Great ambiance with nice staff!!
The room was cozy, small but it was expected.
A-lot of common rooms to hangout in as well as the rooftop bar.
The area is sketchy at night, but the hotel itself is very safe.
Close to everything and very good if youre on the go

Comfortable and safe stay, the hotel
Credits are really good, at the bar or cafe. Very accessible to many places, rooftops, attractions etc. the rooms are very minimal and tight, but it works as we were exploring out more. I don’t mind to go to this place again!!

Rooms are very small 2 adults 2 large suitcases practically climbing over each other. No where to sit, the bathroom feels like your legit inches away from the bed just not accommodating. was not paying an upgrade when the cost was already costly. The magic hour was garbage no aesthetics other room closed off. The lounge closed down early couldn’t enjoy that either. The only thing about this hotel is location that’s decent. Will never ever book here again or any moxy for that. You would think the staff would be a little bit more friendly was very mid on service. Typical nyc attitude and I’ve been here hundreds of times. This place will not get me as a guest ever again.

Amazing experience overall from check in to check out , the staff was professional and a delight to be around. Front desk Agent Ishmael was so kind and made my family and I feel welcomed, he even recommended a rooftop(The Magic Hour)which was amazing!! A+ customer service.

Terrible! The room is smaller than a jail cell you see on TV! Also, getting your room cleaned says it is not guaranteed! We had to ask after two days; there were no towels. It took over an hour to get the car back. They tried to charge me another day past 1PM for pick up when they took forever to get the car.
There are so many other fabulous hotels in the area. Don't waste your money! It wasn't worth $545.00 a night. This is an extended stay with rude employees. Extremely disrespectful, I still tipped them to prove a point.
