, our vacation was ruined by them. They didn't want to hear no as an answer, it almost felt as if we were trapped in that sales office until they got a yes out of us.

I can't FIND a single thing to complain about. Aranza has been super fun and welcoming and the music guessing game with her was a great time that brought a lot of people together. This vacation has been the best I've ever had. Great food and drinks and all staff have been amazing.

The entertainment team was the best! Hector especially was amazing! He was very kind, friendly, and made our trip so enjoyable. He had a wonderful personality and was always very helpful towards us. He informed us about the events, which made us want to go to all of them. We were always happy when talking with him. We definitely want to come back thanks to Hector!

Our star friend Hector was absolutely amazing! He is very enthusiastic, hospitable, and friendly! Gabriel was also an amazing star friend. He danced with my father in-law and they had a blast. They both have great moves! Our servers Francisco and Lucio are top notch. They are super attentive and extremely kind. Meeting all three of these staff was the highlight of our trip!

Amazing experience! Will most definitely be returning to this resort. So much to explore, from the shopping/entertainment and massive pool area. There's far more than enough to keep you busy for your stay. Rooms were amazing. Bathrooms could definitely use an update. Beds were a little firm for my liking but I'm sure others would appreciate that. All the staff on the resort were great, and a special thanks to the entertainment staff who did a great job everyday.
