I'm giving 4 stars for the room only because the beds are not comfy, but other than that EVERYONE and EVERYTHING else was EXCELLENT!! Our butler Carlos is always helpful with anything we need! He's always willing to do anything to make your stay perfect! Nathan who would deliver our room serve is a gem! He is very accommodation, respectful, kind, friendly, I could go on and on! Shawna-Kaye from the excursions is so helpful and is also willing to do anything to make our trips unforgettable! The ladies in the spa are really great too! Diana did both of my massages and my nails, she is so good at what she does! ALL of the serving staff for the dinners are excellent as well, the dinner entertainment was great too. And I can't forget our buss driver Ziggy HE IS FUNNY AND FUN LOVING! He made the trips in between the resorts so much fun!!! This was our seconds stay and we will be back!!

Our stay at the Sandals Royal Plantation was absolutely phenomenal. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The rooms were spotless, with stunning views, and the resort grounds were beautifully maintained. We especially loved the variety of delicious food options at the restaurants, the pristine pool area, and the fun activities on-site. We’ve already booked our next stay with them before leaving the resort. 10/10 recommend if you want a peaceful and relaxing but still fun getaway.

We can’t say enough great things about this resort. It’s quiet, much more intimate than the others. The attention to detail was amazing, the food was better than I’ve had at other all inclusive resorts but the difference? The people! Everyone you encounter is friendly, happy and more than willing to help in any way. From our butlers to the wait staff and beach butlers- everyone was phenomenal! We will absolutely be returning to Royal Plantation!

This was our first trip to a Sandals resort and won't be our last! We were looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation and got exactly that. Our room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the ocean, so I felt like we never missed a moment of the tropical vacation experience. Our butlers Anthony and Robert were so fun, accommodating, and genuinely kind, and beach butlers Donello and Romain made sure we were well taken care of while lounging at the beach. Shirley in the spa was also wonderful! We can't wait for our next vacation here!

This Resort is perfect in every way. The Food is Gourmet, fresh, healthy and plentiful. The Main Building has wonderful Old World Charm. David, who makes special order Breakfasts, brings such Joy in the morning. Our Butler Dwainey, was beyond helpful and always at our service with a smile. We especially enjoyed the Kettle Drum evening entertainment. Everything is so clean and well kept. Coming here is like going to heaven. We love having such great service with food and beverages as we lounge on the beach. The Jamaican people have an awesome attitude and are such hard workers.
