The staff was amazing! So friendly and always had a smile to welcome you. The cleanest resort I have ever seen! And the food was top notch! Loved our tour guides funny and very knowledgeable! This was my first time here but definitely won't be my last!! They made our anniversary absolutely perfect!

The butler service was amazing. Mel and JP did an amazing job making us feel welcomed and they were always attentive. The resort is expanding so there was some construction while we were there, but we’re excited come back and see the expanded beach and more dining options on property!

Overall a really great place. I'll start with negatives first. Royal Caribbean is clearly a very small resort compared to most of the other resorts and you will find that in other posts. It is not a party spot but there is a shuttle from there to the sandals motego bay resort. The beach is relatively small and due to the island there are relatively no waves and not many ocean sounds on the main land. Another negative we found is our first beach front room (for the view) was blocked by a tree. They did end up shifting our room and have been extremely kind our entire stay. Overall we had a good experience on the main land but there wasn't anything that wowed us. Onto positives, We also spent a few days in an over water bungalow and although very expensive it was amazing. We basically didn't leave the entire time it we had this room it was so relaxing! And buttler service was fantastic. If you're going to go here plan your trip so you either spend the entire time in the bungalow or split it 50/50 it's an experience you won't regret if you prefer to be relaxed and kick back on your vacations. I personally would come back here but I would only be staying in a bungalow for a week long stay for sure.

Outstanding mini vacation! This is our second time to this resort and it won’t be our last! A true getaway experience where you don’t have to worry about anything. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The views are beautiful and the weather is perfect.

Our Stay at Sandals Royal Montego Bay was just what we needed. After having such a stressful time over the last 6 months we are so glad that we came. A much needed respite after the loss of our loved one. We had come back to the place we had been many years ago. We loved the variety or food, the people, the service and the serenity to just do nothing.
