Me and my friend stayed here right before Christmas - as hectic as that is in NYC the check in process was so quick and seamless! We ended up getting a room with beautiful views of the freedom tower and the Oculus, it was breathtaking. The room was so clean and newly renovated. They had high end products for their shampoo and body wash. The employees were very attentive always asking if we were in need of anything or if they needed to get us a cab. Such a great location I cannot wait to stay here again! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I stayed here 5 nights from the UK. We loved the hotel, the cleanliness was excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, and replenished towels and water daily. The location is amazing.
Views from our suite were absolutely stunning.
I can not believe some of the reviews for this hotel, totally unjust, in my opinion. It is amazing.
All elevators worked, and there weren't any issues with anything.

I stayed here from 12/14-12/17. Initially upon arrival, we noticed the room was completely out of body wash. After asking 3 times, we finally received some from hotel staff of the evening of 12/15. We could’ve just brought our own but we were not expecting to need to.
Hot, the rooms are extremely hot and the hotel down not have any central air conditioning in the rooms this time of year.
This is far from a luxury hotel, do not recommend.

We ended up on a room around the 50th floor and had a scenic and pleasant stay. The view was the best thing I’ve ever seen from a hotel room. The staff is pleasant it was super clean and the heat worked great. Fast elevators, easy quick check out, would recommend for sure !
