    Our trip to Sandals Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay, Jamaica was just what we needed! We loved having Keno and Twain as our butlers. They made our trip even more memorable with special, fun, and personalized touches throughout our stay. It was our first time with butlers and we felt very pampered! The resort itself is beautiful, including a private island which we enjoyed for a relaxing cabana day. We also enjoyed taking the dragon boat over to the island for dinner at the Royal Thai restaurant. Another perk is you can visit the original Sandals at Montego Bay with a quick shuttle ride to sample some of their restaurants and amenities. We always love having dinner at Butch’s steakhouse. One highlight of our trip that she recommended was the Reading Road Trip where we visited a local school to read with preschool children. It was so much fun! We loved the island, people, and resort so much that we booked the same resort again! See you again soon Jamaica. 💛🇯🇲

    The BEST vacation I’ve ever taken. Butler level room meant we had amazing service the whole time. Shrimp kabobs by the pool? Yes. Cabana that would go for $500/day in Vegas? Yea. Candle light dinner on our balcony? Yes! Plus birds and cats aplenty to enjoy.

    Was a great trip, Minto is by far a Jerk Chicken Guru so please visit him first things first. All staff checking us in were great, too many names to list. Really enjoyed the island as well, Javier, Deandre Soobrena and Stacey were all great. Would definitely return!! Room was great just make sure u get out in morning early so they can get u each day. Indian food was amazing, French place was solid but wasn’t as good as reviews made it to be, Italian was amazing, cricketers was cool small place. Thai food on island was pretty good as well and great service again on island. Breakfast is great at Bombay, spices was pretty good buffet too. Pools were good and honestly I didn’t really have any complaints about the resort. The guys in the kayaks selling stuff is a bit much sometimes but understand the situation - just a heads up for future guests. Last thing is this resort is AMAZING for live performances, all singers were so pure, I am surprised they are not famous!!🙏🏼 sunset views were beautiful each night, sit by Bombay and you’re set I give 9.7 / 10!

    Very very average and by no means a 5 star resort. The service was slow and even slower in the second week. The staff worked hard but I believe there weren't enough of them. It was telling that at the buffet breakfasts the service levels were the best. In the evenings at dinner particularly in the second week the gaps between being attended to dropped significantly We visited the other resort where service levels were marginally better. There is only an artificial beach with a swimming area where you can at best get waist deep. Many of the outdoor activities advertised didn't exist. The table tennis table was two different levels, and the pool table sloped downwards and to the right. The food was bland under seasoned and overly sweet. The entertainment was hilariously amateur. There was also construction work going on in our block and by the sea front. A new wing opened in the second week which had an impact on service levels. We had the bed turn down service twice in 14 nights and there were no bath robes in the room. Our room manager introduced herself on the night before we left. After we gave her the feedback, we felt sure there would be a turn down service that night but typically there wasn’t.

    Great experience at Sandals Royal Caribbean. I have stayed at multiple Sandals resorts and this one is among the best. All the staff, from butlers, dive instructors, loyalty and travel, restaurant staff and housekeeping were all so friendly and welcoming. Yes there are planes that fly over the resort a few times a day, but outside of that the resort is very quiet and relaxing and really close to the airport. I will definitely return to this resort. Thank you Sandals Royal Caribbean for an amazing vacation!
