This hotel has been amazing all around. Not only were they super understanding and helped us adjust our reservation after the airport screwed us over with getting here, but the service is great. Specifically Gustavo and Alejandro at the main bar and Antonio and Henry at the pool bar also are amazing bartenders. Super creative and loving the opportunity to surprise us with interesting and different drinks every time! Absolutely phenomenal service all around! The experience team is absolutely amazing too. Justin, Yael, Gabriel, Fernanda, Carlos and Rocely are the best and the activities are super engaging. The food and shows were also phenomenal. I truly hope to be back one day.

Great place and great people. Luis did a great job as our butler. He was always available when we needed him and he would send us updates everyday on the different activities. Claudia and Jose had great service- they always had our chairs ready in the morning by the pool. Eduardo and Jose served us well in the privilege lounge, they were top of the line service! Fabian did GREAT with the activities, very engaging! All around great experience! The only thing I would change is the amount of raccoons on the property- there are many and they come to have dinner with you.

Out butler, Carlos was first class. He handled all of our dinner arrangements and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The housekeeping staff worked very hard to accommodate our schedules with cleaning and turndown services and made us feel special, even folding our throw blankets from home each night. The staff at the party pool was excellent. Antonio was quick to assist and recommend new drinks to try. We enjoyed the games and activities organized by the "Blue Team". There always seemed to be a laugh right around the corner when games were played. A Great Vacation Overall

From the day we arrived until our last day, the service provided—not just to us, but to our entire group—was nothing short of top-notch. A special thank you to our resort coordinator, Pablo, who helped bring our dream wedding to life. Our butler, Salvador, was incredible—checking in on us multiple times a day to make sure we had everything we needed. We also want to recognize Jose at the front desk for being so helpful and polite, and Pedro at the bar, who not only served great drinks but also created such a fun and welcoming vibe. Honestly, the entire staff delivered 5-star service from start to finish. We’re truly grateful to everyone who made our stay so memorable—and we will definitely be coming back!

Went for a week with my girlfriend and some family friends. We got the upgraded privledge suites and it is probably the best experience that I've had at a resort. Staff is very friendly and eager to accommodate. The daily events were always fun and interactive, as well the overall upkeep and maintenance on the resort was always very well kept. I was very suprised to see all the activities they had, including bowling, multiple on-site restaurants, and a variety of food and beverage shops. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a true resort experience. Also have to thank Jose at the privledge pool, as well as Brandon our butler, the service was great, but they put the cherry on top
