We wanted an all inclusive resort that was roughly 30 minutes from airport, adults only, and had beach/sand volleyball available. We were a little reluctant in selecting this resort over the other due to not having a beach.. however since it clearly showed a sand volleyball court on the resort and said volleyball in the activities description ..we went with it. Get here and to our surprise the sand volleyball court was removed. Not sure how long it's been gone, but they really need to take a few minutes and update their info on the site. It may seem silly to some.. but this was a big disappointment for us. We requested a transfer to the other (non-adult only) Margaritaville that actually has a beach. So far we have been told there is no availability.. which honestly is hard to believe. We even asked about just getting day passes. They still would not accommodate unless we paid ~$160 a person. (?!) That doesn't make any sense. We already paid. ..what difference does it make. You'd think they would want to make it right and salvage our impression in some way. I'm sorry to say..but we regret picking this resort and should have booked at a place where we have stayed before that we knew checked all the boxes except for being further from the airport. If I could have done it over again, I would have booked at El Dorado Seaside Palms. Just thought it would be worth trying something different. Aside from all that we'll admit the service and food has been pretty decent. It's just unfortunate they are not willing to make things right when our expectations were not met based on what was described /advertised. We are here for another few days and we'll make the best of it I suppose, but it's very likely we won't be returning to this resort.

The resort is clean and beautiful. Staff is wonderful. Erick at the chilll out bar was outstanding! Great service. Only negative is that I didn’t know they do not have a beach ! It was washed away in a hurricane a year ago. Don’t get a room beside or under the gym on the 5th floor, it is noisy…. Esp if people work out at 5-6am you can hear weights slamming down. Overall a great vacation.

Me and my boyfriend just went here for five nights. The rooms were great and huge. The food was really good. The steakhouse extra cost steak was also good. The pizza at the Italian restaurant was a hit and the coffee was really unbelievable. The staff were all super nice and appreciative of any tips you gave them From someone who has stated high-end resorts. This resort is worth every penny compared to some of the higher end places that charge more, we will definitely be back and I highly recommend.

We’ve traveled to numerous states to experience the Margaritaville Resorts and absolutely loved Island Reserve! Service was amazing, especially by Erick at the Boathouse. Even when he was not our waiter, he went out of his way to say hi to our family everyday. Even giving out high-fives, fist bumps, or escorting us to our table. He’s truly amazing! We also loved Gabriel from Frank and Lola’s! He was always saying hi and making sure our dining experience was top notch! And huge shoutout to Christian at the SOS pool bar! My drinks were never empty and he always provided the best recommendations! Overall, we loved our week long vacation and can’t wait to return!

From start to finish, this resort exceeded every expectation. If you’re looking for a place where you can fully relax, eat like royalty, and be treated like a VIP — this is it. The food options were outstanding. With multiple restaurants to choose from, each offering something different — from fine dining to beachside bites — we never got bored. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The spa services were a dream — peaceful, professional, and exactly what you’d hope for in a luxury resort. And yes, I absolutely lived at the swim-up bar… cocktails in the pool? Say less. Room service was fast and consistently excellent (breakfast in bed every day? Yes, please). The housekeeping staff deserves a shout-out, too — our room was always spotless and refreshed like magic. But what really sets this resort apart is the customer service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Friendly smiles, genuine conversations, and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. CASH TIPS PLEASE 💕 If you’re on the fence about booking — just do it. You won’t regret a single moment.
