It was first time in NYC and so happy we stayed here! Perfect location close to Macy’s and the subway. Our first room a bit loud as was overlooking the road, I mentioned to reception we were moved immediately. Comfy bed and pillows which is so needed after a busy day! We got a water bottle to use in the refreshment room which had cold water dispensers, coffee (pretty good!) and teas. The bar service and food were good. Just a little disappointed the roof bar was closed for the season (22nd Sept) but you could still get up there to see the Empire State in all its glory. We’d absolutely stay again!

This hotel is beautiful, clean, very friendly staff. Currently staying here and they upgraded me for no reason and I was extremely gracious for the generosity. I would stay here again and suggest this to anyone looking for a lovely, remodeled hotel. The Empire State Building is directly outside my window and beautiful to look at when lit up at night. Feels like a mini apartment with how cozy the rooms are. Bed was extremely comfortable with fluffy pillows. A must for a great night sleep after exploring all day in the city.

Just got back from this amazing hotel a few weeks ago. This hotel is in a great location, been to New York a few times before but this is definitely the best one yet. Staff where lovely, the rooms where spotless and had everything you need. I loved that there was a room that you could get coffee and water. Want to both bars which were nice. Highly recommend this hotel, I will definitely be booking here again.

This is a great hotel with a great location. Just steps away from Macy’s and a 12-15 minute walk to Times Square. The rooms are a great size. Bathrooms are tiny, but very clean and well stocked. They give you a reusable bottle when you check in, and there’s a room on the 2nd floor where you can fill it with cold, ambient or flavoured water. There’s also a coffee machine and hot water for tea. There’s also a nespresso style machine in the bedroom. I do wish there was a water machine on each floor instead of having to trek down to the 2nd floor each time you want more water, but that’s a small niggle. I ended up buying bottled water because having to leave the room for a refill every time got annoying, especially when you wake up with jet lag at 3 am! Breakfast is not worth paying for because it’s expensive for what you get. Go to one of many cafes or diners nearby instead. If you’re from Europe, you’ll likely wake up at some ridiculously early time in the morning, so we went to Andrews Diner for excellent pancakes, waffles and eggs because they opened at 6:00. Charge points in the rooms were great. You’ll find a USB-A and USB-C port on the base of your bedside light, as well as a plug point. We were looking on the walls for the plug points, so hopefully this tip will help you if you stay here. Be warned that there is a $250 per room deposit when you check in. Part of that (I think $35) is kept for the daily “facility fee” but we got the rest refunded after they checked our room at checkout and saw there weren’t any breakages.

Young couple visited from the UK in July 2025. Absolutely incredible stay from start to finish. The staff genuinely cannot do enough for you, from the reception staff to the rooftop bar to the adjoining restaurant. The rooms are spacious, clean and come with all the usual amenities. One of the things we also loved was the ‘convenience room’ where you can access water, coffee, fresh fruit and cookies all at no extra charge! Another of our favourite parts was the rooftop bar, its incredible - fabulous views of the Empire State Building and great cocktails. All in all a wonderful stay, would highly recommend to all and we can’t wait to come back. Thanks in particular to Rodney, Eddie, Joey and Floyd - you guys were incredible!
