Our stay here was EXCEPTIONAL. Service was amazing, property was beautiful, amenities were fabulous and THE BEDS! They were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in my life, 100/10. No deposit was required until check in and when we got to the property and I had to sign for my room and pay I had to look twice. The price was unbelievably low. I truly cannot recommend this place enough. The only issues we ran into were that the property is quite big so the lobby/pool was far from our building, check out is earlier then most (10am) and our phone didn’t work. Still would recommend to any and everyone!

The room was beautiful and spacious, with a private balcony that was perfect. We loved having the kitchen and washer/dryer in our unit. Going home with clean clothes is just luxury. The only negative that we have is the lack of housekeeping. They did not come in even once during five days. It wasn't a terrible hardship. There were just the two of us, so we didn't make a ton of trash to empty. But it would have been nice to have the sheets changed and fresh towels.

The grounds are so beautiful!!! Three huge heated pools, one has a splash pad for kids, waterfalls, bridge going over the pool, a bar/ grill next to the pool with surprisingly decent prices. The rooms were nice, everyone has a balcony with incredible views! We were on the 5th floor and overlooked the pool, golf course and pond. There's also a playground I never noticed until we were leaving. The employees were all very nice. I was amazed how fast they had the place cleaned of all the debris after the hurricane. Also we never lost power during Milton while staying at their property, like many others, so that was a major plus!!

What a great place to stay. Affordable prices. Great service friendly staff. We had the beautiful golf course view. Rooms were Clean. We enjoyed the amenities on the resort as well as the restaurants within close proximity of the resort. Will definitely stay at the Marriott grande vista again.

Disappointing Experience at Grand Hotel Marriott Vista
I had high expectations for my stay at the Grand Hotel Marriott Vista, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I anticipated.
First, the resort’s ambiance was completely ruined by the constant broadcasting of American football on large screens throughout the day. This included an endless stream of advertisements. While some guests may enjoy this, it was never mentioned during the booking process, and I found it highly inappropriate for a resort with pools and jacuzzis meant to provide a relaxing environment. This made the entire stay uncomfortable and far from relaxing.
As for the room, it was spacious, which I appreciated. However, there was a persistent sewer odor coming from the bathroom, which was unpleasant. The housekeeping staff did their best, and they were courteous, but the reception staff was unwelcoming and lacked the hospitality one would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
The amenities were another letdown. The hot tubs were set at an extremely high temperature, making them unusable for long periods. The gym was also disappointingly small and insufficient for the number of guests.
Overall, I left feeling disappointed. This resort did not meet the standards of a relaxing getaway, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless significant improvements are made.
