With incredible food, fun vibes, and impeccable service, this resort is perfect for couples looking for excitement and luxury. Highly recommend!

My wife and I went here on our Honeymoon and it was the best travel experience we have ever had. Every single employee is incredibly nice, they are very accommodating, and the food is amazing. The only negative would be the membership presentation that we attended. They say it's no pressure, but then when you say no, it's a lot of pressure. They make you say no to 3 different people. However, just for attending, they gave us $500 credit which we used on a massage. The spa was incredible, great workout facilities, awesome butlers and staff. Definitely a place I want to come back to for years to come. Highly highly recommend LeBlanc for any special occasion.

If I could give LeBlanc Cancun more than 5 stars, I would. As a person who travels a lot, all around the world , and is willing to pay a premium price for a premium experience I want to put in a word about Leblanc, the staff, the management, and the whole experience. Let me start by saying if you are reading this you probably have read a lot of 1 star reviews about some person who got upset about something and trashed the hotel with a terrible review. LeBlanc has a few of these like every company does. I believe the true test of any organization is not if they make a mistake but how they address it. We ran into a “snag” on the first day and when I expressed my displeasure, the general manager of the hotel found me on the beach and visited with me for 45 minutes. Edgar manages hundreds of staff and has managed Ritz Carlton and Four Season resorts, and the fact that Palace Resorts has placed a leader like him at Leblanc says a lot about their concerns for guest experience and continuously improving things. I was immediately impressed with his genuine concern and empathy. He listened intently to all of my concerns and we ended up having an incredible discussion sharing ideas on leadership and challenges that I as a CEO and tech founder are so familiar with. Before he and I talked we had actually already moved on from the snag that originally bothered us because the hotel staff is simply fantastic. Nearly every single person that you will run into will be attentive to your needs and will do their best to ensure that you have the most relaxing and enjoyable experience possible. And they are so much fun too. The just for fun blackjack game that we all played with Laura was one of the most fun times I’ve had in so long. She exemplifies the spirit and joyous attitude that so many of the staff here have There are too many people to really mention that have made this one of the best and most enjoyable vacations I’ve ever had. First, let me start with Jesus the server down on the beach. What an amazing and friendly guy. His service was impeccable and he worked so hard to keep us happy. Also Axel, who set up our chairs in the morning and made sure we were in just the right spot. Our butlers David and Joel responded immediately and helped get us into the restaurants and so many other things. Christian, our server at the sushi restaurant was the most knowledgeable expert on sushi I’ve ever met. The manager of the French dining restaurant was incredible as well as the manager at LaTerraza who spoke to me for some time just to make we were enjoy enjoying ourselves. Also the servers and bartenders in the nightclub. If they can put up with my Karaoke singing, they are truly amazing :) It’s almost unfair to just mention these people because there were so many more that made it an incredible stay. If you want to experience the absolute best all-inclusive resort to visit in Cancun, and I’ve been to pretty much all of them, choose LeBlanc you won’t regret it!

My experience at Le Blanc on January 7-11,2025 wad exceptional. FYI I am not a member. The food was delicious, especially the dinner at Yama, Blanc and Bella. We booked our reservations for dinner prior to arriving at the hotel and it wasn’t easy to change the time once we arrived at the resort.
The location is phenomenal, beautiful water. This resort is very relaxing and serene. not really for the party animals.
There aren’t many activities throughout the day but this was expected with this kind of ambiance. The spa was unforgettable. I used a credit I had been given from a prior trip and got my facial for free. I only had to pay the 16% tax and tip. It was well worth it. Beware of the timeshare “talk”, they will say that it isn’t a timeshare but I attended the Sunrise talk and IT WAS. It was worth buying the credit for $600 to come back to Leblanc but the hotel credit has a fine print of details that aren’t disclosed.
Alondra was very professional in doing my facial. Jesus and Marcos were friendly at all times! They brought us a meal to the beach from a different restaurant with no hassle. Our Butlers David and Luis on level 3 Laguna view, were also amazing.

What a great resort! The staff was incredible! I love resorts that are proactive with their service. So many times we saw & experience needs being met without having to ask! They constantly exceeded our expectations! Pools were great, food was excellent! Beach was beautifully sandy. This resort is a fantastic quiet resort. Definitely a great place to unplug and get refreshed. It you want the adventure of snorkeling, zipline.... that is going to 40 minutes to 1 1/2 away.
