This is a great place to stay for several days, rooms are OK and they have everything you need.
It is close to the subway and bus stops, so you can pretty much get anywhere in the city from here.
Staff is very friendly and professional and will always try to help you.

Update and clean EVERYTHING! Spent almost $600.00 a night. The bathroom was filthy, hair not ours in tub and on the floor, dust bunnies in the bathroom oversized. Bed uncomfortable went down in the middle.( clean and update) We had a corner room . The TV location was hard to see from the bed. Both mornings we heard people talking that woke us at 7:00 AM. We thought it was in the hall but when opened the door it was from the room next door. NO USB outlets!!! When we got in the elevator one night sopping wet, we could barely stand. When we walked in the hotel, we were not greeted. No smiling faces or hello. Not friendly front hotel staff. They gave us a sheet of places to go and see. It was from 2013. (Update) we showed it to residents of the neighborhood. On the hotel website the amenities list covid proocals only reason why we stayed the second night is location, No need to apologize on website you can’t change this.

I paid about $565 for 1 night at this hotel. Please be aware that the hotel is across the street from what appears to be low income housing or a housing complex of some sort. There are numerous EDPs and homeless in the area just hanging around. The hotel and rooms look nothing like the glossy photos but are clean enough. The chairs in our room were very old and dirty. In our bathroom (Room 906) it seemed someone had doodled on the bathroom wall and the cleaners did their best to remove it. Bedsheets had a strange smell to them and I sprayed with perfume to get through the night, which I had paid so much for. Contrary to what others have said, there are MANY places to eat a short walk from the hotel.

Nice hotel but no restaurant. But plenty of dining options around. Located in a beautiful and quiet area. Not too much amenities but service is impeccable.

Room extremely hot upon arrival. Set temperature to 67 and left for dinner. Only to come back to a hotter room EVEN though I set temperature. Complained to font desk ONLY then to be told there is no air conditioning in hotel. I was not made aware booking on line, not told upon check in and ONLY told when I complained and after an hour got fans. No Manager on site at 8pm and Windows DONT open and outdoor temperature today high of 60’s. Totally unacceptable.
