    Every food service we had here was amazingly good. We've had Marco Castillo for every breakfast and lunch at Riviera restaurant. He has been both my and my wife's favorite, his service is amazing. He is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

    The Riviera restaurant is fantastic. The food is excellent and with plenty of variation! However, the best part is the staff. They have some wonderful waiters/waitresses who cannot do enough for you. These include Nataniel and Carolina who were both fantastic. Particular standout however was Ramon who is amazing. He was so welcoming every day, worked with a smile on his face and was so much fun for our kids who are particularly sad to not see him again each morning. This restaurant is a real highlight of the resort.

    My wife and I had a wonderful time here! The staff were outstanding and provided great service consistently. The beach is stunning and steps away from the rooms - definitely recommend The Level upgrade to be closer to the beach and have additional dining and pool areas. We would like to thank Alejandro Estrella for being so attentive and helpful. He provided us with personalized service, communicated with us daily and made our experience so much better. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and look forward to visiting again!

    Dinner twice at Rosso. The waitstaff is outstanding. Especially frank and Hector. Food was very good. On our second visit we had all the appetizers on the menu and dessert. Best dinner ever!

    Spectacular. Fantastic service. We had a huge suite and it was fantastic. Pools were awesome. Riviera Pool bar is best in Caribbean. Food was ok by my standards, others in the group thought it was great, one thought it wasn't very good. No one went hungry. I honestly thought buffets were the best (over the specialty restaurants). If you don't like this place you must live a very privileged life.
