Our stay at Sandals Montego Bay was absolutely phenomenal, and a huge part of that was thanks to KIMBERLEE! From the moment we arrived, the resort’s breathtaking beauty and warm hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable vacation.
We did encounter a couple of minor issues with our room, but Kimberlee went above and beyond to resolve everything quickly and seamlessly. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure our comfort made all the difference.
What truly set her apart was the effort she put into making my husbands birthday celebration extra special. From coordinating thoughtful surprises to ensuring every little detail was perfect. It’s rare to encounter someone who truly cares about creating such memorable experiences, and she exceeded every expectation.
Sandals Montego Bay is a paradise in itself, with pristine beaches, delicious dining, and incredible staff, but Kimberlee’s kindness and dedication were the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend this resort.

TASHA from entertainment made effort to make our stay fun and enjoyable.

The staff was great. The staff was courteous and professional and a delight in every way. The food was absolutely delicious. The scenery was amazing. The hotels were cleaned constantly twice a day. The restaurants only stay open till 9, so that's something else to keep note of. There are grills that are open after night. However, those grills have a limited menu. It is very difficult to do any off resort activities because the resort is isolated. And you have to take a taxi. The resort will only allow you to take their recommended taxis, which are screened and vetted. So that's a good thing. However, they are 2 and 3 times more expensive than the local taxi. Everything you need that is not already at the hotel is at the Whitter Village so dont let anyone convince you to go anywhere further. The views on the beach were Amazing and the views from the hotel where amazing.I can't wait to come back.I had a great time.It was so relaxing so beautiful.

Best vacation EVER! My husband and I stayed for a week in one of the millionaire beachfront butler suites 12/7-12/14. The service provided by our Butlers, Dane and Oshane, was absolutely unparalleled! They thought of things we would want before we even knew we wanted them! The food was amazing! Our favorites were Butch’s steakhouse and the Oleander Room. The drinks were awesome and definitely not watered down (shout out to Adair’s rum runners)! The beach and pools were so beautiful and clean! The location is awesome but you will hear planes go overhead. My husband and I didn’t mind though since it takes no time to get to the airport and it’s not super often. We went on one of the sunset Reggae Catamaran cruises on our last night and it was so much fun! The room was so pretty, comfortable and quiet too! The double rain shower and outdoor tranquility tub were awesome! Also there were cats on the resort which made it feel even more like home for us! Can’t wait to go back for another anniversary!!

Great food and friendly staff all around. The planes overhead from the next door airport are loud but far less frequent than anticipated. A plane might go by overhead 6 or 7 times a day so it's not too bad. A fun spot all around but not the nicest Sandals we've been to.

Sandals Montego Bay is a slice of paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and stunning beachfront views that take your breath away. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, offering every comfort you could wish for.
The food is outstanding, with a variety of restaurants serving delicious cuisine from around the world. Our favorite was the beachfront grill, where we enjoyed fresh seafood while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean. The all-inclusive package truly meant we could relax and indulge without a care.
What sets Sandals Montego Bay apart is the exceptional staff. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect, from arranging excursions to just making sure you have everything you need. Special shoutout to the entertainment team, who kept us entertained with fantastic shows and activities.
