I'm giving 4 stars for the room only because the beds are not comfy, but other than that EVERYONE and EVERYTHING else was EXCELLENT!! Our butler Carlos is always helpful with anything we need! He's always willing to do anything to make your stay perfect! Nathan who would deliver our room serve is a gem! He is very accommodation, respectful, kind, friendly, I could go on and on! Shawna-Kaye from the excursions is so helpful and is also willing to do anything to make our trips unforgettable! The ladies in the spa are really great too! Diana did both of my massages and my nails, she is so good at what she does! ALL of the serving staff for the dinners are excellent as well, the dinner entertainment was great too. And I can't forget our buss driver Ziggy HE IS FUNNY AND FUN LOVING! He made the trips in between the resorts so much fun!!! This was our seconds stay and we will be back!!

We chose this resort as we wanted somewhere special that was quiet and ideal for a relaxing ‘first retirement’ holiday. We based our choice on online reviews and first hand feedback from work colleagues; we were not disappointed in our choice at all.
The hotel is small and intimate which enables the staff at all levels to make you feel welcome and valued. The quality of service everywhere is simply outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone.
We cannot find fault with any aspect of our 2 week holiday and would highly recommend Sandals Royal Plantation. We will be back!

Our stay at the Sandals Royal Plantation was absolutely phenomenal. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The rooms were spotless, with stunning views, and the resort grounds were beautifully maintained. We especially loved the variety of delicious food options at the restaurants, the pristine pool area, and the fun activities on-site. We’ve already booked our next stay with them before leaving the resort. 10/10 recommend if you want a peaceful and relaxing but still fun getaway.

We just returned from our fourth stay at the Sandals Royal Plantation. This place is always amazing from beginning to end.
The management team and staff are engaging and focused on providing a fabulous customer experience.
They are constantly refreshing the property and completed a few small projects during our stay.
We have had the same butler team Neil and Chase all four visits. The two of them are a fantastic team and are near perfect in their execution. They treat us so well and are very adaptive to the desires of each guest.
There are so many terrific team members across all departments. I have to say Stephanie and Sherika from the Terrace Restaurant were our favorites. They would joke with us and always remembered what we wanted. The entire dining team was top-flight.
The prices at thus resort might be the only thing holding us back going forward. Sandals has drastically raised their prices the past few years above the rate of inflation. They offer a premium product though and those who are not price sensitive should consider a stay at The Royal Plantation.
Again, we had a great stay and appreciate the hard work of the staff. The General Manager Omar and Marvin from Guest Services are fantastic and very engaging. They go out of their way to ensure everyone has a great experience.

Beautiful resort! The service is top notch. The butlers are so kind and want to make your visit the best. Omar is the GM his presence is everywhere and he knows his guests by name. You can tell his staff really enjoy working with him.
