This hotel came highly recommended by a friend, who praised it as the best resort in Cancun. However, I urge you not to be fooled by such reviews. After multiple trips to Cancun, I can confidently say I’ve enjoyed every hotel I’ve stayed at—until this one. While the service here was commendable, I’ve experienced similar service at other resorts. We booked the honeymoon suite, advertised as the largest room with a beach view. Unfortunately, there’s no balcony, and the room itself was surprisingly small—definitely the tiniest hotel room I’ve ever encountered. The hotel is quite compact, leaving little room for exploration. You move from the beach to the pool to the restaurants, and that’s about it. This layout might appeal to senior citizens, but for anyone under 50, it lacks excitement. In comparison, Breathless is a true party resort and was a hundred times better for adults. As for the dining options, they were underwhelming. The food was mediocre at best, with the steakhouse standing out as the only truly good restaurant. The French restaurant was particularly disappointing; the meals were far from impressive. The Asian cuisine didn’t feel authentic either—I’ve had much better Asian food in Cancun than at this resort. The Italian restaurant was equally lackluster. Despite the fantastic service from the waitstaff and workers, the resort itself felt average, especially considering I spent over $7,000 for my stay. I’ve enjoyed better food and hotel experiences elsewhere, making this my least favorite resort. I won’t be returning.

My wife and I went here on our Honeymoon and it was the best travel experience we have ever had. Every single employee is incredibly nice, they are very accommodating, and the food is amazing. The only negative would be the membership presentation that we attended. They say it's no pressure, but then when you say no, it's a lot of pressure. They make you say no to 3 different people. However, just for attending, they gave us $500 credit which we used on a massage. The spa was incredible, great workout facilities, awesome butlers and staff. Definitely a place I want to come back to for years to come. Highly highly recommend LeBlanc for any special occasion.

I just came back from celebrating a big milestone birthday with my husband at Le Blanc and most of the experience was wonderful with a notable exception. The views, beach access, and food were great. Kothan our butler was exceptional, just top notch. The issue was after checking out. We had finished talking to reception and had 3 minutes until the airport shuttle arrived. We were just talking about the great time we had and what a nice touch it was that reception gave us a pair of tiny edible turtles as a goodbye gesture. Not 30 seconds after we sat down in the lobby we were approached by an employee that appears to just want to jot down our thoughts on the resort. Very quickly it's apparent that his true purpose is to secure payment towards a future stay. We told him we were leaving in a couple of minutes and this just made him talk faster. We would have liked to have been left alone and not pitched yet another offer. This last aggressive attempt to get a sale ruins whatever goodwill is gained by the turtle memento. When we checked in we were given the typical chat that leads to the timeshare type of talk which is completely understandable as most resorts do this. What I don't appreciate is what feels as an attempt to get another bite of the apple. Not how I want to feel just as I'm leaving.

**Le Blanc Cancun: A Luxurious Experience with a Minor Flaw** As Residence members, we have the pleasure of visiting Le Blanc Cancun and Moon Palace 3-4 times a year, and overall, our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The service is truly outstanding, with staff who go above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay is perfect. The food is consistently delicious, offering a wide variety of options that cater to all tastes, and the premium drinks are a real highlight. The breathtaking views from the hotel only add to the luxurious atmosphere that we’ve come to love. However, there is one aspect that does not quite meet the high standards set by the rest of the resort: the lobby furniture. Unfortunately, the furniture appears outdated and worn, which is disappointing considering the level of excellence in every other area. The lobby is the first impression guests have of the hotel, and it’s a shame that this area doesn’t reflect the luxury that Le Blanc is known for. Despite this minor issue, we continue to enjoy our stays at Le Blanc and look forward to many more visits. We hope that the hotel will consider updating the lobby furniture to align with the overall high standards of the resort.

My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary and stayed at the Le Blanc all inclusive “adult only” in Cancun for 5 nights. Upon our arrival the staff was extremely welcoming and very inviting. The membership program was offered to us, which we politely declined and they showed us to our room without the sales pressure. They do offer credits to use for hotel amenities when attending their membership meeting, but we just wanted to take in the resort. The property is very intimate with the restaurants and pools, which are easily accessible and accommodating for your culinary needs. There are five different types of restaurants, French, Italian, Sushi, Latin, Steak that were all very good. The main pool is beautiful with a swim up bar and infinity ledge with that gorgeous ocean view. Our daily routine in this order was moving from the pool, to an ocean swim, lounge chair, back to the swim up bar and meeting other friendly couples. I have to say one of the most impressive experiences about the hotel is their friendly staff. From the room butlers, pool staff, bar staff, restaurant staff, gift stores and front desk they were all just amazing and made our vacation so memorable. We did take advantage of their one time discount offer upon our departure, which we will be retuning very soon.
