Just got back yesterday! This resort grew on me. I was a little disappointed at first coming from a Dunn’s River split stay where everything is fresh and new. I do believe they need to update the resort a bit, especially the gym , Cricketers, and the main pool and they are actually in the process of renovating. Our room was in a new wing and was very nice. Overlooked a huge hot tub but a little far from the beach and main pool. We loved the restaurants and the beach. The main pool could be a bit larger in my opinion. We had a rescheduled candlelight dinner on the beach that they accommodated for us which was beautifully done! The only down side I would say is there doesn’t seem to be much of a night life there. I think most people take the shuttle to Montego Bay. They could totally turn the Thai restaurant into an after dinner night club. Or make the Jerk Shack a night time beach bar !! Or night volleyball in the pool. We missed our coffee time at Blum which is a favorite but by the last day the weather was gorgeous and we didn’t want to fly home.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! We were pampered throughout our stay. I surprised my boyfriend for his 60th birthday. Every night Demetra or Paul (our butlers) had a surprise planned for both of us. From special lunches or decorating our room. All of the staff were awesome, but Paul and Demetra were TOTALLY AWESOME! They made our stay incredible and unforgettable ❤️ 💗

My husband and I loved our time at Sandals Royal Caribbean! From our arrival to our departure, the staff were all so warm, welcoming, and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and impressive. The resort was well maintained and well stocked; we never encountered an issue where they were out of anything. The food and beverages all tasted fresh and delicious. The beaches and pools were well cared for and absolutely delightful. The boat service to the off-shore island was very reliable and quick, a real pleasure, and the island itself was a special treat that we really enjoyed! The room we wound up having booked was a butler service room, and though my husband and I were apprehensive around having a butler (we're super low-key and low-maintenance, so it's not really our type of thing) the two butlers we had were amazing! Andre, aka Bossy (who was anything but) and GayAnn were truly wonderful! They were attentive without being overbearing or invasive, super warm and professional, and they made our stay extra special. We can't say enough great things about our stay, and we will definitely be back!

We just returned from our second trip to this resort and have already planned to go back in 2025. Such a beautiful place with excellent staff. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. We had some really good food, but our favorite was Bombay. We went there three times and would have gone more if we could have gotten a reservation! All the bartenders were fun and friendly. The staff, from the managers to housekeeping were really exceptional. I highly recommend Sandals Royal Caribbean!

The staff was amazing! So friendly and always had a smile to welcome you. The cleanest resort I have ever seen! And the food was top notch! Loved our tour guides funny and very knowledgeable! This was my first time here but definitely won't be my last!! They made our anniversary absolutely perfect!
