Wonderful Staff and Great Food Made the Trip Memorable!
This was our second visit to Margaritaville, and even though the weather was rainy the entire time, the incredible service truly brightened our stay. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. JORGE, one of our waiters, is an amazing human being—so attentive, caring, and always anticipating our needs. We can’t thank him enough!
Our butlers, Issac and Mariel, were also fantastic, expertly handling our large family’s needs with ease and a friendly attitude. And of course, G at the Salted Rim bar was great, consistently delivering delicious drinks with a great attitude.
The food throughout the resort was pretty good at every restaurant. Being from Louisiana, we found that a little extra salt sometimes helped, but overall, the meals did not disappoint. We also had the pleasure of attending the members’ gala dinner, which was a really nice and special experience.
While there’s no beach at this resort (which we knew going in), the property is beautifully maintained, clean, and the aesthetic is modern and refreshing. Despite the weather, the staff made our stay one to remember. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay here at Margarita!!! The service from Noel and Jorge was amazing. We appreciate their attentive service , smiles , and making us laugh when we come to breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This is our second visit and loved the service we received . Definitely coming back next year.
The day we arrived they got to know us and knew what drinks we liked to have with our meal.
Recommend upper management to recognize their staff as we do! The service we received is what brings us back.

This place was good overall. I can't say great because it we could not get reservations at their main restaurants or spa. When we first arrived, we attempted to make reservations but were informed all bookings were full. The only slots left were for their elite prestige travelers. Their member club. But when passing the restaurants at night, they were less than 40% full. And walk ups were not welcomed. Was also told the only people allowed to make reservations prior to arrival were their elite travelers. So, no booking is available and could not make on-site reservations. Reservations were booked out for 5 days. We were only there for 3. We missed out. Same thing with the spa. So, the place was good, just wish it would've been great. It was our anniversary.

I'm giving this place a 4-star rating mainly because of the amazing food at the taco house. However, I was disappointed with other aspects of the experience. The staff seemed indifferent to our needs, we were given a different room than the one we booked, and we had to organize my kid's birthday ourselves despite making prior arrangements. Additionally, the resort seemed more suited to older guests and wasn't very kid-friendly. Nonetheless, we made the most of our time there and enjoyed the lovely view.

I had the pleasure of dining at Frankie's Loves Lola in the Margaritaville Resort, and I must say, the highlight of our evening was the incredible service provided by Gabriel. From the moment we were seated, Gabriel made us feel welcomed and attended to every detail with a warm smile and genuine hospitality.
Gabriel went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was exceptional. He was knowledgeable about the menu, provided excellent recommendations, and was always there when we needed him without being intrusive. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly made our night special.
If you're dining at Frankie's Loves Lola, I highly recommend asking for Gabriel. He is, without a doubt, the best server we've had in a long time. Thank you, Gabriel, for making our evening so memorable!
