I stayed here from 12/14-12/17. Initially upon arrival, we noticed the room was completely out of body wash. After asking 3 times, we finally received some from hotel staff of the evening of 12/15. We could’ve just brought our own but we were not expecting to need to.
Hot, the rooms are extremely hot and the hotel down not have any central air conditioning in the rooms this time of year.
This is far from a luxury hotel, do not recommend.

My daughter and I stayed here 5 nights from the UK. We loved the hotel, the cleanliness was excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, and replenished towels and water daily. The location is amazing.
Views from our suite were absolutely stunning.
I can not believe some of the reviews for this hotel, totally unjust, in my opinion. It is amazing.
All elevators worked, and there weren't any issues with anything.
Thank you, Millennium, for making our bucket list trip even better than expected.

Had a very beautiful time there. I’ve read a lot of evaluations that said the rooms are old and not up to date - I can definitely not confirm this! Great, chic rooms (some drawers are maybe a little bit loose but it’s okay) with an huge TV. But the highlight is definitely the breathtaking view. The staff is very courteous and kind, no matter what your concern is. Also the location of the hotel in NYC is practical.
All in all I can definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel lie we paid $600 in fees to stay here we still haven’t a had a refund and the hotel continues to lie to us.
Not only that we got stuck in a lift for 4 hours and the hotel just tried to pass us off with 2 free drinks and breakfast. The hotel and service I have received is shocking. I loved my trip to New York but it was let down by the hotel and now I’m chasing money I was told had been refunded and it hasn’t.
I will be taking legal action!

Room wasn’t ready for check-in at 6 PM as they didn’t have any clean rooms. Reservations are meaningless at the hotel. Had to wait until 7:30 for my room after placing me in a double-bed renovated room that was extremely loud. On the 47th floor, you can hear the street. They then gave a different room that was even worse than the first, super outdated, leaving me very confused why I waited and was lied to by the staff. Room was dirty and walls have food or blood on them…hoping food, but generally really confused why the rooms aren’t being cleaned. They are upgrading paint and carpet but not doing anything to make the hotel a nice place to sleep. Temperatures are set by the hotel at 72 degrees during sleeping hours, the thermostats in the rooms do not work.
