My stay at the resort was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Leslie at the reception — she was kind, professional, and made me feel right at home. The gastronomy was another highlight — every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. The dining experience exceeded my expectations. The only thing I missed was swimming in the sea. I understand that seaweed season is a natural occurrence, but unfortunately, the hotel didn’t make much effort to clean the beach or create conditions that would allow guests to swim comfortably. Still, overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this resort for its outstanding service and food. A big thanks again to Leslie.

I had an amazing stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa in Playa del Carmen! The resort is beautiful, very clean, and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. What really made the experience unforgettable was the incredible service from Justin, Fernanda, and Gabriel. They were always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service, beautiful surroundings, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Our group of girls cannot say enough amazing things about Gustavo at the swim-up bar! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome, remembered our names and favorite drinks, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was not only incredibly accommodating. always checking in with a big smile, but also genuinely fun to be around. His energy, kindness, and attention to detail made our trip unforgettable. Whether we were looking for a refreshing cocktail, or just a reason to smile, Gustavo delivered every time. He truly made our experience at the resort extra special. If you’re lucky enough to have Gustavo as your bartender, you’re in for a treat! 🍹 The food at the resort was decent, but we all agreed it could’ve been just a little bit better, more variety and flavor would’ve made a big difference. One small thing we also noticed was that the bathroom could’ve used a proper door for a bit more privacy. That said, the overall experience was still so much fun! The resort had great entertainment and activities every night, and we especially loved foam night, it was definitely the highlight of our trip and something we’ll never forget!

​We selected this resort for its convenient location near the airport, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the incredible attentiveness of the staff. Splitting our time between the three beautiful pools was a treat, especially the main pool with its peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. ​The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service we received from Antonio at the juice bar. We were fortunate to meet him on one of our first days, and his dedication to ensuring our comfort was outstanding. He would consistently seek us out to make sure we had everything we needed, providing a level of care that was truly remarkable. His service made our experience unforgettable. Seasonally the weather was hot as expected. The only challenge we had was the beach because of the seaweed but the beach crew did the best they could to keep it as clean as possible.

We’re sad that tomorrow is already our last day at this fabulous resort. Over the past few years, our family has had the chance to stay at several different resorts in Cancun, but Ocean Coral has truly been the best choice by far. The food is delicious, but what impressed us the most was the exceptional service. Everyone we passed was always smiling and greeting us with such warmth. A special thanks to Antonio from Casa del Mar—he is not only attentive but also genuinely kind-hearted. This resort made us feel so welcomed, and we’ll definitely carry these memories with us. Highly recommended for families!
