Night hotel broadway was the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. The outdated room were carpeted with disgusting smell of mold. I could barely breathe. I booked the room and immediately after getting off the elevator the smell made me sick. I tried canceling but because I already checked in they would not issue a refund. I was charge $350 for one night and I could not even sleep in the hotel due the respiratory issues. There was also a sign with a stop work order due to the hotel being hazardous to life. I was told that since the notice was issued the violations had been corrected but that was not true. I highly discourage booking this hotel. I was cheated out of my money for a hotel that should be closed down.

I would rate this place 3 1/2 stars. The hotel room was super tiny, there was construction outside, so it wakes you up in the morning, and the walls are paper thin. I was fortunate to only experience the construction noise for 1 night because they don’t work on the weekends. The walls are thin to where you can hear the people in the next room, which was a bad experience for the both of us, I assume... and we barely could walk around our room. BUT, the price was very reasonable and it was close to everything since we were right next to Times Square. The m&m store was next door too. There’s no free breakfast or anything, just a Chinese restaurant downstairs. It wasn’t too bad, not like we stayed in the room for too long since we had a schedule to see everything. Definitely a good place if you’re just needing somewhere to sleep. I prefer this place over a hostel for sure.

Great little hotel, close to everything. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are dark from decor and lack of natural light but that actually made it perfect for sleeping!! Small rooms as is standard in NYC but were actually bigger than others I've stayed in there. Very clean! Will absolutely stay again!

If you are short, and you want to be in the middle of the Theatre and have low cleanliness standards this place is for you. Location is excellent. Rooms are very small, tired and dark. Too dark. They do not look like the glamorous photos on any of the websites. Beds are small. If you are even close to 6 feet tall, then you will struggle to get a good sleep here. I am 6’6” so I could not wait to check out. The rooms were not in a good condition with broken sink(super unhygienic), sketchy cable tv box hanging off TV and generally very dirty.
Cannot fault the staff - very friendly and helpful and informative.
